Well this is tricky. We do not want to say to many bad things about the hotel, the staff were excellent. The problem was the bar / restaurant didn’t open all the time. We were there for Spain vs Scotland and thought as we were staying in the hotel we would get priority we got back into the bar after the game and they closed it for everyone, including the residents.

It’s a nice hotel to stay away from the city center but be very close to it. The room was spacious. It was clean too. The furniture is a bit worn down but it was not too bad. There is construction noise, with loud blasts at night but we used to pass out after long days. The access to the hotel is blocked due to the construction. The hotel can put temporary signs to guide the residents.

It was a little noisy in the morning due to the construction work on the stadium attached to the hotel. Some issues with wifi. Overall very clean and comfortable. Huge rooms. Easy parking. Great price for Seville.

Hotel is quite nice. Would have liked a kettle/coffee machine in our room given the 4 star rating. I also needed an iron but none was available in the room. It is outside the city but we knew that and we had a car for travelling. Free parking is a bonus!

Nos alojamos en día de partido, un gran error por nuestra parte. Las indicaciones sobre los horarios de acceso al hotel, debido a los controles de seguridad del partido, fueron incorrectos, no pudiendo acceder al Hotel hasta prácticamente las 23.00h Nos facilitaron una plaza de parking, que tampoco pufisko usar porque estaba completo y nos impidieron a el acceso el personal de seguridad. Fue una experiencia muy muy insatisfactoria. No deberían alojar a clientes en días de partido, a no ser que sean público del mismo. No he recibido disculpa ni compensación alguna por tal tremendo desastre. Desde las 16.50 que intentamos acceder al hotel, hasta prácticamente las 23.00h q fue cdo pudimos acceder al mismo, y gracias a la mediación de un policía local que nos ayudó ante la desesperación de no poder acceder al mismo, por las restricciones que planteaban la seguridad del partido. Inolvidable

Stayed here one night to attend the Real Betis match with my teenage son. Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We had a big room with views over the city which was very clean and comfortable. Reception and bar/ restaurant staff were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is in lovely restaurant overlooking the pitch inside the stadium which was fantastic for my football mad son. Bar/ restaurant food was also very good and reasonably priced. Very easy free parking also on site, just have to be there fairly early if an event is on, due to security.

Séjour court d'une nuit avec petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Literie confortable. Coffre, frigo et grands placards de rangement. En revanche pas très bien insonorisé car on entendait parler les personnes dans la chambre voisine et on a dû frapper à la porte intérieure contigue pour leur demander de parler moins fort. Une théière pour faire chauffer de l'eau pour boire un café ou n thé aurait été la bienvenue dans la chambre. Personnel à la réception très courtois. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux En revanche l'hôtel est éloigné du centre historique et nécessite de sy rendre en taxi ou en bus.

Soweit alles okay. Ein negativer Punkt war,dass unser Zimmer nicht fertig war bei Ankunft. Und von mir verursachte Schokolade Krümel auf dem Bettlaken hätten von der Putze gesehen werden können.

En general muy mal, pedí una cama doble y me dieron dos individuales a pesar de que llame para reiterar me dijeron que sí había doble y al llegar me hicieron una jugada, muy antihigiénico desde la entrada

Muy bien, el hotel muy limpio, las instalaciones muy buenas, es un hotel si que tiene sus 4 estrellas bien merecidas, sin duda si vuelvo a viajar a Sevilla seguro que vuelvo al mismo hotel.Personal muy a su altura aconsejadote sobre todo lo que te convenie. Muy contentos Gracias

The hotel was very nice. Super clean and the staff were kind and accommodating. The only issue is that it is surrounded by nothing and the abandoned 92 Expo buildings all look run down. There was construction happening in the stadium so if you are a light sleeper like I am you were woken up weekday mornings by beeping reversing trucks and pounding on concrete. I was here summer of 2024. Would have been mice to have known about the construction- I would not have booked. The breakfasts in the buffet restaurant were plentiful and delicious with fresh squeezed juices and both continental and hot buffet choices. It’s a 15 minute drive to downtown Seville once you have figured out how to get into the hotel in the circular drive off of the highway. If looking for a less expensive alternative to downtown- it works. Just ask about the construction before you book.

Remote area, isolated location. Near construction sites, suspicious people wondering around. The only good side is parking free and spacious room. I tried the continental breakfast, lack of food and juices. The waitress was so rude. Just like other customers said.

Nos alojamos en día de partido, un gran error por nuestra parte. Las indicaciones sobre los horarios de acceso al hotel, debido a los controles de seguridad del partido, fueron incorrectos, no pudiendo acceder al Hotel hasta prácticamente las 23.00h Nos facilitaron una plaza de parking, que tampoco pufisko usar porque estaba completo y nos impidieron a el acceso el personal de seguridad. Fue una experiencia muy muy insatisfactoria. No deberían alojar a clientes en días de partido, a no ser que sean público del mismo. No he recibido disculpa ni compensación alguna por tal tremendo desastre. Desde las 16.50 que intentamos acceder al hotel, hasta prácticamente las 23.00h q fue cdo pudimos acceder al mismo, y gracias a la mediación de un policía local que nos ayudó ante la desesperación de no poder acceder al mismo, por las restricciones que planteaban la seguridad del partido. Las instalaciones del hotel está muy bien, aunque algo alejado del centro de la ciudad. Me llamó mucho la atención que no ofrecen al menos una botella de agua de cortesía en las habitaciones, que el servicio de Room Service no sea 24 horas (Considerando que está alejado de la ciudad) y que sentí poco cortés al personal de recepción.

It’s a nice hotel to stay away from the city center but be very close to it. The room was spacious. It was clean too. The furniture is a bit worn down but it was not too bad. There is construction noise, with loud blasts at night but we used to pass out after long days. The access to the hotel is blocked due to the construction. The hotel can put temporary signs to guide the residents.

Hotel is quite nice. Would have liked a kettle/coffee machine in our room given the 4 star rating. I also needed an iron but none was available in the room. It is outside the city but we knew that and we had a car for travelling. Free parking is a bonus!

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Sevilla. Um sich einige Kilometer zu Fuß zu ersparen kann man aber gut mit dem Bus oder mit dem Auto in die Stadt.

The hotel was very nice. Super clean and the staff were kind and accommodating. The only issue is that it is surrounded by nothing and the abandoned 92 Expo buildings all look run down. There was construction happening in the stadium so if you are a light sleeper like I am you were woken up weekday mornings by beeping reversing trucks and pounding on concrete. I was here summer of 2024. Would have been mice to have known about the construction- I would not have booked. The breakfasts in the buffet restaurant were plentiful and delicious with fresh squeezed juices and both continental and hot buffet choices. It’s a 15 minute drive to downtown Seville once you have figured out how to get into the hotel in the circular drive off of the highway. If looking for a less expensive alternative to downtown- it works. Just ask about the construction before you book.

Well this is tricky. We do not want to say to many bad things about the hotel, the staff were excellent. The problem was the bar / restaurant didn’t open all the time. We were there for Spain vs Scotland and thought as we were staying in the hotel we would get priority we got back into the bar after the game and they closed it for everyone, including the residents.

Stayed for 4 nights in May. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bath towels were the fluffiest towels I have ever used in a hotel. The check in staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a soccer match held at the stadium during our stay and parking is not allowed in front of the hotel during the game, the check in staff informed us of this and showed us where to park during the game. The hotel is not close to the central part of Seville, but public transportation is available near the hotel. I had dinner at the bar/ cafeteria at the hotel, the food was cooked well and tasted very nice, and the bar staff were extremely friendly.
