Prestation exceptionnelle de la part de tout le personnel. Accueil, bagages, femme/homme de chambre, un remerciement tout particulier pour les deux concierge qui ont fait l’impossible pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Les installations sont incroyables, restaurant, piscine, club millésimes. Nous avons réservé un excursion à la journée avec l’hôtel: voiture premium, lingette fraîche et eau, chauffeur en uniforme. Exceptionnel Le départ également vaut le détour avec un au revoir de l’ensemble du personnel réuni.

Great stay at Sofitel for family of three. Staff were fantastic everywhere we went in the hotel. Concierge was great help in organizing tours of Ang Kor Wat etc. and shorter local trips that we went ourselves. Swimming pool was large and never crowded. Front desk always friendly. Great internet. Short distances to 7-11 and to markets. We are 150 km from the Thai border war and never felt unsafe. It did affect the number of tourists so everywhere is not crowded even in December (peak season). Paid for Club access and had free breakfast, drinks and evening meal (at Club Millesime) - good value for money. Breakfast buffet had so much choices and never had to wait long for tables. Staff so efficient and always friendly. Special thanks to the staff at Club Millesime - always wonderful every evening.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the pool area as well as the special club level lounge. We can’t say enough good things about the hotel and staff!
