大きなホテルで周辺を歩かなくても地下にフードコートがあったり21階にSPAがあったり、後は1，2階はカジノがあってそのため治安はよい感じがします。ただ玄関からフロントまでのアプローチはやや派手すぎる気がしました。ただ2階のレストランでの朝食はとてもよかったです。

大きなホテルで周辺を歩かなくても地下にフードコートがあったり21階にSPAがあったり、後は1，2階はカジノがあってそのため治安はよい感じがします。ただ玄関からフロントまでのアプローチはやや派手すぎる気がしました。ただ2階のレストランでの朝食はとてもよかったです。

I stayed here for 4 nights at nagaworld 2 and loved the stay. Room was very comfortable although the bed is a bit on the hard side (typical Asian hotel bed) and it would have been nice to have a softer bed for such a nice hotel. However, everything else was fantastic. Great shower (high pressure), excellent WiFi, great breakfast options, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can conveniently walk underground to nagaworld 1 through a food hall and duty free shopping to the main casino and restaurants. The casinos are smoky though (not my cup of tea). I would happily stay here again and recommend this to friends. Coffee tip - walk around the corner to Browns coffee and you will not be disappointed

Location and safety is very good. Hotel amenities also fantastic. However, the only dissatisfaction is the level that I stayed on 13th floor and the room I lived in for 2 nights still have cigarette smell despite it being a non smoking floor. Hope this situation improves.

今回は2度目の利用でした。スムーズなチェックインや、スタッフとすれ違う度に笑顔で挨拶など、とても印象の良いホテルです。プノンペンでの宿泊は今のところ個々が一番良いです。リクエストとしては、朝食に日本食の納豆・漬物・海苔等のバリエーションがあれば、更に良いなと思います。

今回は2度目の利用でした。スムーズなチェックインや、スタッフとすれ違う度に笑顔で挨拶など、とても印象の良いホテルです。プノンペンでの宿泊は今のところ個々が一番良いです。リクエストとしては、朝食に日本食の納豆・漬物・海苔等のバリエーションがあれば、更に良いなと思います。

Excellent service from staff, room service food options are undoubtedly one of the most varied and numerous in all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel is pretty big and nice. I understand it's part of casino and people do smoke but they SHOULD NOT ALLOW people to smoke in dinning rooms or smoking while dinning even though, they have designated sides. Non smokers will breath same air. It's pretty nasty to eat and smell like smokes in every bite.

Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in and at an excellent price. I can't say enough good things about this place. The breakfast was insanely good and the late night eating from the food court in Nagaworld 2 was out of this world, so good i ordered a second after eating the first.

Great room, but impossible to sleep. The room is well maintained, and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the biggest issue is the noise from 2 key sources: 1. Door bang loudly each time someone leave or enter their room. There were so many instances throughout the night till morning, which woke me up. 2. Each time the room aircon turns on (after activated by the thermostat), there is a loud noise coming from the activation. So there was hardly peace during bed time. I was woken up so many times, and I can remember them. Pls look into these matters.
