Room was adequate and location good. Pool was pleasant but no towels or staff available. Spa was broken and it of service- big disappointment for kids. We booked for 4 people but room was set up for 3 - sufficient beeds but not enough towels or pillows. No one answered when I called reception and staff were not very helpful when I went downstairs in search of extra. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Check in was painful. The front desk staff did not make the process easy. We were told there weren’t enough fobs to access the car park (we had paid extra for parking) so we just had to push the “red and green button for access” we did this and still weren’t able to be let in. We finally got in behind another car. Property was excellent, the apartment and amenities were lovely. The next morning we again couldn’t get out of the car park and had to ring the property from our phone to be let out. This took over 10 minutes and made us late for our next destination. This was all reported to the front desk staff and all we got in response was a repeated “oh ok” from the staff. Despite the nice apartment we will not stay here again

The property was good room was nice clean and tidy a little bit dated. Location was amazing close to everything you need. Westfield across the road. Train station only 5 minute walk close to lots of food options shopping. Staff and service was great very accommodating with things we needed. Only down side was the spa pool wasn’t working and there was no communication about it not working prior to arriving. the Sauna wouldn’t heat up like a proper sauna.

Kids loved the pool and spa...it was the reasin we booked there. I think charging an extra $30 after paying over $500 a night was a bit much...it should be free parking for your stay.

The place is very old. The room wasn’t very clean, mould in tiles and sink and chips in the bed side table from previous stays. Stove is a gas one so you need to bring your own lighter. Soluble coffee instead of a proper coffee machine. Both tvs are not compatible with iPhones so I couldn’t even watch them. Spa is been under repairs for months. In my last morning there in the sauna I was trying to relax and there was a maintenance guy next door in the gym trying over and over the equipment so I could heard him the whole time and not very relaxing unfortunately. I do not recommend this place and I won’t stay there ever again.

The location and size of room was excellent. The communication was poor. Front office check in was hopeless. No overview of facilities. No manual in room. No wifi that worked, and then they tried to charge us also. No keys work continuously. Carpets badly stained. No outdoor furniture. Not vacuumed properly- hair in bath and bathroom drawers. Couches had paper left from last guests. And rubbish bin not even empty. And room configuration not as needed. If you can put up with all that, good to stay. Pool area nice, but cold and needs pool furniture.

Our 3pm checkin was not available till 3:25pm, many guests trying to check in were left with no reason except the room wasn't ready; pretty poor form. For an apartment that sleeps 6, there is not many cooking supplies e.g. no baking dish, only a small frypan and the list could go on. There was mould in the ensuite bathroom, the furniture is a little worse for wear and could do with up dating.

Great location as you are just across the road from Westfield and next door to Mandarin Centre. Everything is just at your doorsteps. Very close to Chatswood station as well. The hotel itself is a bit rundown but the sheets and towels are clean. We got a city view room and we could see fireworks from Darling Harbour on Saturday night. The only downside is they only do housekeeping if you stay for 7 nights or more. Overall will definitely book again when we visit Sydney next time.

Das Apartment selbst war gut geschnitten und großzügig. Allerdings müsste in Bad und Küche ganz dringend eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Das war echt ekelig und wir haben das nötigste selber geputzt. Auch die Gardinen haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wer das Sebel aus Brisbane kennt (so wie wir aus 2019) wird hier total enttäuscht. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Das zubuchbare Frühstück besteht aus einer Box pro Person gefüllt mit Cerealien, Milch, Saft, Müsliriegel und einem Holzlöffel. In der näheren Umgebung finden Bauarbeiten statt, auch nachts. Die Bahnstaton dagegen stört überhaupt nicht.

Never had a such bad experience. We walked into the room and all we saw was cockroaches in every single room including bathroom and kitchen. Absolutely Disgusting. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this place.

Don’t stay here if you like to sleep! The train station next door runs until 2am and starts up at about 5am and the windows in our room didn’t close properly and don’t appear to be double glazed. Otherwise convenient to station and shops.

We had a 3 bedroom aptmt which had 3 bathrooms that was so convienent for 5 of us. Location was great, just next to Chatswood Mall with lots of eateries. Just 3 mins walk fm the train station. The unit is in need of an upgrade. Kitchen cutlery is not enough for the group. Needs better knives n cooking pots. The water pressure in the bathroom is not stable. Sometimes is too cold or too hot. Very hard to adjust. One of the beds just sunk in, think the spring is broken.

The hotel was nice, a bit dated so needs a renovation. Check-in went smoothly. Bit annoyed the following morning as they had renovation works or some kind of works as it was so noisy you couldn't sleep at all, the constant sounds of drills above or below my room was annoying. On check out they tried to charge me an extra $40 when I had already paid in full. For anyone that redeems reward nights on hotels.com make sure you have a copy of your receipt with you when it comes time to check out as this is what saved me from being charged again! The should've looked at their system first before saying that I owed them money when in fact I actually didn't. Anyway they eventually worked out the issue and all was well. The hotel was nice, a bit dated so needs a renovation. Check-in went smoothly. Bit annoyed the following morning as they had renovation works or some kind of works as it was so noisy you couldn't sleep at all, the constant sounds of drills above or below my room was annoying. On check out they tried to charge me an extra $40 when I had already paid in full. For anyone that redeems reward nights on hotels.com make sure you have a copy of your receipt with you when it comes time to check out as this is what saved me from being charged again! The should've looked at their system first before saying that I owed them money when in fact I actually didn't. Anyway they eventually worked out the issue and all was well. Received a call to confirm my booking and told them I’d be there in 90min. Arrived to be told they had no room for me. They organised a studio at the Mantra but when I informed them there was a second person (we booked a 2 bedroom apartment) they said they could organise a food out bed.

Check in was painful. The front desk staff did not make the process easy. We were told there weren’t enough fobs to access the car park (we had paid extra for parking) so we just had to push the “red and green button for access” we did this and still weren’t able to be let in. We finally got in behind another car. Property was excellent, the apartment and amenities were lovely. The next morning we again couldn’t get out of the car park and had to ring the property from our phone to be let out. This took over 10 minutes and made us late for our next destination. This was all reported to the front desk staff and all we got in response was a repeated “oh ok” from the staff. Despite the nice apartment we will not stay here again

The property was good room was nice clean and tidy a little bit dated. Location was amazing close to everything you need. Westfield across the road. Train station only 5 minute walk close to lots of food options shopping. Staff and service was great very accommodating with things we needed. Only down side was the spa pool wasn’t working and there was no communication about it not working prior to arriving. the Sauna wouldn’t heat up like a proper sauna.

After a very long time and phone calls we were given an apartment that was fine except we had to use a sofa bed (originally booked two singles). Don’t stay here if you like to sleep! The train station next door runs until 2am and starts up at about 5am and the windows in our room didn’t close properly and don’t appear to be double glazed. Otherwise convenient to station and shops.

年末年始に利用しました。シティから近くメトロで10分程度と便利な場所でした。ショッピングモールやスーパーが近くにあり、買い物も便利。上層階の宿泊で、ベランダからニューイヤーイヴの花火がよく見えました。たいへん素晴らしいホテルでした。機会があればまた利用したいです。

We had a 3 bedroom aptmt which had 3 bathrooms that was so convienent for 5 of us. Location was great, just next to Chatswood Mall with lots of eateries. Just 3 mins walk fm the train station. The unit is in need of an upgrade. Kitchen cutlery is not enough for the group. Needs better knives n cooking pots. The water pressure in the bathroom is not stable. Sometimes is too cold or too hot. Very hard to adjust. One of the beds just sunk in, think the spring is broken.

No wifi that worked, and then they tried to charge us also. No keys work continuously. Carpets badly stained. No outdoor furniture. Not vacuumed properly- hair in bath and bathroom drawers. Couches had paper left from last guests. And rubbish bin not even empty. And room configuration not as needed. If you can put up with all that, good to stay. Great location as you are just across the road from Westfield and next door to Mandarin Centre. Everything is just at your doorsteps. Very close to Chatswood station as well. The hotel itself is a bit rundown but the sheets and towels are clean. We got a city view room and we could see fireworks from Darling Harbour on Saturday night. The only downside is they only do housekeeping if you stay for 7 nights or more. Overall will definitely book again when we visit Sydney next time.

Das war echt ekelig und wir haben das nötigste selber geputzt. Auch die Gardinen haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wer das Sebel aus Brisbane kennt (so wie wir aus 2019) wird hier total enttäuscht. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Das zubuchbare Frühstück besteht aus einer Box pro Person gefüllt mit Cerealien, Milch, Saft, Müsliriegel und einem Holzlöffel. In der näheren Umgebung finden Bauarbeiten statt, auch nachts. Die Bahnstaton dagegen stört überhaupt nicht.

The location is the best feature of this property. It’s opposite Westfield and walking distance to all the things in Chatswood be it shopping,dining and commuting to wherever. The parkade was a little confusing finding your allocated spot. The apartment was v spacious and bed comfortable. Big tv. It is dated though. Not a slick hotel but comfortable enough. It needs a thorough clean… perfect for 2-3 nights. Swimming pool was good but the hot tub was out of order. That was disappointing.
