The Howard Prince Hotel Taichung

Very large room, clean but slightly older, fantastic staff, easy access to freeways with free parking. There’s a large pool. We enjoyed our 4 day stay there.

早餐不錯，停車沒有固定位置比較不妥

為住宿者可先詢問是否自駕，預先安排停車位，當天晚上住宿客滿，停車場已滿，我是有停進去，但不是停車格，故算起來車位應不足，或可安排其他停車場。 另外早餐跟以前比較，只能說普普，不符合貴飯店品牌形象。 還是有讚許地方，房間寬敞舒適，燈光明亮，淋浴水量大，夠熱，超爽！ 真是個舒服的渡假時光！

家庭房很大，床鋪、燈光、空調都很舒適，浴室乾溼分離，浴缸很大，淋浴間有座位和扶手很貼心，如果有長者可以安心使用 健身房設備足夠，人員服務佳 早餐也非常好吃

スタッフの対応はとても優れている。二階には子供の遊び場があり、コーヒーの飲み放題とテーブル、椅子が用意されているので、子供の様子を見ながら、ゆっくりできる。台北駅直結の立地だけのホテルより、はるかにホテルらしいサービスを受けられる。

No indoor parking places. Breakfast buffet have opportunity in variety.

The building and room is splendid after renovation, new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast has so many type of food, which is worthy a try. There are two facilities such as gym and sauna, which are brilliant. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to stay.

房間的電源控制很老舊，要關掉燈光睡覺，需一個一個燈關閉，感覺很老舊。停車場在戶外。簡直較落後，如果下大雨該怎麼辦？

The hotel is nice and conveniently located for what we need, the parking was also very nice to have. The facilities from the hotel are very nice, and the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room it self was also very nice, neatly remodeled, very nice bathroom, spacious and with windows that open which is nice to have. One minor detail, in the bathroom there could be better cleaning as we saw mold. It does not take much to properly clean. However, one big issue was the air conditioning. For some reason the hotel deems it absolutely necessary to shut-off air conditioning and only turn on heating. This made our sleep incredibly uncomfortable. The room temperature rose to 25-26ºC in the evening, even with the window open when outside temperature was close to 12ºC. For some reason they much rather have a family with a one (1) year old baby suffer the night rather than turn on the air conditioning. We removed the duvet from the sheet, we undressed and even had fans that the staff lent us at 4am…but still the room temperature was only 25º. At check out the staff said it’s because outside temperature is too cold for other guest…well, other guest can turn of the air condition from the room, they can change the mode to fan, they can even get cozy with the duvet from the bed. You can always dress for cold weather, you can only have air conditioning for hot temperatures. Better management should be in place, and have a better a more comfortable option for everyone.

房間乾淨

房間整修後很新，很乾淨，完全沒有灰塵，衛浴空間超級大，還有浴缸，大推！

1、毛巾沒有烘乾，住宿2晚更換過的毛巾、浴巾還是濕濕的。 2、棉被有塵蟎，回家皮膚過敏了3～4天還沒有好。 3、客房打掃不確實，第二天住宿，房間內還放著第一天丟掉的寶特瓶空瓶。 4、中式早餐料理太少，不到10樣可以選擇。比不上三星級飯店。 5、隔音太差。

服務人員相當親切，房間寬敞清潔，早餐多元豐富。唯一比較可惜之處就是房間空調聲音較大，晚上睡覺時不得已關掉，加上房間隔音似乎不太好，隔壁房客半夜聊天的聲音都聽得到，影響睡眠。

住宿當晚和隔天早上都有聽到樓上的蹦跳聲，不知道是隔音還是建材問題，還是反映一下。

Very clean, large and updated room. A great place to stay in Taiwan, Taichung.

整潔與房間內裝都很好，唯一的問題就是冷氣太冷，室內20度而且無法調整溫度，我們全家冷到不行，如果能改善就更好了。

老飯店新裝潢，房間舒適。 但晚上很清楚聽到樓上跑步聲音非常擾人，較晚入住的旅客走路跑步影響睡眠（晚上11～12點還非常活躍）

Convenient location on the western part of the city - probably best to travel by car or taxi. Newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, but sound proofing could be improved (could hear next door neighbors).

服務生有禮貌走傳統路線，選擇的房型有重新裝修，室內空間足夠且舒適，但入門時有一點潮濕的味道。停車場車位足夠方便，回台中會再選擇入住

The floor in restroom at Room 1101 has a funny noise and you can hear noise from the other room.

Avoid this psudo-4-star hotel unless you want to piss your client off. Long story short, the room is borderline decent but service is poor, especially the concierge (not the receptionist near the entrance). Concierge staffs were either clueless or simply rude. Apparently, the staff lack professional training. There are plenty 3-star business hotels out there that could do better than this hotel. Highly NOT recommended.

飯店地點距離熱鬧的地區不遠, 房間很舒適, 小孩也很喜歡

高速道路からのアクセスが良いため選びました。屋外駐車場は停めやすく、チェックインの対応も快適。部屋は防音がしっかりしていて清潔感も十分です。コスパが良く、次回も利用したいです。ちなみにすぐ前に美味しい中華レストランもあります。

整體來說算喜歡，只是因為位置在鐵路及高速公路旁，建議怕吵的人訂7-8樓的陽台房，會安靜很多

其實整體的住宿環境與品質是不錯的。 工作人員服務態度也還行，中規中矩。 離高速公路不遠。唯飯店早餐是在太普通平常了。覺得一點都不好吃😭。

非常乾淨、舒適。提供的餐點也很多樣化，尤其我們家都是吃素食的，也有很多可以選擇。

房間很大住起來很舒適，有停車場方便，但飯店早餐很爛，服務人員都亂帶位，態度還超爛，早餐也不好吃
