Caesar Park Hotel Taipei

This hotel is rated as a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion it's more like a 3 star hotel. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because of how conveniently located it is, just directly in front of the Taipei Main Station. The MRT is also directly underneath, and a plethora of really delicious dining places just in the shopping mall underneath. My first impression of the service was checking in. Unlike a 5 star hotel where you are graciously welcomed, the check in counter was busy and the lady seemed annoyed. Compared to the 3-Star hotels I stayed at in Taiwan, this probably had the most mediocre service. This hotel also needs some remodeling. The place seems like it's owned by an old father who refuses to give his hotel to his son. The hall ways are decorated with old wallpapers and long mirrors everywhere. And the gloomy lighting made it feel a bit haunting. On top of that the rooms felt damp & furnished with cheap furnitures. These rooms can definitely use some dehumidifiers, it made the rooms smelly and a bit uncomfortable. There is a gym and a laundry room. The gym has very old equipments so don't expect too much, and the laundry room has only 1 washer and 1 dryer. The hours that it operates is only between 9:00am - 10pm which doesn't make any sense since most people are out and about between these hours. On top of that, trying to share one machine with the entire hotel is almost impossible. But would I stay here again? Yes! It's so convenient with MRT & Airport MRT.

早朝便に乗らなければいけなかったので、台北駅に1番近い当ホテルに泊まりました。部屋は清潔感◎。バスタブは無かった。屋上庭園があるとのことで、ちょっと期待しましたが、しょぼかった。そこは残念。

The gym is so dated. The treadmills felt like they are from the 1990. One chest machine that looks like from the 1970’s. Time to upgrade or give people the gym access to World Gym next door.

シャワーの出が悪かった、コインランドリーは洗濯、乾燥と各1台なのでタイミングが悪いと全然洗濯機は使えない。 不満はそれぐらいでその他施設も設備もキレイ。 スタッフも親切で丁寧、日本語、韓国語など様々な言語が通じるようで対応にも満足。

Strategic and comfortable hotel directly connected to taipei main station. Room was wide and comfortable and there was good wifi connection. The staff was really polite. Only drawback : the gym was tiny, old and without any bottle water nor towels.

立地は良いが、建物がかなり古いのと 6階のランドリルームに洗濯機、乾燥機が一台ずつしかなかった事が不満。

荷物はチェックインの前も後も無料預かりをして頂けますし、トイレットペーパーも流せますし、ウォシュレットも付いています。 受付の方は胸元に可能言語のピンを付けてくださっており、台北駅からも分かりやすく、初めての台北旅行に最適でした。 土日に19階のお部屋で二泊しましたが、稼働率によるものなのか、土曜はシャワーの出が悪く苦戦し、日曜はスムーズで温度も安定でした。 チェックイン時にデポジットの為カードを提示した所、デビッドカードだったのでこれではすぐに引き落とされてしまいます、と気づいていただけました。別のクレジットカードを出して処理して頂きました。気付いてくださり助かりました。 外観の目につく所や廊下、客室はリフォームされており快適で、エレベーターも多数ある為ほぼ待つことなく出入り出来ました。 次の台北旅行でも利用させて頂きたく思います。

Prime location. Very easy to get around Taipei. They have laundry facilities and a gym as well.

Ficamos hospedados 2 vezes ( no início da viagem e no fim). Os primeiros quatro estavam reformados, mas quando retornamos, fomos alocados em um andar que cheirava mofo, e os quartos não estavam reformados. O meu quarto com umidade no teto e o quarto dos meus filhos, com forte cheiro de mofo

ホテルのロケーションはいいのですが、客室の古さ、匂い、バスの給湯は改善が必要かと思います。

部屋は綺麗に見えたが所々汚い。特に風呂場はカビ臭いしゴキブリも出た。 建物が古いので水道のハンマーコックは当たり前。 ただ日本語スタッフもいるしサービスは最高です

Caesar Park Hotel Taipei: Perfect Location, but Room View was a Major Drawback I recently stayed at the Caesar Park Hotel Taipei and came away with mixed feelings, largely dictated by the specific room I was assigned. The absolute best feature of this hotel is its location. It is unbeatable. The hotel is seamlessly connected to the underground mall, the Main Train Station (Taipei Main Station), and the MRT system, making access to the city and transportation effortless. For anyone prioritizing convenience, this aspect alone earns five stars. However, the room experience significantly detracted from the stay. My window faced directly opposite an adjacent office building. The proximity was such that I felt a complete lack of privacy and was compelled to keep the curtains closed at all times—day and night—to avoid staring directly into other people's workspaces and vice versa. This effectively removed any benefit of having a window, making the room feel enclosed and dark despite the time of day. The staff were generally courteous, but the privacy issue with the room was a constant nuisance. If you choose to stay here, I highly recommend requesting a room facing an exterior street or with a more favorable view, as the phenomenal location deserves a better room experience.

Nice hotel with direct access underground from Taipei Main Station. Remodeled rooms but poor workmanship. Only one place to charge your phone and it can only be used with the lights on.

There is no electric outlet by the bed so we cannot use our cellphone while asleep.

객실 청결도 및 교통위치가 아주좋음. 그런데 방음은 좋지 않으며, 벽뷰인데 반대측 창문과 마주보가보니 커튼을 열수가 없었음, 이건 빼고는 너무 만족스럽습니다.

Great location. Hotel is attached to the MRT station. The only downside is the beds are very hard, they don’t have any cushions at all. It feels like your sleeping on wood. Guest services weren’t as considerate. We understand it’s the policy of the hotel in regards to check-in time but please be considerate of your guest who travelled for more than 13hrs. As rooms become available do they really need to ask if their room is already available? One of the Front desk Clerk said we needed to wait at 3p because they are overbooked. Is that really our problem?

ロケーションもよく、どこに行くにも便利。この地域のホテルにありがちな洗面所の暗さ、エレベーターなかなか来ない問題もなく快適でした。スタッフにレストランの予約をお願いしましたら人気店のためなかなか繋がらない電話を一生懸命かけてくださり無事予約。楽しいディナーを過ごせました、ありがとうございます😊次の台湾旅行もぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。

台北駅M6出口からホテルの地下に直接行けます。 隣にコンビニがあって便利。 チェックインの前後で荷物を預かっていただけて大変助かりました。 また、トイレもペーパーを流せるタイプで安心でした。 タオルと浴衣が備えてあるので荷物が少なくて済みました。 また台北に行くことがあったら是非利用したいです。

We arrived in Taiwan early at around 6:00 AM, so I booked a room a day in advance to rest right away, especially since we were traveling with a baby. Upon arrival, we asked if a family room (which we booked for our 3-night stay) was already available, but were initially told the hotel was fully booked. We stayed in the standard room first so our baby could rest, and shortly after, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded us to a family room to avoid the hassle of transferring rooms. Overall, our stay was great. The location is excellent, with direct MRT access in the basement and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

The hotel really shows its age. The check in staff was never friendly. The bellmen were really nice.

室内清掃スタッフが笑顔で対応されて良かった。

The hotel is very old, the restroom doesn't feel clean. It might be clean, but the light and toilet doesn't feel clean. The staff tried to speed up but made the room card not functioning. It ended up I have to drag the luggages down to 1st floor again and go back up after a long day. Doing things quickly is a plus, not a must. Doing things right is a must, because it can save tons of effort for customers after a long day.

日本語対応できるスタッフの方がいて、いろいろ安心でした。 部屋も清潔で、設備も充分でした。 2025年から台湾では、客室にアメニティを設置しないことになったらしく、ホテルで初めて知りました。今後注意ですね。

駅直結で地下道で移動ができた。 また、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえ助かった。

Very convenient location, right in front of Taipei Main station where you can easily connect to every direction of the city. Clean room, friendly staff.

台北駅直結でアクセスがとてもいい立地でした。フロントの方は日本語が話せる方だったのでやり取りに不自由はありませんでした。清潔なお部屋でまわりの部屋の音も聞こえなかったので快適に過ごせました！2日目は清掃後にバスタオルが少なかったのですがフロントへ行ったところすぐに部屋へ持ってきてくださいました。ホテルのフロントと同階にコンビニがあり、とても便利でした。初日は早朝便、最終日は深夜便でしたがチェックイン前とチェックアウト後も荷物を快く預かってくださり大変助かりました。3日間お世話になりましたが気持ちよく利用でき、おすすめできるホテルです。また利用したいです。

どこに行くにも便利な立地。 水回りはリノベされたようで、ウォシュレットもあり快適。 朝食は周りにお店が多いのでホテルより外で済ませる方がいいと思う。

closed to everything, back hotel has good street foods, easy to all type train, HRS, buses, and taxi... hotel well maintained, service good. staff very friendly, the coffee shop is best. service lady very very helpful. she keep place very nice and clean. I will come back next trip stay here,

I had a 48 hour layover in Taipei and I am glad I booked this hotel for my stay. It is in a great location accessible from Taipei Main Station. Very central with metro beside it and lots of places to eat and see. The hotel is clean, seemed modern or recently renovated maybe. Staff where accommodating and friendly. Especially the friendly staff at the moment buffet, the friendly man who signed me in every morning took time to come speak to me in English. Food was great also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have limited time in Taipei.

ホテルは快適でしたが、朝食の食堂が狭く、料理の味はいまいちでした。 また、MRTに行くのに階段があり、重い荷物を持っていると辛く、目の前の台北駅にも行きにくかったです。タクシー客しか相手にされていないのかなと思いました。 今度は他のホテルにしようと思います。
