まだ新しいホテルですし、大浴場もあり、また、ラウンジも使いやすく、非常に快適でした。日系ホテルなので日本語もまったく問題なく、安心感があります。部屋は今回2階でしたが、入ったときに排水溝ぽいにおいがふんわりしてちょっと気になりましたが、すぐ鼻が慣れたので、ずっと気になるほどではなかったです。（たぶん大浴場使う人が多く、部屋のシャワールームの使用頻度が少なめで排水溝においが出やすいんじゃないかなと。）空気清浄機があると尚いいかなと思いました。

駅前で綺麗なホテルと思い期待度が高かったせいもあり、トイレや洗面台に毛が落ちていたのはマイナスポイントでした。大浴場は行ってみるとそんなに広くはなく、混雑していました。そのためか排水の流れが悪く、洗い場の足元は水が溜まっていました。大浴場の温度はかなり熱めでした。それ以外は、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Room was a little bit smaller than expected, but service was great. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Location is convenient, as it is right next to the metro exit. However, there is no shelter for vehicles to pick up or drop off guests.

Our second time staying here. Hotel is nice and clean, location is convenient, just right by the subway station. Most importantly staff are super friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the excellent service, especially from their front desk team. My uncle didn’t feel well during the day and had to go to hospital to do checkups on Nov 7, front desk staff gave him suggestion for Taipei hospital to avoid long lineups, and called taxi for him and my aunt, he also did a follow up after they came back from the hospital. Love their breakfast and will definitely come back next time !

The location really can’t be beat, just a one-minute walk from Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Exit 3, which made getting around super easy. Check-in on the night of 15 June was a bit underwhelming. The front desk staff that night wasn’t very warm. I politely asked if it was possible to be on the same floor as my family member, and she simply said “no” without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. While she did explain the hotel details, her tone felt robotic, not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. It also felt like she didn’t expect guests to check in around midnight (which was our case, at around 12am on 16 June). Aside from that, the rest of the staff were great. Most front desk and concierge team members were friendly and helpful. However, staff here tend to stick strictly to rules and procedures, which can feel a bit inflexible at times. One concierge staff member who helped with our luggage on 18 June stood out for the wrong reason, he seemed impatient and unfriendly. The 2nd floor lounge was as cozy as always, but the midnight closing time felt a little early for guests looking for a quiet place to unwind later at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was polite, efficient, and professional, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. This was our second time staying here after 2.5 years, and overall, the service has improved, likely to better cater to the many Japanese guests.

宿泊中に、突然の体調の不調で一時焦りましたが、フロントの方々に相談したところ、非常に親切でご丁寧な対応をいただきました。（医療機関受診の結果、感染症ではなく安心して残り期間を過ごせた）それ以外の部分でも、全体的にホテルサービスとして細やかなホスピタリティを滞在中の様々な局面で感じることが多く、日本の決め細やかさと台湾の親切さを併せ持つ、素晴らしいホテルと思います。お部屋は水回り含め設備がよく快適ですし、大浴場は日本人としてはうれしい限りです。

The staff was exceptional. The front desk stored our luggage two days prior to check-in and our luggage was in our room upon our arrival. The lounge area was very nice as we were able to utilize it after we checked out, as we had a late flight departure. Upon checking out, front desk staff noticed we hadn't used two of our breakfast coupons and re-issed coupons that could be used towards lunch/ dinner for our final day. They were very helpful in calling taxis and helping my husband, who is handicapped. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were ample outlets to charge our electronics. We enjoyed our stay.

ホテル内で子供が転んで怪我をしてしまった際に、病院の手配、病院への同行と通訳対応をして頂き大変助かりました。日本人スタッフがいて、何かあった際に対応して頂けるのは心強いです。また、客室も過ごしやすく、大浴場もあり快適でした。駅近で交通は不便しないですが、ホテルの周辺にコンビニやスーパーがなく、数百メートル歩く必要があるため、そこだけ少し不便です。

2 stops from Central Station and 30 sec from MRT exit, convenient to go book stores, massage parlour fine dining places at the centre of the city. The hotel is 15 mins walking distance from C Lab. I am so glad that I made good use of the 2 hour free time before going to the airport and saw a very good art exhibition before leaving this lovely city.

市内の中心地に位置し、松山国際空港から、地下鉄で1回乗り変えて４駅で行けるところが便利だった。17階にある日本式の大浴場は気持ち良かった。清潔で、部屋も広く快適だった。　ただ一つ、足りないと感じたのは、レストランが一箇所で、お洒落なバーとかが無かった点。夜景の見える17階にお洒落なバーが有れば最高でした。
