Super friendly cleaning staff. Worked like ninjas, done before we know it each day. Check-in as usual is at 3:00pm, bummer if you are flying in early into Taipei. Now check-in is an electronic kiosk, it works, but not sure how I feel without the human interaction. If there was a gripped about the hotel, it would be the 3 elevators are not enough for the 19 to 20 floors of guests. Also wish the lobby was a tad bigger and room to sit. Food options around Cham Cha are plentiful. But given the heat, we opted for Uber Eats and its fast delivery. Overall, for a hotel close to Banqiao station, it’s a decent hotel and worth staying at. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We come back to the area often

This is my go-to place in Taipei due to its convenience to transportation, facilities, and price. However, it has been deteriorating lately. Probably due to the reasons I mentioned, it is always packed, and the front desk and elevators are not able to handle the load. In particular, they have taken to shutting down one elevator overnight until 8AM. I understand saving the wear and tear, and electricity, but 8AM is FAR too late to turn the third elevator back on. Everyone who is trying to get breakfast before a busy day is trying to get the two remaining elevators from 6AM on, and the result is a long wait for an elevator, and a traffic jam in the lobby. If they DO want to turn the elevator off, I would suggest 11PM to 6AM and again from 11AM until 3PM.

Second time here in 3 years, just as good, clean and well maintained. The staff was great, the beds were firm and comfortable. The room space is well designed to maximize space use without feeling cramped. All in all a great place to be to visit Taipei and the surroundings.

The room is clean and tidy. Lighting is good for girls to do makeup. However, there is smell from the bathtub. I think table or placing surface is not enough, that needs to put belongings on the ground. Drink water is not enough and uneasy to request for.

We stayed at the hotel every time we come visit Taiwan. The first couple of years was excellent but this time the drainage pipe on the vanity was blocked, the silicone in the bathroom was full of black mould. Not as good compared to the last few stays. The front desk did offer to resolve the blocked pipe problem but was very late at night and we only stayed for one night so we did not accept the offer. But overall the room was nice and comfy.

Hotel Cham Cham Taipei is relatively clean and has fairly new facilities. The location is a bit out of the way since it’s in New Taipei City, but transportation is convenient. The area around the hotel is a little boring, but it’s very safe, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. In my room, the bathroom didn’t have a sink—the sink was located in the hallway next to the bedroom, which was a bit strange. Overall, though, I was quite satisfied.

Great Place to stay in, staff is friendly and the cleanliness of the room is great! Booked 2 hotel for this trip, but the other hotel is a disappointment compared to Hotel Cham Cham. Due to the good experience, we have decided to book the next available date till the end of our trip at Hotel Cham Cham and forgo the current Hotel. Will book with them again if I am travelling to Taipei!

Check in time is 3pm. I went at 2:56pm, the staff told me the rooms are not ready and will need AT LEAST 1 more hour until it is ready. Out of the 3 rooms I booked, they managed to get me 1 room first.. while I had to wait over an hour for the next 2 rooms. Reason given to me was that the previous guests checked out late. There was no service recovery at all, counter staff tried to brush over by saying you could check out late as well. There's also zero facilities here as well.. no gym or laundry.. so you have to take a 5 min walk to have your clothes washed. Perhaps the place is good for 1 or 2 day stay.. any longer you might want to consider elsewhere.

This hotel is near the banqiao HSR, train and metro station which made moving aroundnTaiwan very easy. The hotel room is of good size. The only thing not so satisfactory is when i asked for late check up as a platinum expedia member, the 1st lady just rejected my request without even bothering to check but when i asked another staff the next day, i was given the request. I think there's inconsistent SOP.

Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card.

There are a lot of walkways connecting the hotel to the station and some shopping malls with interesting eating options, and of course much more restaurants are at the street level. The staff was extremely helpful and organized and the room we were given on the 19th floor had a beautiful view on the city at night. The room itself was not very big, but everything was convenient and our family of 3 was able to enjoy it without too much gymnastics. The separate shower and toilet room were appreciated. All the amenities were clean, modern, and well thought out. We appreciated the water bottles given daily, the mini fridge and the foutsin of clean filtered hot/cold water in front of the elevators. It is a good idea to have enough water when visiting around Taipei in the summer. I will definitely use this hotel again for my next trip to Taipei.
