Really nice house. We brought our dogs and they had a good time, too. Great location - 30 minutes at most to most attractions. Beach is nice but busy with random people - very clean beach. Yard was great! Hot tub outdated but nice and working. Inside house was as clean as you can get it with a sandy beach location. Some areas need some updating - which is typical of houses that accept pets and we expected that. Owner's VERY nice and accommodating. Highly recommended and we would stay again!

This was a very accurate and well designed property for a trip to Myrtle. Between the pool, hot tub, grill, and private walk to the beach, this house was perfect for our golf trip. Strong communications with the owners as well!

This house was the perfect location for us with all the amenities to keep us all entertained! It is close enough for a quick drive to the busier spots of MB, but isolated enough to make you feel like you have a piece of the beach all to yourself. The house was great for us, the view was amazing! The upper back porch is where my wife and I spent mornings drinking coffee listening to the ocean. Everyone had their own room and the pool table/games were great to keep us entertained. Furniture, indoor and out was well maintained. Some areas of house had recently been renovated with new floors and tile. a little wear and tear around house, to be expected at a beach house. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed. Hot tub was great for getting warm after a day at the beach in March. I wish the pool was heated, we never would have left. Both were clean We used the washer/dryer, dishwasher, steam mop, charcoal grill, pretty much everything in the place and all was in working order and served our needs. We never felt unsafe and the area is very calm at night. We reported a pool table ball missing and management brought us all new set of balls the next day, they also came over twice to fix a TV issue, so I would say 5 star customer service!! Easy check-in/out process. I would not hesitate to book this place again, in fact, we probably will. Location, amenities, customer service all reasons to go back!

Spent a lot of money to stay at this place, location is great and could be a super place with a huge facelift. The house was in teribble shape. First it was FILTHY. Walking across the floor your feet were black, sand and grime throughout. There were cracked windows with tape on them and also so dirty, the pool was green and unswimmable for 3 of the 5 days. The BBQ literally caught on fire as there was so much grease in it. The refrigerator upstairs had a main shelf broken out. We had 11 people there and had to stack food which collapsed due to the weight of the food on the crispers, the dishwasher was in operable as the rubber was broken out and we had to hand wash dishes for 5 days. There were TONS of flys and we looked at a recent review on Google and the last guest said they found a dead rat which makes sense as there were rat droppings in a bowl in upstairs cupboard. ZERO assemblance of kitchen equipment, pans where they were burned so bad with horribly damaged Teflon (the local manager did bring some over along with some silverware as there were 3 forks in the house and little other supporting kitchenware. Very serving few bowls and crappy cheap! All beds were hard as a rock and the local mgr came and laid down on them and she went to the store and bought toppers for some of the beds as they were so uncomfortable. They had pillows delivered but there were no pillowcases anywhere. Worst is no answer to these complaints and waiting for answers and refund!

8 days with 7 days of golf...couldn't ask for a better place. Enjoyed walking the beach in the morning, playing golf in the afternoon and relaxing in the hot tub after. Great location with Molly Darcy's a one block away so we could walk to have our evening of drinks without driving. If we only have 8 guys next year we will certainly be back Marty H. Batavia NY

We are wholly disappointed with this rental. The rental description egregiously misrepresented fundamental aspects of this stay. To begin with, my adult children expressed their disgust with the mildew smell and mold creeping out from under the vents and as a result, cannot stay in the downstairs unit. This lead to them moving upstairs to share rooms. Due to the overcrowded space upstairs, my other adult children have to endure the downstairs unit possibly to their health’s detriment. As part of our family vacation tradition, we planned on cooking each night with an adult couple preparing meals. Due to insufficient cooking supplies in both units compounded by a broken stove in the upstairs unit, we are unable to continue our family tradition and could not cook meals. Alternatively, we tried to use the grill, but to our shock, the grill is unusable due to severe rust! We searched tirelessly for a vacation rental with a private pool because we enjoy pool time as a family after the beach. We planned to spend hours at the pool before dinner. Due to a green algae infestation, the pool is now unusable. Moreover, the unstable internet network connection made family movie night and remote working difficult. The day we got there, the place was very dirty, water bottle caps in the bed ,dirty dishes, dog hair, dog toys, and a partially eaten box of Cheez-Its under the couch. So we took that day to clean. we also had to take time to stay there while the maintenance guy came like three times because of the clog drains. Then the water Spicket broke in the bathroom,,so we had to leave the water running all night very hot in there. The air conditioning went out in the bottom half the maintenance guy came back out got it to work, but the day we left the air conditioning quit working again. I did ask for one day refund, but he would not give that to me, but he did give me a half a day. I really thought that he should’ve gave me a full day because it was hard so for us too all get to do something together.

We had a great time celebrating our Mom! David was very responsive to messages and accommodated all requests. The house was in a great location with direct access to the beach. There were 24 of us and this place fit our group. Thank you!

We had a great trip, right on the beach, great porch. Beds are very comfortable. It was really nice to have kitchens and had all the amenities we needed. We had a blast and would totally visit again.

Overall, the house was nice and communication with David was excellent. When the family wanted to have the pool heated, he was very quick to respond. The only thing we found odd was the layout of the house. It is essentially 2 separate apartments with no interior stairs joining them. As we were one family using the main kitchen upstairs for meals, this was inconvenient. Also, the laundry area is on the outside of the ground floor entrance. We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly.

We loved being on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise on the ocean. The property management was very responsive. Myself and my 20 friends recently stayed for a long golf weekend here. It was an awesome time and the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was a short drive from everything Myrtle has to offer and with it being right on the beach we spent most of our time at the house. Would very highly recommend staying here! Would even be nice for a family vacation!!

This house was the perfect location for us with all the amenities to keep us all entertained! It is close enough for a quick drive to the busier spots of MB, but isolated enough to make you feel like you have a piece of the beach all to yourself. The house was great for us, the view was amazing! The upper back porch is where my wife and I spent mornings drinking coffee listening to the ocean. Everyone had their own room and the pool table/games were great to keep us entertained. Furniture, indoor and out was well maintained. Some areas of house had recently been renovated with new floors and tile. a little wear and tear around house, to be expected at a beach house. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed. Hot tub was great for getting warm after a day at the beach in March. I wish the pool was heated, we never would have left. Both were clean We used the washer/dryer, dishwasher, steam mop, charcoal grill, pretty much everything in the place and all was in working order and served our needs. We never felt unsafe and the area is very calm at night. We reported a pool table ball missing and management brought us all new set of balls the next day, they also came over twice to fix a TV issue, so I would say 5 star customer service!! Easy check-in/out process. I would not hesitate to book this place again, in fact, we probably will. Location, amenities, customer service all reasons to go back!

The day we got there, the place was very dirty, water bottle caps in the bed ,dirty dishes, dog hair, dog toys, and a partially eaten box of Cheez-Its under the couch. So we took that day to clean. we also had to take time to stay there while the maintenance guy came like three times because of the clog drains. Then the water Spicket broke in the bathroom,,so we had to leave the water running all night very hot in there. The air conditioning went out in the bottom half the maintenance guy came back out got it to work, but the day we left the air conditioning quit working again. I did ask for one day refund, but he would not give that to me, but he did give me a half a day. I really thought that he should’ve gave me a full day because it was hard so for us too all get to do something together.

8 days with 7 days of golf...couldn't ask for a better place. Enjoyed walking the beach in the morning, playing golf in the afternoon and relaxing in the hot tub after. Great location with Molly Darcy's a one block away so we could walk to have our evening of drinks without driving. If we only have 8 guys next year we will certainly be back Marty H. Batavia NY

Spent a lot of money to stay at this place, location is great and could be a super place with a huge facelift. The house was in teribble shape. First it was FILTHY. Walking across the floor your feet were black, sand and grime throughout. There were cracked windows with tape on them and also so dirty, the pool was green and unswimmable for 3 of the 5 days. The BBQ literally caught on fire as there was so much grease in it. The refrigerator upstairs had a main shelf broken out. We had 11 people there and had to stack food which collapsed due to the weight of the food on the crispers, the dishwasher was in operable as the rubber was broken out and we had to hand wash dishes for 5 days. There were TONS of flys and we looked at a recent review on Google and the last guest said they found a dead rat which makes sense as there were rat droppings in a bowl in upstairs cupboard. ZERO assemblance of kitchen equipment, pans where they were burned so bad with horribly damaged Teflon (the local manager did bring some over along with some silverware as there were 3 forks in the house and little other supporting kitchenware. Very serving few bowls and crappy cheap! All beds were hard as a rock and the local mgr came and laid down on them and she went to the store and bought toppers for some of the beds as they were so uncomfortable. They had pillows delivered but there were no pillowcases anywhere. Worst is no answer to these complaints and waiting for answers and refund!

We are wholly disappointed with this rental. The rental description egregiously misrepresented fundamental aspects of this stay. To begin with, my adult children expressed their disgust with the mildew smell and mold creeping out from under the vents and as a result, cannot stay in the downstairs unit. This lead to them moving upstairs to share rooms. Due to the overcrowded space upstairs, my other adult children have to endure the downstairs unit possibly to their health’s detriment. As part of our family vacation tradition, we planned on cooking each night with an adult couple preparing meals. Due to insufficient cooking supplies in both units compounded by a broken stove in the upstairs unit, we are unable to continue our family tradition and could not cook meals. Alternatively, we tried to use the grill, but to our shock, the grill is unusable due to severe rust! We searched tirelessly for a vacation rental with a private pool because we enjoy pool time as a family after the beach. We planned to spend hours at the pool before dinner. Due to a green algae infestation, the pool is now unusable. Moreover, the unstable internet network connection made family movie night and remote working difficult. With all of that said, the only thing accurate about the rental description is the view.

Due to insufficient cooking supplies in both units compounded by a broken stove in the upstairs unit, we are unable to continue our family tradition and could not cook meals. Alternatively, we tried to use the grill, but to our shock, the grill is unusable due to severe rust! We searched tirelessly for a vacation rental with a private pool because we enjoy pool time as a family after the beach. We planned to spend hours at the pool before dinner. Due to a green algae infestation, the pool is now unusable. Moreover, the unstable internet network connection made family movie night and remote working difficult. With all of that said, the only thing accurate about the rental description is the view.

We had a fantastic stay during our golf trip to Myrtle Beach. The house was extremely clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location with easy access to golf courses, restaurants, and local attractions.The owner and management team were attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Ample parking was a big plus for our group.The only minor issue was that a few towels showed some wear, but other than that, everything was excellent. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

Great location, clean sheets and towels but general housekeeping was subpar (examples: dusty, floors left feet black). Pool and hot tub were not very clean upon arrival, but maintenance was communicative and eventually both were cleaned. Overall, it wasn't immaculate, but it also wasn't so dirty that it ruined our trip. Note that if you rent the full house, the upstairs and downstairs are only accessed by exterior stairs.
