Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach by IHG

The hotel has no parking and they recommended we park in a nearby parking lot, but they didn't tell us it was a crazy cost and at the end of two days we paid 600 NIS. The breakfast is good and rich. The pool, jacuzzi and spa are of average quality.

The Crown Plaza Tel Aviv Beach is under a refreshment. We were in a renovated suite, that was small but comfortable. There is limited storage space and no closet for hanging clothing. The room was clean and the hotel overall was clean. Given the size of the suite, the rooms would be small. The pool area is lovely though the bar is not open which is unfortunate. Further the water station was inside the hotel and you had to leave the pool area to access. The breakfast area had a decent selection. The club lounge was very nice and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The hospitality and lounge staff were very nice. The front desk and concierge was a bit of a hit and miss and the staff at the entrance spent most of their time on their phone texting and playing games. Overall, management were unhelpful and their reason for the service was due to the culture. I know that is not the case as we visited other hotels in the area and that was not the experience we received. The lobby bar did not have a great selection and you were limited to wine or some spirits. The room service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Wifi only worked in part of our room and it did not work in the pool area. Overall, the hotel is dated and the service needs improvement. There are members of the management that should rethink how they approach service at the hotel. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach and surrounding activities.

Pas de SPA ouvert! Ni de salle de sport… Nous choisissons ce genre d’établissement pour son infrastructure et service… Très déçu ! Nous voulions 24h de détente avec mon épouse…

Da vi ankom hotellet kl. 18:00 på ettermiddagen, var ingen rom rengjort. Vi hadde bestilt 5 rom og fikk ett kl. 19:00 og de andre kl. 22:30 på kvelden. Vi hadde bestilt et hotell med spa avdeling, svømmebasseng og treningsrom. Alt var stengt og under oppussing. Vi hadde ikke fått noe informasjon om dette og ble veldig skuffet. Hotellet var ganske slitt, men ellers helt greit. Frokosten var ok.

Great gem directly on the beach. They are currently renovating rooms and it was great to have a newly renovated room. The business lounge offered complimentary lite snacks, lite breakfast foods, dinner, wine. This was a wonderful bonus. The location is amazing, walkable, on the boardwalk.

The staff and service at the hotel was excellent. They were all so helpful and professional. So thanks for that The hotel was a bit run down, the balcony at the room was smaller than possible, and the gym was very bad. A great contrast to the pictures on hotels.com. Hotels showed great gym pictures, which in no way lived up to reality

I don’t know how some people gave very bad reviews for the parking or the pool. When you are in Tel Aviv and on the beach that’s all that matters. Best ocean. Just pool is over crowded. But I wasn’t there for a pool . Room was great and renovated. It’s a very good hotel to stay at . Don’t hesitate.

We came for the warm pool and it was not warm. The room was also cold and no A/C controller

Hotel muito bem localizado e com ótima infraestrutura. Contudo a qualidade do serviço é fraca. O quarto não foi bem arrumado várias vezes (passamos 11 dias). Não faziam a reposição de shower gel e teve um dia a noite que chegamos e não tinha papel higiênico. Nosso quarto era velho, ultrapassado e mal limpo. O gerente geral Ivo foi bastante atencioso quando falamos com ele mas não pode fazer muita coisa além de pedir para colocarem papel higiênico. Até sugeriu eventualmente de trocarmos de quarto mas já estávamos no período final da viagem e não queríamos mais confusão. O café da manhã é excelente.

This hotel may once have been a 5 star but not anymore apart from location. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The floor was filthy my feet were black walking to the bathroom and back. The chairs in restaurant are peeling leather and stuffing escaping from cushion. People appear in pajama for breakfast and pile food in tin foil taking it away. The lifts are dark and scratched and the door to the beach is dangerous and a fire hazard as they locked the emergency exit and only works two floors above. The hallway near the room had an old mattress and broken chair left for three days, wires hanging out of a socket and they repairs electrics at midnight causing all the lights to switch on and wake us up. The staff are not knowledgeable but friendly and the assistant manager rude when I told her someone was vaping inthe restaurant, she hides in the office so wouldn’t know what us going on in the hotel. They demanded a £200 hold with my credit card despite having paid in full and refused to release until checkout. The food at breakfast was not great only fruit available was melon or chopped fruit salad not even a banana. The bread was good day one but by day 3 the bagels and cholla had gone not replaced. There was a chef cooking eggs which was fine. The pool area was dirty where people had smoked and the cleaner turned up late afternoon to remove the ash. Disappointed

Lo bueno: Ubicación y desayuno. Lo malo: Las instalaciones con poco mantenimiento y falta limpieza (pisos pegostiosos y la tina le faltaba una buena tallada). Considero que el costo beneficio no es bueno.

Good front door was defective and they could not fix it for a whole week. The choice for Tv was poor only one terrible English news channel CNN nothing to balance it out like Fox News in English

I’ve visited Tel Aviv a lot, so know what to expect, on this occasion we were a large family group, so we had booked four rooms in total, although a couple of the rooms experienced AC issues, these were sorted and rooms cool enough. Excellent breakfast, staff a little too eager to remove full glasses of juice, or half full plates, and sometimes difficult to get a cup of coffee when busy at weekends, but generally a good comfortable hotel, in ideal location and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Very accommodating to any of my requests

The hotel has a beautiful veiw of Mediterranean sea and Tel Aviv beach. Very convenient for aily walking or jogging since promenade is located in front of hotel. Daily breakfast had huge varieties of food, freshly squized juces. Shabbat dinner vas stalish and delicious. Hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Hotel's Restaurant employee Sveta was very attentive and helpful. Michael at concierge table was very helpful especially to get us on time to the airport.

There was a fire in the hotel. The entire fire management was done very poorly. No water offered to those waiting in the lobby. The electricity was cut off for the entire last day of stay. Not a word of apology or compensation

The peaple at the hotel were the best. They food and cleaned all around was great and the beach is right there. My wife and I walked at night till midnight and we had no problem and it was very safe.

Great location great staff and nicely updated just a little overpriced in my opinion.

At all, the service was friendly and prompt and pleasant. It was right next to the beach and near all the Israeli dancing every Saturday. From the hotel lobby, you can watch the surfers and people playing football volleyball and a beautiful sunset
