The gym was very, very dirty. I have never in my life seen a Gymn that dirty. The equiptment was old and dirty. Fans were filthy and ceiling tiles were gone. The place was a dump!! You should not refer your guest to this Gymn that is not part of the hotel. It is a private Gymn. Call me for pictures at 305 389-9513. PA everything else was great..

Hotel located inside a mall so you have a lot of shops and small restaurants nearby. The area is a business are would not recommend for holidays. Only thing we did not like at all is that the hotel says it has a gym and a pool, actually is access to a Homes Palace gym so you do not get the quietness nor the cleaning of a private hotel gym and pool.

A very not recommended hotel. 1.we were in "rosh hashana" and till weekend - there were no bar or loby services. We had to dtive to the city for that. 2. No shuttle services to the beach as promesed. 3. Parking cost money (its the mall parking) 4. The swimming pool its a "holmes place" pool (For that i can use my member card to enter. Furthermore, there isn't any bar service at the pool. 5. There is no smoking area at the hotel. Smoking is allowed only outside the hotel at a very dirty and unpleasant parking zone.

Nice experience overall. Service and staff were unusually responsive. The gym is under construction and was a mess. No showers, very disorienting. If you need the gym, then come back when it’s done

The hotel is very well suited if you plan to travel to different cities in Israel. It is about a 2 block walk to a major train station. It is also attached to a very large vertical mall that includes a 2 floor food court with a huge variety of foods. As for the hotel itself, the Israeli breakfast is quite average-nothing special and everyday the same. Cleaning of the room is spotty and inconsistent. Despite these downsides, the hotel worked well for us.

Loved the big room, the view and easy direct access to the mall and train station. Check in is chaotic and people can cut in front of you without staff giving a care. Also, they don't have a restaurant. There's a breakfast area, but no place to have lunch or dinner in the hotel.

Condizionatore mal funzionante (finestre sigillate); la doccia perdeva acqua allagando il pavimento; una lampada sul lavandino non si accendeva. L’ultima sera il condizionatore ha provocato un cortocircuito lasciandoci al buio. Un elettricista è subito intervenuto e l’albergo ci ha trasferito dal piano 12 al piano 23 in una stanza uguale, ma priva dei difetti menzionati e più curata. Ai clienti di Expedia e operatori simili vengono riservate stanze meno curate? Grazie comunque al sig. Shalev che ci ha prontamente aiutato a trasferirci. L’ultima sera, volendo liquidare la fattura ci siamo accorti che era stata in gran parte addebitata a nostra insaputa all’arrivo (“politica della direzione”)—prassi inconsueta; gl’impiegati stessi del desk avevano difficoltà a capire i conti parziali stampati sulla fattura. Volendo pagare con un’altra CC, la prima ci è stata rimborsata, ma con una perdita per via della differenza tra l’acquisto e la vendita della valuta. I sig.ri Shalev e Ilana al desk si sono prodigati per renderci il rospo meno amaro e siamo loro grati.

Clean upscale hotel in a great neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The room was clean, large and had a great view. Especially helpful is the adjacent access to Israel’s extensive train network. From there you can reach Ben Gurion Airport and every major area in the country.

The room was very nice. However, the shower in the bathroom is a big problem. It is on the floor and there is nothing to keep the bathroom from flooding. There should be a border between the shower area and the rest of the floor or more of an incline so the water can drain. Also, at breakfast, they ran out of hot water and didn’t bother to replace the hot water urn. They also didn’t clean the breakfast tables very fast so we had to clean off the tables ourselves. For such a good brand, I was pretty disappointed in the hotel.

Very convenient for shopping at supermarket and mall. It was noisy Saturday with demonstrations taking place right in front of the hotel. Inconvenient on holidays because Gett's car cannot enter the pickup point. There is only a broken minibar and no refrigerator.

Every time i had to come back to the room, my key didn't work. I had to replace it 4 times in a day. Also the TV wasn't working when I checked in. Not the best value for money but good location.

We arrived at 10:30 pm with one infant and a 2yo already fuzzy from traveling. Instead of having a normal check in we had a “let’s learn a trainee” how to do check ins. My wife asked nicely the receptionist named Or to do it him self quicker considering our situation. He started yelling hysterically at her: “don’t tell me how to do my job”. I told him to stop or I will do something about his attitude , he asked me if I am threatening him, I had to explained to him that reporting him is perfectly legal (imagine his attitude if I had to have this dialogue with a hotel staff). After 11 pm you can’t get anything decent to eat from room service. Awful experience, will never stay again at this hotel chain.

I like the breakfast buffet I dislike the service, the response to a request took forever. I had to get down to the front desk three times, since the room phones did not work, i was asking for a set of sheets and a blanket. It took forever for them to deliver them to the room.

The room was nice it was clean and had a lot of space. The service overall was bad. Tried to call room service a couple of times (20 minutes wait time overall). Eventually tired to make an order, asked what kind of white wine do you guys have? The answer was "Standart Israeli Wine" (must be a new kind). I ordered two starters and a main dish with a bottle of wine. I was told that it would take an hour to fill the order (not like we are hungry but OK). 10 minutes later they call and say: well, we don't have anything from what you ordered (including the wine) would you like to order something else? Tried to go to the business lounge to grab a coffee, couldn't get in so i went to the resection desk there were two staff members there, one spoke English the second Hebrew, they gave me two separate version on why the lounge is not accessible.

The room was fine. The buffet dinner was $65 and there’s no way we could eat that much. The only other option was a tuna sandwich. When trying to make arrangements to get to the Tel Aviv airport, the transport guy wasn’t answering. We had to wait until 5 am on the sabbath, to hopefully get a cab. They advertise a hot tub which turns out to be in the gym that was already closed nest door.
