Hotel excelentemente ubicado, aunque en zona peatonal y con un parking pequeño que no pudimos usar por lo que tuvimos que usar el parking público al otro lado del Paseo del Óvalo (5 minutos andando) que sale por un pico. Excelente el servicio de recepción, con procesos rápidos de check in y check out. El desayuno es mejorable (sigo sin entender porque en España no hay zumo de naranja natural en la mayoría de hoteles). Las habitaciones son un poco justas de espacio, pero la ducha es sobresaliente.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville qui permet de faire toutes les visites à pied .Le parking de l'hôtel n'a pas pu nous accueillir car complet et trop petit. Nous avons dû aller dans un parking municipal situé 150 m plus loin ce qui n'est pas un réel pb sauf pour le transport des bagages.

I would not recommends to solo traveler. Although I paid full price for a room, because I am traveling solo, I got a room that looked more like a closet or short hallway with a twin bed. Thus has not happened to me in any other place . Also I had to pay for public parking away from the hotel because the parking is so small (at most 10 spots), I could not secure a spot even though I arrived relatively early . However , the quality of the room is good and it is clean and well located . The service in the restaurant for diner was great .

Chambres non insonorisées. Prévoir bouchons d’oreille. Impossible d’accéder en voiture. Il y a 6 places de parking pour 100 chambres, nous a-t-on dit à l’accueil! On vous envoie dans un parking public. Débrouillez -vous ! Pas d’eau chaude le soir. Après avoir demandé, on s’est carrément fichu de nous ! « Il est interdit d’avoir plus chaud ! » Et marmonnage en espagnol, pensant qu’on ne comprenait pas. Le lendemain matin, l’eau chaude était revenue. Je comprends qu’il n’y ait plus d’eau chaude le soir, mais l’insolence et l’incorrection du personnel, non! Prima hotel op Centraal gelegen locatie. We waren er op maandag en dan zijn ‘s avonds helaas niet alle winkels en restaurants open. Parkeergarage was wavol dus we moesten bij een externe garage parkeren. Maar is op zich maar op een paar minuten afstand goed te lopen.

Un problema grave el acceso al hotel con coche es kafkiano , finalmente me ayudó la policía Local , permitiendo que accediera para descargar equipaje subiendo en dirección prohibida . De poco sirve el GPS , es prácticamente imposible El resto me pareció correcto como indico en el formulario

El parking del hotel estaba ocupado, y tuvimos q ir a otro a 150 metros, q valia 18€ el dia. Y a la hora de entrar, eran 3 menos diez y nos hicieron esperar innecesariamente esos 10 minutos, porque la entrada era a las 3.(y eso q las habitaciones estaban preparadas).

Detalles importantes: Huele a cerrado al entrar, papelera del baño no vaciada, suelo con huellas de pasos, portarollos del papel higiénico mal atornillado, olor a tuberías en el baño. Detalles no tan importantes: pastilla de jabón ridícula sin platito para dejarla, vasos de plástico en el baño, minibar con 2 botellas de agua únicamente. Cerradura electrónica de la puerta con fallos (no cerraba al irme y lo arreglaron). El personal fue amable.

El baño teñía un olor a cloaca. Tuvimos que cerrar la puerta toda la noche. A primera hora hemos encendido el extractor puesto para aliviar el olor antes de la ducha, una pena, porque el hotel esta situado en un entorno ideal.

Todo fenomenal. Un proceso de recepción rápido y eficiente tanto a la entrada como a la salida. La habitación no era excesivamente grande, pero las camas eran muy amplias y cómodas y la ducha, sobresaliente. Fenomenalmente ubicado, entre el paseo del Ovalo y la plaza del Tórico.

Todo fenomenal. Un proceso de recepción rápido y eficiente tanto a la entrada como a la salida. La habitación no era excesivamente grande, pero las camas eran muy amplias y cómodas y la ducha, sobresaliente. Fenomenalmente ubicado, entre el paseo del Ovalo y la plaza del Tórico.

Hotel muy bien situado y con excelentes instalaciones. Habitación no muy grande pero con todo lo necesario. Si he de poner un pero, es que se escuchaba a la gente que acudía al resto de las habitaciones y quizás podía tener una mejor insonorización.

Lovely staff, very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that had fluffy soft towels. Everything about the stay was perfect.

El parking del hotel estaba ocupado, y tuvimos q ir a otro a 150 metros, q valia 18€ el dia. Y a la hora de entrar, eran 3 menos diez y nos hicieron esperar innecesariamente esos 10 minutos, porque la entrada era a las 3.(y eso q las habitaciones estaban preparadas).

Clean and comfortable room in a great location with affordable parking on site. It's two minutes walking from the main square and most of the sights, with great dining options nearby. Getting a room with a balcony was well worth it as we were able to sit outside and watch the sunset with great views of the city. Breakfast OK, nice fresh fruit.

Great location, right at the top of the beautiful steps welcoming visitors to Teruel. If you have luggage and arrive at the train station, note that there is a lift that shuttles you right up the cliff to the top of the stairs, and lands you right in front of the hotel. Teruel is small and walkable, so the location is perfect to get anywhere. The hotel has a new wing in the inner building and an old one that overlooks the plaza and the stairs. We were given a choice between the new and old wings and we chose the new wing, but the old wing is but no means shabby, and if you get one of the rooms in the old wing with the terraces overlooking the plaza, the views are likely amazing. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage there overnight when we visited a neighbouring town for the night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Un problema grave el acceso al hotel con coche es kafkiano , finalmente me ayudó la policía Local , permitiendo que accediera para descargar equipaje subiendo en dirección prohibida . De poco sirve el GPS , es prácticamente imposible El resto me pareció correcto como indico en el formulario

Estuvimos en una suite a media pensión. Todo perfecto. El desayuno muy completo. La cena nos la dieron en el restaurante y el menú que nos ofrecieron tenía platos bastante bien elaborados y estaban buenísimos. La situación del hotel perfecta.

Hotel described as Pet Friendly; however, was told that I couldn’t take the dog into the restaurant and also that I couldn’t leave the dog alone in the room??? The hotel later relented, but we decided to have room service. Sadly the food was, at best, lukewarm.

Estancia dentro de lo normal a excepción del WC. Nos tocó una habitación con baño accesible, con la consiguiente incomodidad en ducha e inodoro, ademas de la falta de espacio para enseres de baño. Of you're expecting your AC (air conditioning) to blow out cold air. Don't bother! You can crank it down to the coldest setting (12°c) But your room will not go lower than 25°c. I love in Miami and depend on the AC to be cool. Especially during the summers. Unfortunately this made sleeping unpleasant and uncomfortable. We booked two rooms. One room slightly cooled. The other just felt like a fan circulated the warm room. I complained. They pretended to work on the ac unit. No change. Then the power went out in the hotel. So the test of the night, the electricity would come on and off . On my initial complaint, I had asked to be switched to another room with a working AC. They stated they were completely booked. Later that night, I asked again a different person at check-in. Said there was a "cancelation". So we switched rooms. It was a suite (upgrade). But of course the same AC issue. So although the room was bigger. The AC problem was the same. Possibly made it even harder to cool since it was a larger room. They didn't offer us a discount or even complimentary breakfast. Because they had "upgraded" us. My point is don't say you offer AC when it's basically just central fan system

Las dos habitaciones que ocupamos eran amplias, estaban limpias y daban a la calle con un balconcillo. El desayuno era completo, aunque podría mejorarse. La ubicación es perfecta, en el borde del casco antiguo. A menos de 5 minutos de la plaza del torico Volveríamos. .
