Hotel is fine, especially for one inside Tokyo city. Subway station just beside the hotel entrance. But hotel lobby is not on ground floor, that gives certain inconvenience for people drving in.

Just right outside the Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station thats why the commute is so much more covenient. There is a family mart adjacent to it if you want a late night snack. The beds are comfortable, the washrooms are clean, and the best part is the yummy delicious breakfast we have everyday. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. There is no water provided in the rooms though but they have a vending machine on the 2nd floor. You have to get a breakfast ticket the night before. It prevents overcrowding during breakfast hours. The staff are friendly and there are umbrellas that you are free to use in case it rains.

We have been a family. Tho hotel has very easy access to train and there is a car park just behind the hotel. Everything as expected. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Always with a smiling face. There’s even a weighing machine to weigh your luggage at your own convenience. Thank you for the efforts for providing breakfast every morning. The train station is also almost next door.

The room was tidy and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pyjama and slippers were provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast was ok with variation in dishes daily. But best was that you could sit in a cafe in the evening and have a drink (complimentary) and read there. Lots of art and travel books in English and Japanese. Location right next to metro. Close walk to nearby sights and convenient metro line elsewhere in Tokyo.

A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan.

A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan.

Excellent budget hotel! The breakfast was great, decent food selection, very clean dining area. The rooms very small, but that’s the norm for Japan’s budget places. But they were clean, everything worked, unlimited towels, robes, and toiletries available for pick up in the lobby. Staff very nice. A lot of Japanese people staying there. 地下鉄半蔵門線、大江戸線の清澄白河にあり、B1の出口を出たすぐ横でとても便利です。スタッフの方々はプロ意識が高くとても親切で、いつも挨拶やお声掛けをしてくださり気持ち良く過ごせました。お部屋は広く綺麗で、スカイツリーも見え最高でした。今回は2泊だけでしたが、歩き疲れて帰っても2階のライブラリースペースでコーヒーをいただき、ちょっと休憩してお部屋に入ることができる心配りもうれしいサービスでした。近くに美味しい深川めしのお店もあり、品数は少ないですが十分な内容の美味しい朝食付きで、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Metro Station und daher lohnt sich das 24-72 Stunden Tokyo Ticket auf jeden Fall. Man kommt überall recht fix hin. Außerdem liegt das Hotel auch direkt neben eine Minimarket und Abends steht hin und wieder ein Crêpe Stand vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Toast, süße Brötchen, Rosinenbötchen, kleine Waffeln, Müsli. Aber auch Reis, Rührei , Würstchen und andere wechselnde Speisen uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, allerdings sehr klein. Auch das Badezimmer ist winzig. Dennoch würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, da die Lage und das Frühstück überzeugen.

朝ご飯は楽しめました。ご馳走様でした。全体的にしっかり清掃等綺麗なだけに、クーラーの排出部分のとてつもないホコリに卒倒しました。一刻も早く業者呼んで全室一斉掃除して下さい！！

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the location was excellent. The train station, food mart and pharmacy were a few steps away from the hotel.

Hotel was right next to the subway exit. Very convenient. Family Mart also right beside hotel. Room is fairly big compared to others. Room clean. Cons: Step up(1-2foot) to washroom in room, a hazard if not careful. Washroom smelled like a wet rag occasionally.

We felt very well received and take care of in this hotel. The staff was cordial and friendly. Althought the room was a little small it had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the city. Included breakfast was delicious. Location is excellent since is next to the metro station and has several restaurants and convinient stores close by.

The rooms are small but in a nice way. They are compact and get the job done. It’s a good central location in Tokyo yet quiet and not noisy. It was right next to a subway station and so everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessed that way. Our view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The staff was friendly. We ended up checking in at like 11pm because our flight was delayed and they were there and we were able to check in without any issue

A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan.

The rooms are small but in a nice way. They are compact and get the job done. It’s a good central location in Tokyo yet quiet and not noisy. It was right next to a subway station and so everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessed that way. Our view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The staff was friendly. We ended up checking in at like 11pm because our flight was delayed and they were there and we were able to check in without any issue

Excellent location (few minutes walk to Kiyosumi Shiraka Station). Convenience store near door, supermarket and drug store within 5 minutes distances. Very friendly staff, reasonable price, highly recommended accommodation for budget Tokyo trip.

The room was tidy and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pyjama and slippers were provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast was ok with variation in dishes daily. But best was that you could sit in a cafe in the evening and have a drink (complimentary) and read there. Lots of art and travel books in English and Japanese. Location right next to metro. Close walk to nearby sights and convenient metro line elsewhere in Tokyo.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Metro Station und daher lohnt sich das 24-72 Stunden Tokyo Ticket auf jeden Fall. Man kommt überall recht fix hin. Außerdem liegt das Hotel auch direkt neben eine Minimarket und Abends steht hin und wieder ein Crêpe Stand vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Toast, süße Brötchen, Rosinenbötchen, kleine Waffeln, Müsli. Aber auch Reis, Rührei , Würstchen und andere wechselnde Speisen uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, allerdings sehr klein. Auch das Badezimmer ist winzig. Dennoch würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, da die Lage und das Frühstück überzeugen.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is located at a quiet neighbourhood. It's clean, cool and residential. Loved it. A few restaurant and grocery shops within a block. It's very convenient. You have 2 metro lines to connect you to the rest of Tokyo or walk over a bridge to the main tourist area. Staff are very helpful and professional. Restaurant staff are always cleaning and helping guests or refilling food. Breakfast is simple with a few choices but enough. Front desk staff is good to communicate with English. You can store luggage before checkin or after checkout. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Il faut toujours garder à l'esprit le prix payé. Cet établissement est parfaitement géré: la localisation est très bonne (l'hôtel est quasiment adossé à une station de métro), le personnel est aimable et efficace, les locaux, chambres et communs sont parfaitement propres. Il ne manque strictement rien dans les chambres. La literie est très satisfaisante tout comme l'ensemble des prestations. Bien sûr, certains points sont en retrait: le petit déjeuner, varié et renouvelé pour l'option japonaise, limité et répétitif pour la version occidentale; les chambres sont bien équipées mais très, très exiguës. Mais là encore, on ne peut pas évaluer un tel établissement avec les standards du George V. Le rapport qualité/prix est finalement très bon.
