Staff were very helpful and polite, answered any questions you had. Cleaning staff were on point. Rooms come with all amenities, and are replaced daily. I mean all amenities, not like many other hotels where its only a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Everything, razor, face lotions, body lotion. Actually, just no shaving cream oddly enough. But overall excellent - cannot hear neighboring rooms, only while people were in hallways, but once in rooms I could not hear a thing.

Staff were very helpful and polite, answered any questions you had. Cleaning staff were on point. Rooms come with all amenities, and are replaced daily. 3박 묵고 왔습니다. 머큐어라는 이름에 걸맞는 서비스를 받은 기분이에요. 프론트 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 영어 응대도 100퍼센트 완벽했습니다. 룸 컨디션은 말할 것도 없이 매우 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점이라면 철로가 옆에 있어서 기차소리가 들린다는 점, 인테리어 때문인지 조명이 매우 어두운 편이라는 점입니다. 특히나 조명의 경우엔 조금 더 밝은 쪽으로의 개선이 필요할 것 같아요. 와이프 화장할 때나 제가 면도할 때 등 잘 보이지 않아 답답했습니다. 이 외에 전반적으로는 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

場所は便利。サービスも過不足なく適切で特に困りませんでした。朝食は子どもは無料とのこと。メインを選べるハーフビュッフェ形式、どれもお味がよかったです。お部屋はとてもコンパクトで、子どもと２人で利用するのには狭く感じました。壁紙、インテリアがダークカラー、照明が暗めなのもあり余計に圧迫感を感じました。(個人の感想)

Wir haben das Hotel einem direkten Vergleich mit dem Mercure am Flughafen Haneda unterzogen. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar praktisch, jedoch sind die Zimmer für zwei Personen zu klein. Es ist lediglich Platz für einen geöffneten Koffer. Auch das Bad ist zu klein und die Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Die Wassertemperatur wird über eine Mischbatterie eingestellt. Anstelle einer Badewanne wäre eine separate Dusche sinnvoller, wie sie im Mercure am Flughafen Haneda vorhanden ist. Dort ist das Bad zwar kleiner, aber praktischer eingerichtet. Das Frühstück empfanden wir für 4800 ¥ als nicht reichhaltig. Zudem bietet der Frühstücksraum nicht genügend Sitzplätze. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Obwohl wir 1300 € für vier Nächte bezahlt haben, war es auf unserer Japanreise das schlechteste Hotel. Ansonsten haben wir während unserer Reise in Moxy-, Hilton- und Mercure-Hotels übernachtet.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen das Personal ist top und sehr zuvorkommend. An diesem Hotel sollte es nichts geben, was man sehr kritisch beurteilen sollte. Aber was mich bisschen gestört hat, war die Größe des Zimmers, wo es keine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Wäsche gab (Schrank gab es nicht). So sah das Zimmer aus, wo wir die Koffer aufgemacht haben. Ich bin der Meinung, dass das Zimmer nicht 23 m² hatte.

My partner and I loved all the food options. Both the breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Incredibly close to the subway. The staff were incredibly accommodating and all spoke English as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We recently stayed at this property as family of three , with our 7 years old daughter. The location is very convenient with so many different dining options. Walking distance to Shimbashi station and Ginza.The room is somewhat reasonable for Tokyo size. Perhaps more suitable for couple instead of family with kids. We have enjoyable stay in this hotel.

場所は便利。サービスも過不足なく適切で特に困りませんでした。朝食は子どもは無料とのこと。メインを選べるハーフビュッフェ形式、どれもお味がよかったです。お部屋はとてもコンパクトで、子どもと２人で利用するのには狭く感じました。壁紙、インテリアがダークカラー、照明が暗めなのもあり余計に圧迫感を感じました。(個人の感想)

Wir haben das Hotel einem direkten Vergleich mit dem Mercure am Flughafen Haneda unterzogen. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar praktisch, jedoch sind die Zimmer für zwei Personen zu klein. Es ist lediglich Platz für einen geöffneten Koffer. Auch das Bad ist zu klein und die Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Die Wassertemperatur wird über eine Mischbatterie eingestellt. Anstelle einer Badewanne wäre eine separate Dusche sinnvoller, wie sie im Mercure am Flughafen Haneda vorhanden ist. Dort ist das Bad zwar kleiner, aber praktischer eingerichtet. Das Frühstück empfanden wir für 4800 ¥ als nicht reichhaltig. Zudem bietet der Frühstücksraum nicht genügend Sitzplätze. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Obwohl wir 1300 € für vier Nächte bezahlt haben, war es auf unserer Japanreise das schlechteste Hotel. Ansonsten haben wir während unserer Reise in Moxy-, Hilton- und Mercure-Hotels übernachtet.

My partner and I loved all the food options. Both the breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Incredibly close to the subway. The staff were incredibly accommodating and all spoke English as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great hotel with modern facilities, a stylish design, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent—a nice combination of a freshly prepared entrée plus a buffet with plenty of variety. The room was also surprisingly spacious, especially considering it’s in Japan. The hotel is within walking distance of the heart of Ginza and many shops, restaurants, and businesses. I would definitely stay here again.

価格の割りに部屋が少し狭く感じたが、都心だし、そんなものかなと思いました。ラウンジが楽しかったです。子供にも優しく、いい雰囲気でした。新橋、銀座エリアへのアクセスも抜群なので機会があったらまた宿泊したいです。

The rooms were very small, not ideal for a stay of more than a couple of days as there is not enough room to unpack or stow your clothes. However it is ideally situated for Ginza which is a 10-15 min walk away, depending which part you want to go to. Staff was helpful, evening meak in the restaurant was good, as was service. The only reason I would not want to stay there again is the room size and nowhere to out your clothes.
