Perosnel is very helpful and friendly, delicious food in Norte restaurant, pool availability

We had difficulties with the room key twice. Other than that, it was an excellent option for travellers with vehicles.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights while our 11 year old son was at a nearby soccer academy. We chose the hotel because of the location and we were not disappointed. The Reception staff were helpful and we upgraded to a large suite after one night for an additional €40 per night. Suite was really comfortable, but could be improved by including coffee pods for the coffee machine. The addition of USB charging ports would be great if they would consider that too. We only had one plug converter with us, which our son used all the time, but we bought some in a nearby store. Car parking €9 per day, but around the corner is a free car park, so we used that. There were always spaces. Small supermarket and pharmacy, bar and cafe within steps of the hotel. Heron City 4 minute drive, this was great fun and had very nice restaurants and fun activities for the family. We ate dinner on only one evening in the hotel as we had a busy schedule. Dinner was good and inexpensive. Drinks were generous and inexpensive. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Two improvements could be made. The pool area is a bit neglected and the addition of a retractable awning or shade would help with the sauna like heat. Im not an engineer so im not sure exactly what, but it could be improved. A snack bar up there would be good too. Breakfast... this needs a rethink. It just doesn't work. Every morning guests wandered around looking for plates, cutlery, juice, a coffee machine that worked.

The positive : this was a very affordable hotel with nice, professional staff. The negative : it's in an industrial area. While the lobby was glitzy, the rooms were relatively shabby, and the facilities were very unimpressive. I would have never guessed this was a four-star hotel. The beautiful common areas and the friendly staff do not make up for the 3-star rooms and facilities.

Rent och bekvämt, med bra sängar o mycket bra AC. Takpoolen + tillhörande fin bastu, dusch o gym område var absolut en extra plus. Enda dåliga var frukosten som var av sämre kvalité, dålig service, och bullrig lokal. Bortsett frukost var allt annat toppen bra.

En general el hotel es sensacional. Unas habitaciones enormes a un precio muy competitivo. La piscina está genial. La restauración me encantó. El buffet del desayuno y el personal que atiende un poco escaso. La cinta de correr está muy vieja, deberían cambiarla.

Great for a night stay prior to Ibiza. Staff was very helpful and arranged our very early transportation to the airport with no delay. Only complaint is a very strong, unpleasant order in our room. This was circumvented by opening the window for several hours.

Prima en net hotel. Kamers niet sfeervol, maar dichtbij kantoor en gewoon netjes en schoon.

Is afgelegen, moet echt zoeken naar eten. Geen variatie in ontbijt en ook is de restaurant beperkt open. En zeer prijzig! Op de kamer geen waterkoker om iets warm te drinken. De hotel zij dat de strand is 10 minuten ervan, dat klopt niet! Met de taxi is het 25 tot 30 minuten. De badkamers moet beter schoongemaakt worden.

Séjour très agréable mais déçu par la présence de la fenêtre au dessus du lit sur lequel Il fallait monter pour regarder à l’extérieur. Nous aurions préféré une douche à l’italienne plutôt qu’une baignoire. Hotel un peu éloigné des commodités.

En 1r lugar cuando queríamos entrar en la habitación por 1r vez no pudimos abrir la puerta, ya que la tarjeta no funcionaba, bajamos a bajo a decirlo y nos dijeron que era culpa nuestra que la habíamos desactivado con el contacto con el mobil, sinceramente no ser como se desactiva sola un tarjeta en 1 minuto,pero bueno..Solo en entrar a la habitación no dimos cuenta que el secador de pelo no funcionaba, se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción pero no nos dio ninguna solución. Por último la habitación contaba con una nevera y nos dimos cuenta que no enfriaba, estuvimos mirando y se ve que estaba desenchufada de la corriente, no se el motivo pero esta mal por parte del hotel desenchufar la nevera para que no gaste Suerte que solo estuvimos 1 dia de paso, porque 1 semana no se aguanta más evasivas

There were a few different things with this hotel that were pretty bad. group of about 15 kids were running around screaming until 1:30 am. it took calling the front desk 3 times for them to come up and ask the kids to stop. They were scramming and slamming the doors right next to us and the walls are thin so we could not sleep at all. The bed sheets and pillow cases are horrendous. I went and bought another pillow case because the one given was like paper. There were no napkins or utensils in the room for eating nor given by the hotel when asking. The breakfast was europen, which was fine for some but it has almost no full foods. The restaurant was not good as well. Only soap given by the hotel, no shampoo or conditioner. T

Friendly reception staff

The staff are very friendly. It was 37 degrees for our visit and they came to our room instantly to fix the AC. Very helpful when my husband’s different hotel was very disappointing. Mas Camarenas will Be my first choice when we go back for soccer next Summer!

The check in was excellent. The two ladies on reception couldn’t have been more professional, our room was clean and spacious unfortunately it ended when we went into the restaurant. The staff were pleasant enough they suggested menu del dia, ok no probs but no other options, we ask for a bottle of vino, no offer of a wine menu, they just a brought a bottle of house wine. I have to say fortunately it was chilled and drinkable. We asked for ( butter) with the bread but they said they had none and brought us Oil and balsamic, again not a problem. Our main course was brought while we still eating our starters, not good practice then when we asked to put it on our room they said they only take cash at the table. Unbelievable. Breakfast was a total disaster, food was disgusting and every table in the restaurant was full of dirty plates and uneaten food. Never have we experienced a breakfast room like this. Mind you they only had one guy in the restaurant so there was no way he was gonna cope even if he wanted too which incidentally he didn’t. Would we stay here again, definitely not, and this was the first time ever we have felt totally let down by Hotels.Com

Rien à redire sur le personnel et l’entretien de la chambre. C’est le meilleur hôtel au niveau qualité/prix. Chambre calme et spacieuse avec un confort digne d’un 4 étoiles. Il faut prendre une voiture de location pour se rendre au centre ville car c’est impossible à pied. Je ne connais pas les tarifs des taxis mais tout est à environ 20min de l’hôtel. La ville est bien organisée il n’y a pas trop d’embouteillage, le plus difficile est de se garer sur les places gratuites

Estuve alojado con mi familia un par de días en julio. No se trata de un hotel familiar y está ubicado en un polígono empresarial. Las habitaciones son amplias con saloncito extra y todo muy limpio. Tiene una pequeña piscina en la cubierta que está muy bien para nadar un poco y refrescarse pero poco más. El gran pero es el restaurante. El bufé de desayuno es bastante desangelado y para cenar directamente no hay, hay que elegir un primero, segundo y postre de un menú del día que no varía nunca aunque la variedad de platos es generosa. La situación es en Paterna por lo que queda un poco alejado de Valencia, pero estás a 30 minutos como mucho de todo. En general es un poco caro para lo que ofrece.

Séjour pour les Fallas de Valencia. Hôtel un peu loin du "cœur de la fête" mais très bien car du coup repos assuré. Très bien desservi par une ligne de bus devant l’hôtel. Je le recommande. Ouvert toute la nuit !!!

Great stay for a few days. Very chilled and good for relaxing close to the airport.

Muy bien pero pocas conexiones de trasportes a la ciudad de Valencia muy buen sitio para el hotel pero me gustaría poder ir y que tenga más trasportes

El hotel está muy bien aunque la zona bastante lejos del centro si no tienes coche

The hotel, staff, dinning, all good. The huge and very difficult problem is transportation to and from the hotel. Don't expect much help from google, there's a lot of missinformation that doesn't match with reality. It's sad because the hotel and staff are throgh gems

El desayuno era algo escaso en cuanto a variedad se refiere y los zumos de maquina de malísima calidad. De hecho recién sacado de la máquina el zumo de naranja tenía un color que parecía cerveza. No lo pude beber y comprobé que en varias mesas los habían dejado sin empezar

Breakfast was awful to be honest. There was a staple in my cheese luckily I saw it before it went in my mouth.

Estuve alojado con mi familia un par de días en julio. No se trata de un hotel familiar y está ubicado en un polígono empresarial. Las habitaciones son amplias con saloncito extra y todo muy limpio. Tiene una pequeña piscina en la cubierta que está muy bien para nadar un poco y refrescarse pero poco más. El gran pero es el restaurante. El bufé de desayuno es bastante desangelado y para cenar directamente no hay, hay que elegir un primero, segundo y postre de un menú del día que no varía nunca aunque la variedad de platos es generosa. La situación es en Paterna por lo que queda un poco alejado de Valencia, pero estás a 30 minutos como mucho de todo. En general es un poco caro para lo que ofrece.
