Great amenities, well located in central Warrnambool. One bed exec apt had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tea, coffe, milk provided. Even had a washer and separate dryer if needed. Lovely helpful reception staff. Good parking.

This was an excellent property, spacious rooms and ample amenities. Very comfortable and happy to have a washing machine. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Could use night tables in the bedroom.

The units were clean, spacious and well appointed. As this was the 4th week of our 28 day trip, the washing machine and tumble drier were a welcome sight! Quest is well situated in Warrnambool, being close to the downtown and park/beach areas. The staff were very helpful and provided great guidance on the best local coffee shops and restaurants.

Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Our room was cleaned every day. Front desk staff were also very helpful with suggestions regarding local dining and recreation. Lots of places within walking distance of the hotel. Location was safe. Best of all, things were quiet at bedtime!

We stayed here two nights in March 2023. The hotel was clean, the staff pleasant and the location fine. But, our room was very disappointing. We don't mind having a small room but we hated that the window looked out onto a fence (only a few feet from the window. It was a bit like being in a windowless box. We had no idea this would be the type of room we would be given. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room fortunately but it could have been a much nicer visit if we had had a different room or had been warned ahead of time.

The townhome week stayed in was quite new, very clean, and beautifully set up. Our only issue was that the heating in the bedrooms downstairs did not work, nor did the tv’s in the bedrooms. We reported these for maintenance upon leaving but this did not affect our 24 hour stay. The place was central to the township and easy to walk almost everywhere. Staff were Very helpful tour guides telling us the best places to visit whilst there. Thanks for the stay.

The front desk folks are extremely helpful. The check in was fast and our family was able to get in to rest after a long day drive along the great ocean road. The location is excellent, close to super markets and eateries. Good space for a family of 4. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful - the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lots of wonderful shops and dining areas and also supermarkets. The theatre is around the corner also. Would highly recommend.

Quest is our 'go-to' accommodation when visiting Warrnambool. Clean, comfy, well equipped and in a great location. So close to restaurants, Lady Bay, the art gallery and Flagstaff Hill. Thanks again, Karen and David, for a great stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location, easy walk to all things in central Warrnambool. We actually caught the train from Melbourne (3.5 hours and way cheaper than using the car, which we never needed). We had a street / east facing, upper level room, so sitting inside and on the balcony we had great views of the Norfolk Pines. The apartment was great (we had a 2 bedroom room yet only used the master bedroom). Nice lounge area with kitchen, a small dining room with table & chairs, there was a desk, and the lounge had a big soft couch. TV is a modern flat smart type and a good size (I know it is extra cost, and you'd have to clamp them down, but a small soundbar would be good - as modern TV's have very basic speakers). Balcony had a small table with 3 chairs. Bathroom had shower & toilet innthe same room, wasn't cramped, plus a frontload washing machine (didn't use / need). Bed was comfy (was 2x king singles put together with a topper, so didn't really notice the join). The property has a pool, yet no cafe / resto ~ which is noted and was not a problem ~ a 5 min walk from your room gives you lots of eating choices ~ even the RSL is close ! The whole property is well maintained and clean - our apartment / room was very clean and well looked after. We walked all the way to the breakwater one day, a decent walk, then got an Uber back (1 Uber + taxis are in town). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and we would stay again for sure.

TV is a modern flat smart type and a good size (I know it is extra cost, and you'd have to clamp them down, but a small soundbar would be good - as modern TV's have very basic speakers). Balcony had a small table with 3 chairs. Bathroom had shower & toilet innthe same room, wasn't cramped, plus a frontload washing machine (didn't use / need). Bed was comfy (was 2x king singles put together with a topper, so didn't really notice the join). The property has a pool, yet no cafe / resto ~ which is noted and was not a problem ~ a 5 min walk from your room gives you lots of eating choices ~ even the RSL is close ! The whole property is well maintained and clean - our apartment / room was very clean and well looked after. We walked all the way to the breakwater one day, a decent walk, then got an Uber back (1 Uber + taxis are in town). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and we would stay again for sure.
