Everything was good except extremely tight parking spots. Once you park in the spot, there is no way you will be open the car door without hitting the other car. Also only one elevator was operational resulting in long wait times for the elevator.

The onsite paid parking is very tight. If you have a larger vehicle, or even some smaller SUVs, it would probably be better to go for the day parking lots close by. View was of the hot tubs, so not spectacular

That was an excellent stay! One of the hosuekeeping staff, Iryna, absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay as best as possible. Pet friendly, handy bike valet included, candy and fruit water, and being just far enough away the craziness. We will stay here again for sure!

Strongly recommend staying here. The staff was great and helpful providing recommendations - they partner with some local businesses which include small discounts. The room was nice and clean, had everything you would need for a weekend or more. Nice pool and hot tub plus a bbq/seating area with fire pit which was a nice plus. It’s in a great location and walkable to all of the village and some trails.

Amazing hotel at really central location. Super staff! They very very welcoming and made sure we were looked after. Complimentary gear storage and shuttle bus to the lift was a great addition to the stay.

My wife and I stayed for one night. Unfortunately 1 elevator, the pool and hot tub were being serviced, and even if the pool and hot tub of the neighbouring hotel were offered, it seemed a bit inconvenient. Only reason why did not get 5 stars. Overall though very nice stay.

Staff was great. However, some towels were stained, our curtains had some stains, and bathroom had some random stains too. It’s definitely a bit dated with some upgrades, I can’t wait to see what Paradox does with this location. I would still come back, maybe by the their renovation of the lobby would be done.

The bathroom was not particularly clean and the room smelt a bit musty like it had not been aired out for a while. The hotel is pretty pricey but does not have many benefits such as room service or dining options. You pay just for a room unlike in most hotels where there is extra value in the smaller offerings that come with the room. The front desk staff seemed to be polite and helpful. Cleanliness is most important to me in a hotel and I did not feel like this lived up to my expectations with regards to the price paid per night.

Rating reflection of this visit. Friend who used the pull out bed discovered linen was from a previous guest. With a used towel. Unlikely that turndown service checks regularly. Duty Manager was good enough to give a complimentary stay for next visit though.

We were put in the wrong room initially. Once I noticed that the room is different from what we booked we were switched over. The bed was so uncomfortably hard that my partner ended up with back, neck and shoulder problems that kept him from snowboarding on any of the trip. He is still in pain and now having to go see a doctor. I myself ended up with severe lower back issues as well. When we compared our bed to the bed of friends that had the same exact room they were completely different. Our mattress was about the cheapest mattress you could possibly have and theirs was comfortable. We will never stay here again and I advise others of the same if you don’t want to play Russian roulette with bed quality that keeps you from doing the one thing you came to do in Whistler.

I would advise against the one bedroom suite, it was just too hot. AC in living room only, and, did not circulate into the bedroom. Also find the one bedroom too dark. But, I definitely will stay here again, but, in the one bedroom deluxe suite. Staff are also wonderful!

The room was very clean and kept so by the wonderful staff every day. There was a ringing noise that came every night from the mini fridge though. Issue was reported to front desk, so hopefully that gets fixed.

Overall amazing property, great location, easily accessible to almost everywhere around Whistler and great staff! Special mention to Isabella from reception and Iryna from housekeeping for their exceptionally friendly service! They also let us take a bear spray for free while we were going on trails. And cherry on top was the wine we recieved as we were Expedia VIP customer! So had a great experience, highly recommended.

Our fireplace was being finnicky and they immediately came and figured it out. They were rwady to replace the whole thing but then were able to get it going. Such a beautiful spot.

Enjoyed my stay very much. One evening there was a dog howling on my floor; I phoned the front desk to mention it. (Not the hotel's fault, obviously). When I checked out, they had made my parking complimentary. A nice touch.

Hotel staff were friendly and check in process was very easy. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel location is ideal for us as it’s slightly away from the village and not too busy/noisy. Street parking was ample and close to Fresh St Market. Will definitely come back to stay again!

Loved this hotel. Great location in Whistler Village. Walking distance to everything, including the mountain gondolas. The room was great with an excellent view of the mountains. Too many restaurants close by to count. There is even a beautiful little park right behind the hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we love it. The little welcome candy selection and the front desk was a fun touch. The staff is friendly and we love the proximity to the Village. It is also within walking distance of numerous restaurants, so once you are there, there is really no driving required. We really like the small boutique style as it is quiet and we love the little balconies so that we can enjoy the outdoors while we sip on our morning and evening beverages. I was not aware of the VIP complementary bottle of wine, and did not realize that they had emailed us regarding it until well after we had left. So they did offer it, but we were not available when they came to deliver. I will know for next time as we will definitely be back.

Hotel staff were friendly and check in process was very easy. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel location is ideal for us as it’s slightly away from the village and not too busy/noisy. Street parking was ample and close to Fresh St Market. Will definitely come back to stay again!

La chambre avec cuisinette superbement aménagée est vraiment propre. Idéalement situé, à proximité de tout néanmoins très tranquille. La Brasserie Lorette est absolument exceptionnelle avec un service super et des prix vraiment raisonnables pour un tel établissement mémorable. Tous les plats sont délicieux en une présentation remarquable. Séjour absolument et rien de moins que fabuleux.

Vi hade bara en dag i Kanada och valde att se Whistler. Hade gärna stannat längre. Hotellet var rent och snyggt, trevlig personal med bra service, sköna sängar samt uppvärmd utomhuspool. Centralt läge med matbutik 1min bort. Parkering tillgänglig mot kostnad. Bor gärna här igen.

We had booked 2 rooms….one was a dog friendly room for our labradoodle. Both rooms were so clean and you couldn’t tell that one room previously had had dogs stay in it…..there was no dog hair or dog odour in the dog friendly room AT ALL. The rooms were bright and large and the beds and sofa beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had a large full size fridge/freezer and cups/plates/pans etc and a dishwasher! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location of the hotel in the Upper Village was very convenient. We parked 1 car and 1 truck in the underground parking lot, our GMC Sierra truck just fit……. anything larger might not. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were just amazing!!! Greeted us every time, and treated us and our dog with lots of kindness. Dog treats and the wine on our first day were a nice treat. Property is clean and in a perfect location to all the amenities of Whistler. Will definitely stay there again😊

Amazing dog friendly hotel with amazing and helpful staff. Upon check-in, we found a food bowl for our dog and a towel along with complimentary dog treats and a toy, what a welcoming experience. Staff very helpful in helping us find dog sitter and directions around the village. Will stay at this hotel again!
