Hotel is a good choice for a budget friendly stay. The pool and hot tub were closed while we were there. Since the windows for the pool room are papered over, I think it's best to assume it won't be available for a while. The hotel should really remove it from their amenities. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly.

Normally I stab her and it’s great but this time the tub had hair in it that was not mine and I couldn’t take a bath with the thought it wasn’t cleaned. Also there were a few hockey teams there and the kids were running up and down the halls until 11pm yelling and thudding which made it hard to sleep work work the next day.

The room was great with a fridge, microwave and a keurig with some coffee pods. It had everything we needed for a short stay. A good breakfast was also included with the stay. What ruined the experience was the really bad musky smell in the bedroom and the bathroom when we arrived. The bathroom's vent was not working so there was this costant wet smell that got worse on our last day. We had to spray perfume constantly when we used the bathroom. There was also pubic hair on the toilet seat and the walls when we arrived.

Took forever tocheck in as the clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing even though i had already booked 2 rooms that were paid for. Did not get the room i booked online. The room faced the front of the hotel and the noise from big trucks went 24 hours a day and my sons and i could barely sleep all night. There is no elevator and this hotel is old and tired. Will never stay here again.

We were able to check in with ease, staff were great, room was clean, just wish they had an elevator. Then we left to go to a concert, came back to hotel around midnight and found a house centipede in our bathroom. It freaked us all out. We asked the front desk for help, they came to kill it, however it was hiding behind the mirror and not wanting to come out. We decided to leave as this wasn’t gonna be comfortable. We drove 4 hours home, and slept all day. We got a call from the supervisor and they indeed refunded my whole room, please gave me extra points and a future discount to hotel. They went above and beyond

Front desk was very welcoming. We were booked for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned or restocked after the first night. We did decide to check out after only 1 night at around 4:30 do to unforeseen circumstances and at that point nobody had attended our room at all. This was disappointing especially when they still charged us the full amount for the second night.

I can’t say enough about the staff. Very helpful and pleasant. The front desk greeted me enthusiastically and speedily booked me in. She also volunteered to help carry my bags up to our second floor room as there were no elevators. The room smelt and looked great. The breakfast that was included was one of the best I have encountered in a very long time. Everything was fresh, looked great and tasted even better. There was a lot of variety of food to choose from…something for everyone. Ann the employee responsible for the set up and cooking and clean up was super friendly and helpful. Comfort Inn you chose your employees very well. They deserve a Pat on the back. I would definitely recommend this comfort Inn!

Check the staff was awesome. I believe her name was Helen I was hoping to get a cot for my 220 year-old boys she got me to pay an upgrade and I got a sofa bed, which was awesome. In the late evening when we arrived back, there were no pillows or blankets for the pullout bed however we were able to make do. Next day while checking out the reception desk don’t know who they were when I told them I don’t want anything for it, but it would’ve been great if there is some blankets and toes available turned it into it was my fault. That’s a good way to lose a customer. Overall grateful for the help early on. Dave.

This is the best deal for hotels. Very nice staff. Coffee, milk, and hot water were available all day long. Very impressive with the decorations. Convenient location around the border nearby restaurants and stores. I literally walked to the grocery stores every day. I felt safe and taken care of at this place. I do not want to leave by the end of my trip. If I ever go to Canada again, this is my place to go.

This property is located directly off off a main highway. You almost have to get into an accident trying to turn into the place or out of the place when you leave. You can tell it has been here for a very long time. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area though.

Stopped after 18 hours on the road and just crossing the border. Paid under 100 Canadian and was very impressed! Friendly staff, room was clean, beds super comfy and everything we needed plus more as far as supplies. Loved the fact there was a Keurig in the room, and the free breakfast was not just ‘decent’, it was good! Left clean, rested, and well fed. Will definitely revisit!

The facility is dirty and dingy. There is food on the staircase for more than w days and no one bothered to clean it. The breakfast is terrible. The toaster does not work. The bread smells. The scrambled egg which you get every single day is terrible.

Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible and disgusting. Not enough food for the number of people wanting breakfast. No staff member was present to clean up any messes. The area by waffle maker was disgusting. Coffee was lukewarm and tasted like instant coffee. It would have been better if staff member had been wiping tables and keeping food items stocked rather than sitting in the office talking. Breakfast was included with the room but it wasn't worth the frustration of the wait time for food.

We were very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Great suze rooms with everything we needed. H8t breakfast was delicious and lots of food. Staf were very friendly and helpful. We wouod definitely stay there again.

There were many things good about our overnight stay. Beds were comfy, staff was attentive, cost wasn't bad, parking was convenient and I was pleased seeing the "hot breakfast buffet" but disappointed that the scrambled eggs looked like yellow smashed potatoes, the sausage was a hockey puck, the potatoes were raw and all of those items were not quite even luke warm and that was at 6:30 when it opened. My wife's waffles were OK. The room was fine and quiet but the bathroom needed updating: chip in the tub, tiny toilet, much wear. Overall worth at least 4 out of 5 anyway.

12/23/24 I returned to my room after breakfast to find a staff member inside, having unlocked the door himself. My belongings were still in the room, and when I asked him what he was doing, he claimed he was "making notes for housekeeping." I immediately reported it to the receptionist, but no manager was available. They offered a "late check-out" as compensation, but I’m more concerned about the safety of my family than a freebie. Additionally, there was expired yogurt at breakfast, and the pool was closed without prior notice. I recommend avoiding this hotel until management addresses these issues. It is unsafe

The room smelled musky. There was a chicken leg bone behind the bed. Staff was nice and moved is into a room with newer carpets. Breakfast and the pool were good. Had an electric car charger was was nice and convenient but there's only one.

This is our second visit in a week, we requested ground floor this time as there is no elevator. Room is clean and tidy, especially the bathroom is brightly lited which we like very much. There is only one electric outlet with no USB charger. We asked for it and the tech assistant was very helpful to bring us one. Receptionists were very friendly and polite. However, because of the road construction, it was kind of hard to pull into the property. Otherwise the location is convenient right out of Ambassador bridge.
