Lovely boutique hotel with updated amenities. Rooms are small but adequate. 10 minute walk to tram station. No dining options nearby. Breakfast area small with good choices. Big umbrellas provided for guests, which we appreciated in the rain.

Was about a 10 min walk to the train or to the river where all the shops and restaurants are. Perfect for a few days. Only ding was a very small elevator to the top floor which could only fit 2 people w/o luggage. Also the 5th floor has slanted ceilings you could ding your head on (which I did a few times as someone over 6ft). Overall great though!

Unique property. Loved the design elements. Front desk was ok. The hotel is nicely situated, train is easily accessible and room was clean. One downside was the size of the rooms and the elevator was the smallest I have ever seen.

The area was nice and close to a lot of transportation. There really is no parking, and to park there it's 25CHF a night. The only major issue I had was at night, the front door was locked. It was only about 9/10pm, and I needed to go out to my car and the door was locked from the inside and outside. No one at the front desk, there was a number to call. I ended up finding a back door where I had to walk around the hotel to the front. It was super dark walking around the back and needed a flashlight to be able to walk. I don't know why the door would not be able to be opened from the inside. Fire hazard. You can use your key to get in the front entrance, you just can't leave lol.

O hotel é incrivel, muito charmoso e os quartos são lindos! não gostei muito do atendimento da recepção , talvez eles não estivessem num bom dia! O estacionamento é no local, só acho que nao seria necessario ser pago! mas funcionou super bem , o hotel é perto do centro, da para ir andando uns 10 -15 minutos a pé! a academia é ótima e dá para usar tranquilamente, aparelhos novos. Cafe da manhã delicioso! Super recomendo !

El hotel está bonito, muy básico, la cama incómoda, el gym muy chiquito. El bufete básico pero bueno, la atención de las recepcionistas muy buena pero la chica de limpieza arregló mi habitación hasta en la tarde ya que habíamos regresado. Lo que me gustó mucho fue la ubicación, a 10 min caminando del centro histórico. La relación precio calidad no se me hizo que valiera la pena.

Das Hotel kann nur weiter empfohlen werden…. Mitten in der Altstadt, sehr viel (Kultur, Restaurants, Bars,…) zu Fuß erreichbar, während das Auto sicher auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels steht. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein und stylisch eingerichtet und bieten jeglichen Komfort um sich wohlfühlen…

Tried to check in at 2PM. Was not possible before 3Pm because "we had booked via Hotels.com" - even if the rooms were ready. Found ants in my room, and the receptionist said "sorry, and they had seen this before". The heater could not be turned on, so spent night in a cold room. Receptionist told me to be patient and that they could bring extra blankets.

The receptionist, particularly a lady, was very friendly and helpful. When I entered in, I found some hairs in the bathroom. Water went very slowly from sink, which was cleared once I complained this the next morning. The hot water adjuster didn't work and the water was either too hot or cold. I didn't complain this. I stayed for three nights. Housekeeping was terrible. I don't think they did anything other putting the bedsheet and pillows right every day. They don't replace coffee/tea. They don't replace soap. They don't even clean used coffee cups. However, the receptionist is helpful to provide the replacements when request is made. I don't think they vacuum the carpet. However on the last day of my stay, all these were done rightly after I seriously complained the poor housekeeping to the receptionist. The reception is open from morning to 10 pm. Save for the above, the room was nice and pleasant. For the advice reasons, it was not a value for money deal, as rooms were available around the same price in the vicinity in standard hotels.

Room on the smaller side with an AC that barely works. Luckily it wasn’t exceptionally hot, but I can see during a heat wave as being very uncomfortable. Some nights I slept without sheets. It also got weirdly humid and had a smell of mildew. The walls are really low so if you’re over 6’ I would book somewhere else. The beds were alright, not terribly comfortable but not bad either. Basic TV with two stations in English. Can’t stream or connect. Like most things in Switzerland, it’s honestly over-priced for what you get but not as bad as some other options.

The shower door in the room wouldn't close. The carpet smelled old and moldy, when brought to staff attention nothing was done. The state of hotel doesn't reflect a high price that we ended pay per day. The only that was good was the location and proximity to city center.

We had a good couple of nights at the hotel. The decor is fun, both in the lobby and room. A bit cheesy maybe, but hey, you are in Switzerland after all ;) The comfort in the rooms is good. Nothing special to note. Nothing extraordinary good nor bad to note. Most importantly the mattress was comfortable for both me and my wife. Which is not easy to find. Being on the ground floor and the weather not being too hot yet, we also didn’t experience any overly hot room. The mosquito netting helps so you can open the windows at night without having any unwanted visitors. Breakfast again is good with enough choice to get your day started. It is what it is. For the price of hotels in Zurich this is to me a no brainer and would pick it again for a next visit.

We had such a lovely stay at Swiss Night by Fassbind! The rooms were a great size, very comfy with lots of amenities. It was also a great location, very easy to walk to most places, and with trams and buses around the corner. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!! Thank you for a wonderful time :)

Lovely hotel in good location. Great breakfast! Rooms are well decorated. Beds were too soft. But I would definitely recommend other than that.

Had a great stay for our few nights in Zurich. Nice location close to Lake Zurich and the old town. Be aware if planning to walk from the train station with luggage that it is uphill. The room was clean and just as advertised. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful.

It was only about 9/10pm, and I needed to go out to my car and the door was locked from the inside and outside. No one at the front desk, there was a number to call. I ended up finding a back door where I had to walk around the hotel to the front. It was super dark walking around the back and needed a flashlight to be able to walk. I don't know why the door would not be able to be opened from the inside. Fire hazard. You can use your key to get in the front entrance, you just can't leave lol.

Staff was correct but not very friendly. Also, the price was very high so having water and milk in the rooms would have been nice. Also having milk allergy I asked for non-dairy milk but was not available Otherwise comfortable stay.

Loved my brief stay there. Acute hotel with personality. The staff was lovely and particularly Matias. He went out of our way to make sure we had a wonderful experience at the hotel and in Zürich.

The room was very clean an the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious! Our only issue is that we checked out at 6am and were unable to get out the front door. Thankfully the cook was there and let us out through the back.

Had a great stay for our few nights in Zurich. Nice location close to Lake Zurich and the old town. Be aware if planning to walk from the train station with luggage that it is uphill. The room was clean and just as advertised. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful.

Personal muy atento, habitación con decoración linda al igual que el resto del hotel, totalmente típica de Suiza. Se puede caminar hacia el lago y hacia el centro, si no se quiere caminar, hay tranvía a 2 cuadras, para ir al centro y llegar en 5 min.

Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist relativ unbequem per Treppe zu erreichen und ist für Schweizer Verhältnisse nur durchschnitt. Die Heizungsbedienung im Zimmer war mir nicht klar. Deshalb ein kleiner Abzug beim Komfort. Ansonsten unbedingt empfehlenswert.

We had a good couple of nights at the hotel. The decor is fun, both in the lobby and room. A bit cheesy maybe, but hey, you are in Switzerland after all ;) The comfort in the rooms is good. Nothing special to note. Nothing extraordinary good nor bad to note. Most importantly the mattress was comfortable for both me and my wife. Which is not easy to find. Being on the ground floor and the weather not being too hot yet, we also didn’t experience any overly hot room. The mosquito netting helps so you can open the windows at night without having any unwanted visitors. Breakfast again is good with enough choice to get your day started. It is what it is. For the price of hotels in Zurich this is to me a no brainer and would pick it again for a next visit.

Swiss Night er gennemført i schweizisk stil. Udenfor ses en rød ko. Receptionen er gemt bag mælkejunger. I lobbyen er bordene fremstillet af runde oste! Morgenmaden er god!
