We stayed one night here and had a positive experience overall. The staff who assisted us upon check in was very helpful and patient while responding to all of our questions. We had a long drive from Adelboden to Zurich and were tired. The staff member gave us time to refresh and then assisted us with restaurant recommendations. We wanted an Italian Resturant and loved our meal at Santa Lucia close by the hotel. Loved that there were enough towels and toiletries for everyone kids included. Breakfast was served on time which worked well for us as we needed to head to airport after. We liked the variety offered. The only issue we had was the difficulty locating the hotel parking which added to the length of our drive. I would recommend that travelers request this information in advance - the staff were helpful and responded to us immediately and guided us before then we had made more than one round to try and locate the parking. Loved that they had a bag weight device which saved us the hassle of having to check this at the airport.

hotel is very bare bones for 4 star. it’s unclear to me why it’s considered 4 stars. the apartment suites kitchen is entirely locked down, you don’t even have access to a bottle opener- all drawers are locked- just the sink and coffee pot is free. . if you want to use the kitchen it’s an additional fee each night, there is also no gym at the hotel with the closest one being a 15min walk away and the pass when i tried to use it was expired, and parking is off site, also cost 30$ a night and is a walk away. The rooms are fine but very bare bones and does not warrant the high price (agoda is just down the street, half the price and way more included). The wifi is so slow it’s not useable. At some point i gave up and bought more data.. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the 4-5 star range in zurich and likely would not return unless it was half the current nightly rate. by the time you pay for parking, gym, breakfast and kitchen you can stay somewhere like the renaissance for cheaper and get all the amenities in house.

Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The kitchen was great, with it's Keurig, good refrigerator, and dishwasher. And, we were thankful to have a washer/dryer (even though it was a bit frustrating when it refused to open at the end of the cycles, which took a really long time too). All of the staff (housekeeping and front desk) were super nice and accommodating! The whole apartment felt very luxurious and everyone concluded that it really was a perfect choice for our stay in Zürich. Thank you so much! We will be back.

Große und gut ausgestattete „Zimmer“. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man ist in ca. 20 min (zu Fuß) im Zentrum, oder kann die Straßenbahn nehmen, welche direkt vor der Tür hält. Beim Frühstück gibt es nichts zu meckern, perfekt um in den Tag zu starten. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, kann man unterhalb des Gebäudes (Parkhaus) parken. Im großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen und ich würde wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen.

Great size room, staff were amazing!! Awesome location to the train station, which made exploring Switzerland fantastic! Part of the reason we stayed was for the washer/dryer. Unfortunately the dryer took hours to dry clothes. Other than that, would absolutely stay here again!!

We stayed at EMA hotels during the last few days of our trip. The front desk was professional and courteous. The in-room breakfast was prompt and delicious. Rooms were clean, quiet, and incredibly spacious. The in-unit washer/dryer worked surprisingly very well and the all-in-one function was quite convenient if you’re on the go. Bring your own detergent if you expect to have a lot of laundry. They provide a small complimentary pack of detergent for the first wash. The bus stop is located just around the corner and only two stops away from Zurich HB train station. The only quirk was the bathroom as the walls and door were frosted glass. Ok for couples I assume, but for siblings it was a bit awkward. The AC worked well and was mostly silent. House keeping comes around 10-10:30am so if you’re still eating breakfast they’ll ring the doorbell to ask if you need cleaning.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Gleich neben dem Hotel ist eine Tram, die direkt in die Innenstadt führt. Der Blick auf die Limmat ist toll.

Check in with Sean who was very nice and welcoming. Lobby is a small seating area but it is modern clean and nicely designed. Room in the 5th floor was ready when we arrived since we utilized the online check in facility two days ago specifying our needs and arrival time. Room was nicely equipped with enough towels and bathrobes. It was clean and new. Bed was little rough Good sound proofing from outside and 10 min walk to the main train station and 7 mins to the tours bus station. 15-20 min to old town. The suites is basic and good for long time stay. Check out chantell who was very nice

The suite was large, modern and very comfortable. It was next to a tram stop that went to the main station and the centre of town. Also very close to the river and the swimming area. The beds were comfortable. Overall a great option in Zurich.

A lovely spot for our two day stay in Zurich! Great proximity to plenty of restaurants, right on the river with a tram stop directly across the street. And I loved having a washed/dryer in the room! One thing that surprised us was the extra charge to ‘unlock’ the kitchen. When I booked the room, there were photos showing a full kitchen. We were looking forward to this after spending eight days at a small boutique hotel without such amenities. At the room rate paid, access to the kitchen should have been provided or at least clarified more directly in the booking details.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. Great space with TV in living room, 3 beds and 1.5 bathrooms. Washing machine was also helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Nice view from living room windows overlooking Zurich. Convenient access to trams outside front door. Close to main Zurich train station. Recommended.

Great location, very friendly, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed and room we’ve ever stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room with a view of the city below. The breakfast service and selection was fantastic. We wished the 5 other hotels we stayed at on our trip were as great as EMA! EMA is a hidden gem!

Great size room, staff were amazing!! Awesome location to the train station, which made exploring Switzerland fantastic! Part of the reason we stayed was for the washer/dryer. Unfortunately the dryer took hours to dry clothes. Other than that, would absolutely stay here again!!

We stayed at EMA hotels during the last few days of our trip. The front desk was professional and courteous. The in-room breakfast was prompt and delicious. Rooms were clean, quiet, and incredibly spacious. The in-unit washer/dryer worked surprisingly very well and the all-in-one function was quite convenient if you’re on the go. Bring your own detergent if you expect to have a lot of laundry. They provide a small complimentary pack of detergent for the first wash. The bus stop is located just around the corner and only two stops away from Zurich HB train station. The only quirk was the bathroom as the walls and door were frosted glass. Ok for couples I assume, but for siblings it was a bit awkward. The AC worked well and was mostly silent. House keeping comes around 10-10:30am so if you’re still eating breakfast they’ll ring the doorbell to ask if you need cleaning.

We stayed one night here and had a positive experience overall. The staff who assisted us upon check in was very helpful and patient while responding to all of our questions. We had a long drive from Adelboden to Zurich and were tired. The staff member gave us time to refresh and then assisted us with restaurant recommendations. We wanted an Italian Resturant and loved our meal at Santa Lucia close by the hotel. Loved that there were enough towels and toiletries for everyone kids included. Breakfast was served on time which worked well for us as we needed to head to airport after. We liked the variety offered. The only issue we had was the difficulty locating the hotel parking which added to the length of our drive. I would recommend that travelers request this information in advance - the staff were helpful and responded to us immediately and guided us before then we had made more than one round to try and locate the parking. Loved that they had a bag weight device which saved us the hassle of having to check this at the airport.

Room was very nice and spacious but finding it was a nightmare as we walked from the train station. Had we ignored Google maps and crossed the river at the station but we went through the park and approached from the back. Staff was helpful but not present overnight. Breakfast is served in the room. Two good restaurants nearby.

The suite was large, modern and very comfortable. It was next to a tram stop that went to the main station and the centre of town. Also very close to the river and the swimming area. The beds were comfortable. Overall a great option in Zurich.

Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The kitchen was great, with it's Keurig, good refrigerator, and dishwasher. And, we were thankful to have a washer/dryer (even though it was a bit frustrating when it refused to open at the end of the cycles, which took a really long time too). All of the staff (housekeeping and front desk) were super nice and accommodating! The whole apartment felt very luxurious and everyone concluded that it really was a perfect choice for our stay in Zürich. Thank you so much! We will be back.

The room was large and well appointed. We had a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath room and it was beautifully decorated , with many little welcoming touches. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was delicious and right on time. Very close to the train station and the beautiful river is in walking distance. Highly recommend this location!

What a perfect experience! Everything was modern, clean, felt new, spacious. Service was amazing, very accomodating. Wonderful room service breakfast that was included in our room rate and well worth it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time in zurich. Rarely do i give a hotel a perfect review but Ema deserves it.

The 2 bedroom executive room was great for our family of 5. The room was clean with plenty of towels and cleaning staff was great and really nice. There were no hotel amenities however. It states that there is a wonderful breakfast in the description but I guess since we booked the biggest room with a kitchen they told me that we were provided a kitchen so they don’t provide food. Big disappointment since this hotel is very secluded away from grocery stores and restaurants. The tram stop is right out the front door so that is very handy and a plus for this hotel. If we were ever staying in Zurich again I would not stay. It’s far away from restaurants. But if you want a more secluded area and away from hustle and bustle it is fine. Just really lacking in the little things that make it a nice stay. They provide coffee in the rooms but it’s terrible half and half/ minimal sugar packets. A coffee station at the front desk would be nice and water bottles to go would also be nice.

The staff is super helpful. We walked into the EMA serviced apartments instead of the hotel during check-in. The staff could have given us directions. Instead they came to pick us up! The breakfast in the apartment was provided at the promised time everyday. Loved the spread. Great hospitality and experience all around!

The room was plenty spacious for three - my daughter was excited to have a room to herself. It was sweet the way breakfast is brought to your room to be served. The lady would brought the food each morning was very nice as was everyone at the front desk. Thank you!

Gjestene må kontakte overnattingsstedet i forkant for å få innsjekkingsinstruksjoner. Resepsjonen har begrensede åpningstider. Informasjon fra overnattingsstedet kan bli oversatt ved hjelp av automatiserte oversettelsesverktøy.
Innsjekkingen må foretas av en person som er minst 18 år gammel.
