My partner and I loved staying at the hotel. We stayed in a newly renovated and nice room right by the beach. Cleaning and cleanliness were very good and the bed comfortable. On the beach there were many sunbeds available and the staff were very friendly and took drink orders at the sunbeds. All the staff at the hotel treated us nicely both at the reception, in the restaurants and in the bars. The absolute best food in the hotel was served at the oriental restaurant by the water. Good freshly made bread and meat on the table grill! Moh. A Latif who is the responsible manager of both the restaurant and the beach bar was very helpful and made our days extra good with very good service and nice conversations. We will definitely be back!

My family have very hogh standard when it comes to hotels rooms, but this hotel delivered very clean rooms. Ms. Spent alot of time to deliver anove and beyond our standard. Kamer was mooi en netjes.Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hebben alleen genoten van het ontbijt maar dit was super lekker en zeer veel keuze. We hebben 1 x gebruik gemaakt van een speciale avond (vis) maar dit vonden wij duur naar aanleiding wat ze aanboden. De muziekavonden was super georganiseerd maar voor ons te luidruchtig vooral na 22 uur . De locatie was top , met de tuxi ( locale tuk tuks) alles Snel te bereiken.

This resort is truly a master piece of architectural engineering, interior design and landscaping. It is also a role model for staff selection, staff training, customer service and environmental conservation. Nevertheless there will always be a room for improvement. The switchboard doesn't pick up calls and over 2 weeks of persistent calling i was answered only once. The reservation dept is delayed in replying to emails. The deluxe king sea view room in the ground floor may be classified in another category, like direct beach access, for example, as it doesn't provide the promised sea view like the upper floor does.

Loved El Gouna ….hotel had no atmosphere…anything nice you had to pay extra for even though we were all inclusive…poor mini bar in room not even a beer or wine in it, so if you wanted a drink on your balcony u had to walk far as big hotel …setting lovely but only ate in hotel once as everyone looked miserable, probably disappointed like us , so went out to eat every day too ..as the food we ate once was very average…we had fabulous meals out but obviously cost us …would never go back to hotel …but would go back to El Gouna .

My partner and I loved staying at the hotel. We stayed in a newly renovated and nice room right by the beach. Cleaning and cleanliness were very good and the bed comfortable. On the beach there were many sunbeds available and the staff were very friendly and took drink orders at the sunbeds. All the staff at the hotel treated us nicely both at the reception, in the restaurants and in the bars. The absolute best food in the hotel was served at the oriental restaurant by the water. Good freshly made bread and meat on the table grill! Moh. A Latif who is the responsible manager of both the restaurant and the beach bar was very helpful and made our days extra good with very good service and nice conversations. We will definitely be back!

Kamer was mooi en netjes.Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hebben alleen genoten van het ontbijt maar dit was super lekker en zeer veel keuze. We hebben 1 x gebruik gemaakt van een speciale avond (vis) maar dit vonden wij duur naar aanleiding wat ze aanboden. De muziekavonden was super georganiseerd maar voor ons te luidruchtig vooral na 22 uur . De locatie was top , met de tuxi ( locale tuk tuks) alles Snel te bereiken.

Am Tag nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist kam die Nachricht vom Hotel, dass Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Unser Zimmer war weit weg von den Arbeiten, aber an den (wirklich schönen) Stränden war den ganzen Tag flexen und hämmern zu hören. Auf meine Beschwerde im Hotel hieß es, dass das Zimmer ja nicht betroffen ist. Seltsame Einstellung. Essen so la la, auf für all inclusive eher mittelmäßig. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal.

My partner and I loved staying at the hotel. We stayed in a newly renovated and nice room right by the beach. Cleaning and cleanliness were very good and the bed comfortable. Our 6 day stay at the Sheraton in El Gouna was nothing but AMAZING, to say the least. Everything and everyone were wonderful. From the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Amer and his staff Amani and Mohamed, to the Oriental restaurant staff, to the room service (Ahmed), all were charming, welcoming, and extremely friendly. They all made our stay a remarkable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. The hotel was clean so was our suite. Food was amazing and everyone was charming, friendly, and welcoming - from the all you can eat buffet, to the Oriental and Italian restaurants, to the bars at the beach and the lobby. This is a MUST visit property and it should be a 7 star not 5. We will definitely be back, soon. Raed

Das Personal ist hervorragend. Die Anlage sehr schön. Wenn der Pool und der Fitnessbereich diesen Sommer gemacht werden ist das Hotel top of the top! Aegypten/El Gounda ist eine der besten Destinationen. Die Gastfreundschaft ist in wenigen Ländern so herzlich und kompetent und das Hotel Sherarton ist in allen Bereichen des Services top!
