Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spread of breakfast. Very near to the Shanghai Street Metro station, Songhua river and eateries.

Very good staff service in helping us check-in, order macdonalds (Vicky Yang) on our behalf, and helping us with luggage queries with Air China. Front counter however can be more proactive as i am left standing there for a few mins b4 i approach them.
