Det historiske Allison House på Manitou Ave.

We loved everything about this house. It's location is excellent. You can walk to the incline, walk uptown, walk to Rainbow Falls, and ride the bikes at the house anywhere you want. My adult children enjoyed staying here. There are tons of amenities already at the house. Just bring food and you're ready to go. I loved this house and we definitely enjoyed our trip. 10/10 recommend and would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. The beds are so comfortable, there is plenty of furniture, the house is beautiful and clean.

The place is amazing and beautiful. The only slightly negative thing is no air conditioning downstairs, so the downstairs bedroom was a little warm for sleeping. Other than that, the place is gorgeous! The master upstairs is to die for!!

Beautiful and spacious house with plenty of room and places to gather. Within walking distance to the heart of the town. Enjoyed relaxing on porch and back patio. Plenty of amenities, and supplies. Loved the stainless steel cookware opposed to scratched teflon you see at other rentals. Close to Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, the Manitou Springs Incline and more.

Beautiful historic property on the quiet west end of Manitou. Furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.This was our second stay in this property. This time we hosted two dinners for our children and grand children. The master suite is perfect. The large bath area included a dressing room and a towel warmer.Parking was plentiful and free.We hope to return soon.
