Mediocre breakfast, poor wifi, staff attitude disappointing, but clean

Clean room but a bit aged, bathroom comfortable but some mold in some corners, but generally ok. Beds comfortable. A/C not working and hotel knows about. Can get pretty warm already, but there is one window to open. Breakfast is very good, both western and Asian options available. Good coffee from several machines and to-go-option. Great location just beside subway line 2 / 14/ 7 and Jin an temple. I’ve had a car and the parking in basement is free of charge for guest. General facilities becoming of age, sofas in the lobby for example need some leather care… etc. basically a very good choice looking at the price you pay
