We stayed here and at the Grand Imperiale. This is by far a superior experience. The Sheraton is a much more modern facility and was renovated recently-so if you need the old-world Como feel don’t stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The Sheraton has a very nice pool area with nice chairs and good service. We didn’t eat here but the restaurants looked good, had great atmosphere and were busy. We really enjoyed where the Sheraton was located. Easy walk to lots of dining, shopping in Cernobbio (10-15m walk)

Personnel vraiment top. Emplacement ok, à 4km du centre ville de Como. Belle marche mais il faut s y attendre. Hôtel propre, menu au resto Gusto intéressant. Peut être varier plus souvent? Spa hors pair! Dommage piscine extérieure n est pas chauffée donc fermée déjà!

There was a piece of raw salami in the refrigerator. The phone panel was full of dust. I tripped on the area rug twice; it wasn't laid flat. The basin in the bathroom didn't drain. The food at the poolside restaurant was skimpy and average. Housekeepers made noise about 8:30 am and parked their supplies next to our room and I asked for a quite room location. We went to the spa and the jacuzzi was cool. There were workmen fixing something at the pool at the same time. They were banging. We left the jacuzzi to enter the pool which was the same temperature as the jacuzzi. The property needs updating and renovation and the cleanliness is sub par. A few other guests agree with my experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing couple of days staying here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for cooling down in the hot sun. Easy to get into Como or other towns using the local boat or bus services.

We had to be picked up by bus because the hotel would not call a taxi for us. Hotel is not well kept…our toilet seat was falling off as well as mold in the shower and on the “balcony.”. There are NO good views of the lake from here. We left early.

Unser Aufenthalt mit Freunden für 2 Nächte, liess keine Wünsche offen. Es begann mir einem sehr freundlichen Empfang an der Reception. Das Hotel und unser geräumiges Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Abendessen und das Frühstücksbuffet liessen keine Wünsche offen und auch hier wurden wir von sehr freundlichen Angestellten betreut. Auch der relativ neue Spa Bereich ist super! Das Hotel kann problemlos weiterempfohlen werden.

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton Lake Como. Hotel and restaurant staff were professional, friendly and willing to respond to any request. Property was clean, quiet and located in a great location. Room was comfortable, clean and up to date. Only knock was the cleaning staff failed to refill body wash and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Didn’t notice until the last day when showering! Should not have happened. All other aspects of housekeeping staff were excellent. Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting Lake Como.

Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight.

The property itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, I feel that booking through a third party put us at a disadvantage. Our room view was disappointing—facing an empty factory. Meals were not included in our stay, though they are if you book directly through the hotel, which I would recommend. The food at both on-site restaurants was overpriced and just average, and the service left much to be desired. We also had an issue with housekeeping—we ran out of toilet paper and, despite calling twice, didn’t receive any for over five hours. We had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

Hotels is what you would expect for the price. The problem is the staff, in the posh restaurant. Too young, inexperienced and seemed scared of the customer. The result is an expensive meal in a morgue where cutlery is thrown down on the table and you have to say “no” five times to the pricey wine list. Food was good - the staff let the chef down. So my advice is stay but eat in the cheaper restaurant.

Indifferent at checkout, slightly disorganized. Good location and close to Cernobbio and some good restaurants. Concierge was terrible and quickly told the restaurant in the property (kitchen) was fully booked, so I proceeded to find multiple reservations at the Fork website within minutes of being told they had no availability. Most of the staff spoke very good English.

5 fremragende overnatninger på Sheraton Como har været en ren fornøjelse. Serviceniveauet var virkelig højt, - venlighed, imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed var i højsæde i alt fra mad, pooloplevelse og personale. Vi har før benyttet hotellet og kommer helt sikkert tilbage, når vi lægger vejen forbi Como igen.

I wanted to give it 5 stars until my Stanley waterbottle was stolen by a staff member which was confirmed by Aurelia. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need and great location. Parking is free right outside the doors so no need to pay their prices.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat es ermöglicht, dass wir früher Einchecken durften. Hinzu kommt noch dazu, dass sie sehr Aufmerksam waren und als Geburtstagsgeschenk eine Flasche Champagner, Kuchen und eine Karte im Zimmer hinterlassen haben.

Vi anlände vid 14 tiden så fick vänta på rummet. Dom sa att vi blivit uppgraderade till ett bättre rum men var exakt det vi beställde. Hotellet hade en transportservice där 7 personer varje timme kunde åka till Como. Den fungerade riktigt dåligt då hotellet var fullt och långt fler ville åka. Så en stackars barnfamilj som inte kom hem. Och det var nästan omöjligt att få tag på taxi. Lokalbussen fungerade! Frukosten var bra och personalen trevlig. En kaffemaskin till ett fullt hotel var ett minus! Poolområdet var rent snyggt och trevligt. Dom hade folk som tog beställningar vid solstolarna men återigen ett fullt hotell så räckte inte personalen till för att leverera inom ok tid. Min beställning glömdes bort två ggr tyvärr och när den kom så var det fel. Eftersom det var högsäsong så var rumspriser a höga men servicen levde inte upp till mina förväntningar.
