Good location just on the edge of the old town. Decor really was not to my taste and the pool was very small and I felt like I was swimming in the car park. Breakfast was outstanding and service was friendly.

Vi hadde et fint opphold og trivdes godt. Sentral beliggenhet, og hyggelig betjening. Det eneste minuset var bassenget, som i praksis ligger på parkeringsplassen. Dette kunne med enkle tilpasninger kunne blitt gjort litt mer innbydende. Hotellet anbefales for andre reisende 👍

Für einen Städtetrip okey. Gute Lage. Zimmer zur Strasse eher laut. Der Parkplatz neben dem Pool eher hässlich.

Fijn hotel meteen aan het begin van het centrum, kamers zijn wel oud. Ontbijt en personeel is prima. Zwembad is erg klein en meteen aan parkeerplaats zonder ligstoelen.

Not a great stay. The room was tiny even by European standards, the air conditioner control was hidden behind the armoire and didn’t work anyway, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the room. They do technically have a pool, but it was much smaller than the photos suggest, dirty, and there were no towels or spaces to sit around it other than the little breakfast tables so it wasn’t usable. We chose this hotel over cheaper ones so we’d be able to cool off in the pool but it was too scuzzy to even bother putting our feet in at the end of a long day of walking.

Charming antique properly. A bit of a walk from the lake, but not too far if you don’t mind the walk. Comfortable rooms, tight parking, but staff will help you make it work. Pool only opens from 11:00 am, and unfortunately no gym.

Schönes Hotel in historischem Flair. Freundliches Personal, sichere Parkmöglichkeit nach Reservierung (kostenpflichtig). Zentrum in ca 5 min, Comer See ca 10 min Fußweg erreichbar. Leider zeigte unser Zimmer zur Straße hin und es herrschte eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse, da wir nur eine Nacht vor Ort waren haben wir die Situation nicht angesprochen.

Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze sind auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt. Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung mit Kindern auf der Durchreise.

Overall we had a great stay. What sets this place apart is their staff. My friend and I were treated like royalty from all of them. Every staff member we encountered provided excellent customer service. We had a great room in the main building with an huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast had a good choice of food and it was presented very well. The hotel has a car park that you must pre book your spot. It costs 20 euros per day. On their website however they list it as 15 euros per day. Something they don’t advertise until you arrive is that they have an EV charger on site. It costs 1 euro per kWh which I don’t know if it’s a standard for Italian charging prices but it’s convenient! What would have made my stay a 5 star stay? The air conditioning in the room is not very strong. During the hot summer temperatures I imagine it’s hard to cool down a room with such high ceilings but maybe they need a larger sized air con. We asked for a fan and it helped us sleep. In addition, the rooms show signs of age. The hairdryer in the bathroom is just not acceptable in this day and age! Unfortunately due to the storms, the pool was unusable for half of our stay. The cost per night was high in line with local hotel prices.

Das Hotel an sich hat eine gute Lage und auch das Zimmer hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Allerdings war alles andere am Hotel ganz anders als online präsentiert. Der Pool ist nicht wirklich nutzbar maximal zum plantschen. Tags über liegen nur zwei liegen da die immer belegt sind und sonst sind dort nur alle Tische fürs Frühstück. Auf den Fotos wird auch nicht erkenntlich dass der Pool eigentlich nur eine Erweiterung des Parkplatzes ist, den man vorher als Hotelgast reservieren muss und 20€(!) pro Nacht bezahlen muss. Die Lampen im Zimmer waren mit Staub bedeckt und am Boden hat man Männer Haare gefunden. Der safe hat eher schlecht als recht funktioniert und das Personal war nicht fähig uns dabei richtig zu helfen. In 2023 in einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu übernachten in dem es kein funktionierendes WLAN gibt um einen Film anzuschauen ist auch sehr enttäuschend. Das personal war immer eher unbegeistert davon uns helfen zu müssen, konnte uns an der Rezeption noch nicht mal den richtigen Schlüssel geben und hat uns beim Frühstück so lange ignoriert, bis ich selber den schmutzigen Tisch gewischt hab und Besteck und Unterlagen geholt hab.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. All the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Wir hätten in einem 4-Sterne Haus nicht erwartet, dass es im Badezimmer Schimmel hat.

Very disappointing hotel. Room was lit by three lamps which did not provide sufficient light and it was difficult to read in the room. The lamps took most of the plugs. One plug was broken so little ability to charge phones etc. Bath was not cleaned by maids after we had used it. It was a spa bath and the chrome covers on the jets fell off exposing grubby plastic underneath. Breakfast was poor. Not enough tables laid up. Staff were slow to do this and bring hot drinks. Supplies ran out and were not replaced without asking staff some of whom had a poor attitude. In a rather old fashioned way we had to leave our key with reception when we went out. If there was no one there we had to leave it in a tray where anyone could take it from which made us uneasy. There was a leak in the corridor leading to our room. Although a bucket was there it didn’t catch the water and there was a puddle on the floor all of our 4 night stay. In addition laundry was left propping open a door to the stairs for a couple of days.

Väldigt bra frukost och trevlig personal. Poolen såg trevlig ut men öppnade tyvärr först om några dagar. Hårda sängar och i ett ihopplock av möbler. Tv trasig. Hittade långa svarta hår i duschen, ihoptejpad hårtork. Vi väntade oss mycket mer från detta hotell.

The room had dust all over unfortunately there was also cobwebs and spiderwebs everywhere on the ceiling. The breakfast was good except for some stale snacks.

Property was mostly nice. Bathroom had mold growing in the shower doors.

Standardzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Nebengebäudes wohl gross, aber abgenutzt und dunkel. Der sehr kleine Aufzug und der Zugang ebenfalls. WLAN und TV funktionierten nicht. Gute Lage und kurze Gehdistanz zur Altstadt, Parkmöglichkeit.

Overall had a good experience and would recommend. The staff was super friendly and room was spacious and nice looking. Wifi wasn’t the best and that’s the only con.

Great service and very good breakfast. Nice big room (really a small apartment). Hotel really got style, all staff suited up, breakfast room all white tablecloth. Bar area looked very nice although we didn’t use it, but passed it every morning. Wife was pregnant during our stay, and after asking for pasteurized yoghurt the first day, we automatically received pasteurized yoghurt every day after. So glad we stayed here, and will definitively stay here if we come back to Como!

Die Besetzung des Check In war gut. Sehr Aufmerksam. Der Barkeeper, auch zuständig für das Frühstücksbuffet ist - gelinde gesagt- urlaubsreif. Völlig überfordert und irgendwie hat er es noch nicht verstanden, dass der Hotelgast der König ist. Katastrophe. Das Zimmer sehr klein und das Bad - winzig - nur über eine Treppe im Zimmer - ca 10 Treppenstufen- erreichbar. Mal ganz witzig für eine Nacht, trotzdem, das geht einfach nicht. Die ganze Nacht hat die Heizung laute Geräusche gemacht, die sich nicht abstellen lassen. Katastrophe. Bitte nicht Zimmer 115 buchen. Ansonsten war alles OK😏

Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type. Good breakfast - buffet style with enough hot and cold options, sweet and savoury. Would recommend this hotel already, but the location and transport links really help.

We had an amazing time during our stay. Our room was awesome. The location was perfect for us to be able to explore Como and the other towns along the lake. It’s just a short walk from two train stations and the amenities are awesome. Michele checked us in for our stay and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The staff altogether were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’d recommend staying here to all our friends and family.

Next to the old town where all the Shops are also secure parking available and Close to the train Station. It was also quiet the Hotel ist a bit outdated but price and Service was good, the main thing ist that it was Clean. Would stay there again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, nahe am Bahnhof, nahe an der Altstadt und direkt am Markt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und ausreichend groß. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack Etwas dabei.

In a quieter area of Como and far less touristy but arguably mkre beautiful. Breakfast by the pool was just brilliant. Great spread of food. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!

Had a lovely 2 night stay, family of 4, breakfast lovely, staff helpful, good location for historic district, 10 mins walk to lake, rooms a little dated, but all part of the charm!

Nice and clean room but very hot and very cold in the rest of the hotell. A breakfast not worth mentioning. So overall not a super hotell for the 4 stars...
