Ho soggiornato nella dependance dell’hotel Annunziata che si trova a 150 metri dall’hotel. Sistemazione molto bella, nel centro storico, molto curata, molto silenziosa. La gestione dell’hotel denota una cura verso gli ospiti non comune. Tanti piccoli dettagli che raramente si trovano altrove. Per il parcheggio dell’auto ciene rilasciato un pass Ztl+parcheggio zona blu al costo di 5 euro. Non ho avuto problemi con l’auto. Tornerò di sicuro.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel mitten im Zentrum, alles in Gehdistanz. Cave es liegt in der ZTL-Zone und die Autonummer muss für be- und entladen vom Hotel an die Polizei gemeldet werden! Bekamen trotz der nachweislichen Meldung ein Knöllchen über € 119.-. Erfreulicherweise hat sich das Hotel gleich um die Annullierung gekümmert. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet!

Great location just across the castle! I was with my bike on a tour so I had to park my bike on another street (the hotel has some residencies a couple of blocks away). The room was on a good condition, quite modern. The breakfast was decent.

Beautiful, modern and really well-designed rooms. Loved our view of Castello Estense and that we could easily walk to all sights. Breakfast was a very generous and delicious selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. It'd have been nice to have free luggage storage, like in most other hotels - but, admittedly, the paid lockers were another example of clever design. Will definitely be back next time we're in Ferrara and will recommend to others!

Incredible location, easy walk to everything, friendly staff, and the view of the castle from the "superior double room with city view" was worth the extra cost. Decent breakfast, though the bread rolls were rubbery both days. Room was great but we had a couple of issues with the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low and the shower door was not closing properly so we ended up with soaked floors and shower mats after every shower. But overall, great hotel.

Bon hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre-ville mais pas facile à trouver. Superbe suite dans les dépendances mais certains équipements basiques. La porte de la douche nous est restée dans les mains et certaines lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. Bon petit déjeuner mais manquait la salade de fruits frais.

Excellent breakfast, efficient and very helpful service from all staff during stay, upgrade to room looking over piazza to the Castello was great. Only missing thing a kettle for tea! Great position, cheap and quick from station by taxi- walkable for younger ones will little luggage! Close to great eating and all historic sites.

Location, Location, Location. I paid extra for the view of the Castello, and it did NOT DISAPPOINT. Aside from quality service, a great breakfast with AMERICAN Coffee, exquisite decor (especially the iridescent tiles in the bathroom), and easy walking distance to everything that mattered in Ferrara.

Room was in good shape -- was in the hotel's annex a few blocks away from the main hotel in a spacious duplex room (although I confess I only went up to the second floor for a quick look once). Beds were good and bathrooms were decent. Staff was welcoming and helpful in recommending restaurants and providing advice on other tourist-related issues. Great breakfast buffet.

This was a lovely hotel. We stayed in the suite annex, which is a 1 minute walk from the main hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. Location in the main centro area next to the castle was superb. Breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

I attempted to book this hotel last minute at 11:55PM with my wife and two elderly parents because of unforeseen circumstances. Although I had booked for the date 9/6/23-9/7/23 and checked twice before I booked, the confirmation for booking I received was for the next day. I immediately notified Expedia (literally one minute after booking), and attempted to cancel right away. The agent who helped me contacted the hotel and hotel responded with “do not cancel the hotel and call management in the morning”. We scrambled through the city at midnight to find another hotel for the night as the this hotel was fully booked. We did as they said and called the manager the next morning. To our surprise, we were met with a condescending response that included “why didn’t you cancel immediately, you made us lose a customer, and you are playing a game.” I calmly explain what had happened. Manager hurriedly hung up the call and told us to email as they were very busy doing “check in”at 10:42AM. This is unacceptable, and If anyone runs into a scheduling conflict or issue with a booking I would hope you wouldn’t be accused of “playing a game” to sabotage a hotel. Please be aware of the unprofessionalism by the manager of this hotel. I would highly reconsider booking with this hotel as this kind of issue can happen any moment, and you will be met with such hostile attitude.

All’ultima colazione la signora ( capelli lunghi) non era per niente gentile quando la chiesi della frittata. Mi rispose che era finita e per averne un’altra bisognava pagare extra. ( in quel caso bisognerebbe alzarsi prima? Logica stranissima!!!) Comunque a parte questo inconveniente l’albergo è perfetto.
