Hotel is centrally located, close to train station and other public transportation. They have an excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of hot & cold foods. Nice they offer complimentary afternoon drinks & snacks in the lobby area. Friendly staff. Clean, very comfortable bed & good size room, but bathroom is small.

It would be nice if they offered complimentary breakfast as they don’t offer lunch or dinner. The room was clean and nice the bathroom shower stall was very small. The staff was nice and courteous.

This was a nice hotel with comfy beds and excellent air conditioning which was hugely appreciated during 36 degree heat but I felt that the photos made it looked smarter than it actually is. They say there is a bar but I was told by reception staff that this is just self service tea and coffee. It is in a great location for the central train station and lots of really nice restaurants close by. I paid a lot less compared to other hotels nearby but I feel their photos don't accurately reflect the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good staff but not quite as expected.

La chambre a été grande et propre. La rue devant hôtel silencieuse et aucun bruit ne dérange. Petit déjeuner copieux, il y a le choix. Au Lobby toute la journée à votre disposition les rafraîchissements et café, bisous et bonbons. Petite attention qui fait plaisir. Emplacement génial car à 5 min de la gare centrale mais sans inconvénient d’avoir avoir mauvaises fréquentations autour. Métro aussi juste à côté. Petite supérette à 1 min de l’hôtel si besoin. Je retournerai avec plaisir.

A little quirky mix of hostel and Hotel with unusual Decor a mix of 50s 60 s & 70s. Comfortable except for an extremely small shower and give excellent afternoon tea , gratis, with fantastic hot chocolate. Easy walking distance from centrale station and metro along with access to trams. Plenty of food options in the surrounding area along with a couple of supermarkets. Good stay .

Stayed here for a few nights, staff are very friendly and attentive. They don’t have a laundry on site but the staff members directed us to one 10mins down the road. Breakfast was nice and had different options each day. also had coffee, tea and different juices from 3pm to 9pm which was great. Would recommend staying here.

Small elevators, 2 person max and luggage was tight. The carpets on our floor were filthy. Room was clean and nice. Comfortable. Shower kept overflowing over the top.

Room floor was cracked or missing pieces of flooring in places. The bed was rock hard, I woke up every hour on the first of my two nights. Second night I asked for an extra duvet to use as a mattress topper.

Very close to Milan Central station: only issue is the bathroom in our room: most of the walls were glass so you actually see from the bedroom the person inside the bathroom (I checked later if it was already in property details pictures when I booked and it wasn’t) so I guess it’s not the same for all rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff but the property is on the smaller side. The elevators are very small, the rooms are on the small side, and the shower was very small. Also, there were stains (or mildew?) on the grout in the bathroom. But, it's in a great location - near Milano Centrale and tons of restaurants and shops.

First night was great. Decided to get another night. They didn’t let us stay in the same room. Pay for the same bed queen. I paid extra for room and the extra for another person but they put us still in the single room, with little bed for two, and bathroom wa so small, shower are very tiny, shower curtain was short, didn’t block the water. Bathroom flooded. I understand that bathroom is small but needs maintenance, longer shower curtain. So so hot, air conditioner was on but didn’t get room cool. I am sweating just sitting on the bed. Fridge also didn’t get cold. Small room, small bath, very hot room. But great location, fair price and clean.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main train station, taxi rank and metro station. There are a few good restaurants close by. We had booked a superior room but were disappointed. There were no dressing gowns and no soundproofing..we could hear the people in the room nextdoor talking whenever we were in the room i did eventually complain to reception who came and listened and said they would speak to them. We didnt get a peep out of them after. I feel there is a dramaitc difference in some of the superior rooms...some are large with modern decor whilst others are dated and dont really come into a superior category. I feel there should be a divide in those rooms as they are certainly not equivalent. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and attentive

Overall very good. Only negative experience encountered when checked out; we were unfriendly treated by the gentleman at the front desk. We asked to apply the hold/deposit payment to the balance payment . He reacted very impatient, disrespectful and unprofessional 😢

The hotel is very clean, staff are very polit and professional, and location is close to main transportations, many restaurants and coffeshops. I had an unexpected situation where I had to go to the hospital on my check-out day, and the staff at Mediolanum were incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed me to pay later and kept my luggage safe while I was away. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. I’m truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that goes above and beyond for their guests.

Hotel excelente, perto da estação central. Dá p ir do aeroporto para o hotel de metro, dependendo do horário, começa as 6am. Perto de muitos pontos turísticos, da para fazer muita coisa á pé, se vc gostar de andar. Mas tem metro perto tbem q te leva para todos os lugares. Café da manhã excelente.

Staff was inconsistent ... upon arrival the gentleman who check me in was excellent; next day the front dest staff was indifferent. The hotel is showing wear. The paint in my room was chipping behind the bed. One morning we woke up to no hot water and no information about the situation. Area is good...restaurants, shops, markets, etc. but if you walk north of the hotel the area is a bit "scruffy" near Milano Centrale. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Close to walk to central fs and Repubblica station. Everything was good except breakfast. If you eat small amount of breakfast like coffee and croissant, you are better eat outside. Breakfast is not very good… another great!!

Room was very well maintained. Really appreciate the small fridge I can keep food and drinks. Breakfast was incredible, had everything I could hope for including fresh fruit. Staff were very good - Bruno and the gentleman at breakfast particularly were most kind and helpful.
