Stort, fint og rent rom. Veldig liten og trang heis som eneste adkomst til vårt rom. Nødutgang var blokkert av tørkestativ og søpledunker. Ok frokost. Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale.

O hotel fica na frente da estação de trem que vai para o centro de Milão em 40 min. Os trens passam de 5 em 5 min praticamente. O hotel é um pouco velho e os quartos um pouco apertados. O estacionamento é coberto e pago. No geral foi bom para nós para 04 dias em familia, mas para mais tempo escolheria outro local com mais comodidades e um quarto maior.

Le personnel et l'accueil sont dans l'ensemble à la hauteur. C'est selon moi, le seul avis favorable. Je viens de lire les avis qui pour la plupart dates de 2021 et d'avant. Presque aucun avis en 2022. Pourquoi ? Je suis client Silver Hotels.com et je ne réserve que des hotels 4 ou 5 étoiles. L'hôtel Raffaello ne mérite plus selon moi 4 étoiles. Par le passé certainement... C'est daté. La chambre propre mais très vieillissante. Insonorisation imparfaite. Petit déjeuner où n'avons jamais eu de jus d'orange après 10 heures. La machine ne proposant plus qu'un multifruit ou jus d'ananas de qualité moyenne. Plus de croissants... Nous aurions pu accepté cela bien que plutôt déçus. Le pire est la découverte après mon départ de deux antennes relais sur le toit de l'établissement. Ni hotels.com, ni l'hôtel ne m'ont informé en amont de l'existence de ces répétiteurs GSM de grandes envergures. Durant mon séjour, j'ai eu une migraine constante et un acouphène nocturne qui ne m'ont quitté qu'après quelques heures après mon départ. Je suis hypersensible aux ondes electromagnétiques. Je reste convaincu que cette information est importante pour les clients, Je n'aurai jamais réservé si j'avais eu connaissance de cette information cruciale. A noter que sur aucune photos, les antennes apparaissent. Je suis consterné et content d'avoir quitté cet hôtel. Soyez prudents avant de réserver. Je vous joins des photos pour prouver ce que je vous dis. A noter que le parking est payant : 16€/jour

I felt unprepared for the general condition and location of this hotel based on the summary and reviews found on Expedia before our trip. While we managed for our stay, I would never stay here again due to the following main reasons/concerns: the area around the hotel is dirty and feels unsafe for walking, especially at night. It does not appear to be a nice area of Milan. We had to plan our outings very carefully. That is a major concern of ours as we were travelling with children. The hotel fits right into the area as it is very run down from the outside. Inside it is in good repair for the most part but is extremely dated with old carpets and decor. The elevator was tiny (2people with luggage max) and did not inspire confidence. The hotel is also not convenient at all to the areas of Milan that you would want to visit and access to public transportation is not good (particularly if you are avoiding walking in the area at night). I hope this review prevents an unsuspecting family like ours from booking this hotel.

The family room we booked was great for the family of four. The room was very spacious and clean. It was also quiet so we could get a good night sleep. The staff welcomed us when we check-in us in near midnight. Late check-in was a key factor in us choosing this hotel. Hotel superou a expectativa, o check in feito pelo funcionário Marco foi excelente, nos deu um quarto superior ao que tinha contratado, muito atencioso e nos deu todas informações, o café da manhã é ótimo, com boa variedade e funcionários atenciosos, quarto limpo e arejado, Ar condicionado perfeito.

Exceptionally unhappy with our stay at the Rafaello, and how they chose to deal with my feedback. Room 102 aircon did not work! This was during a really hot period at the start of July. Called reception around midnight to seek help and no-one answered. Reported following morning at checkout and no apology despite our inability to sleep that night. Wrote to the hotel and unsatisfactory response received. Needless to say, last stay at the Raffaello for us.

The family room we booked was great for the family of four. The room was very spacious and clean. It was also quiet so we could get a good night sleep. The staff welcomed us when we check-in us in near midnight. Late check-in was a key factor in us choosing this hotel. There are nearby bar and trattorias if you need a quick bite before going out for the day

Exceptionally unhappy with our stay at the Rafaello, and how they chose to deal with my feedback. Room 102 aircon did not work! This was during a really hot period at the start of July. Called reception around midnight to seek help and no-one answered. Reported following morning at checkout and no apology despite our inability to sleep that night. Wrote to the hotel and unsatisfactory response received. Needless to say, last stay at the Raffaello for us.

O hotel fica na frente da estação de trem que vai para o centro de Milão em 40 min. Os trens passam de 5 em 5 min praticamente. O hotel é um pouco velho e os quartos um pouco apertados. O estacionamento é coberto e pago. No geral foi bom para nós para 04 dias em familia, mas para mais tempo escolheria outro local com mais comodidades e um quarto maior.

I felt unprepared for the general condition and location of this hotel based on the summary and reviews found on Expedia before our trip. While we managed for our stay, I would never stay here again due to the following main reasons/concerns: the area around the hotel is dirty and feels unsafe for walking, especially at night. It does not appear to be a nice area of Milan. We had to plan our outings very carefully. That is a major concern of ours as we were travelling with children. The hotel fits right into the area as it is very run down from the outside. Inside it is in good repair for the most part but is extremely dated with old carpets and decor. The elevator was tiny (2people with luggage max) and did not inspire confidence. The hotel is also not convenient at all to the areas of Milan that you would want to visit and access to public transportation is not good (particularly if you are avoiding walking in the area at night). I hope this review prevents an unsuspecting family like ours from booking this hotel.

Le personnel et l'accueil sont dans l'ensemble à la hauteur. C'est selon moi, le seul avis favorable. Je viens de lire les avis qui pour la plupart dates de 2021 et d'avant. Presque aucun avis en 2022. Pourquoi ? Je suis client Silver Hotels.com et je ne réserve que des hotels 4 ou 5 étoiles. L'hôtel Raffaello ne mérite plus selon moi 4 étoiles. Par le passé certainement... C'est daté. La chambre propre mais très vieillissante. Insonorisation imparfaite. Petit déjeuner où n'avons jamais eu de jus d'orange après 10 heures. La machine ne proposant plus qu'un multifruit ou jus d'ananas de qualité moyenne. Plus de croissants... Nous aurions pu accepté cela bien que plutôt déçus. Le pire est la découverte après mon départ de deux antennes relais sur le toit de l'établissement. Ni hotels.com, ni l'hôtel ne m'ont informé en amont de l'existence de ces répétiteurs GSM de grandes envergures. Durant mon séjour, j'ai eu une migraine constante et un acouphène nocturne qui ne m'ont quitté qu'après quelques heures après mon départ. Je suis hypersensible aux ondes electromagnétiques. Je reste convaincu que cette information est importante pour les clients, Je n'aurai jamais réservé si j'avais eu connaissance de cette information cruciale. A noter que sur aucune photos, les antennes apparaissent. Je suis consterné et content d'avoir quitté cet hôtel. Soyez prudents avant de réserver. Je vous joins des photos pour prouver ce que je vous dis. A noter que le parking est payant : 16€/jour

The room was lovely. We got an upgrade to superior room from standard which was nice. Lots of space, very comfy bed, nice big TV, lovely shower, robes and slippers. All the things you would expect from a hotel like this and not a thing wrong. Also a lovely view of the rooftop gardens and unique urban appearance of Milan if you're into that (we certainly are). The staff were all friendly and professional, well presented at all times and helpful. The breakfast had a lot to offer. Every day there was a different selection of cold meats and cakes and everything was lovely. The fresh pancake dispenser with a selection of jams and syrups was a highlight There are two trams moments from the hotel entrance so it's easy to get into the town centre, a very pretty area to walm around in that shows off Milan's mix of new and old. It's also close to shops if you want to stock up for a longer stay. We did not try the bar or restaurant but it was always lively down in the common areas, felt more inviting than a lot of hotel lobbies I've seen.
