Very comfortable with convenient restaurant with good quality food. Ten minute taxi to airport .

Excellent location close to both the airport and the Pisamover parking for visiting Pisa. There is a large carpark. Breakfast is excellent. The lifts need sorting out. One of the three was out of order and another had a door which closed on us several times when entering. The staff were extremely helpful.

Good basis hotel handy for the airport. Hotels.com aays there's a shuttle service but the hotel doesn't provide it

Hotel was fine and beds comfortable however they do not offer a shuttle bus to the airport so the hotel description should be updated. Several other guests were disappointed this wasn’t on offer. They will book a taxi for you - it costs 20 Euros.

Hotel preso per aereo il giorno dopo molto presto. Hanno scritto che hanno la navetta ma invece è ncc al costo di 40€ a tratta. Parcheggio libero gratuito di fronte senza limite.

Hotel is okay for a stopover. Very friendly, helpful and nice staff. The hotel is very dated, with some lifts not working and old decor with slight modernisation of room furniture. Hardest best I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast did the job.

Room was clean and comfortable and the the one night stay, it was just what we needed. Shower was small and bathroom decor looked dated, but it was functional and just what we needed.

Baderommene trengs oppussing. 16 min gange til flyplassen stemmer ikke, da man ikke kan gå langs motorveien. Vi gikk «rundt» og brukte ca 1 time.

They breakfast was very good the bed was comfortable, staff at the reception not very friendly, some of the area's needs a bit off more attention, special on the cleaning like the lift area inside and the rest room in the reception. All overall was good experience one lady from the bar sorry I didn't now her name was very nice and friendly

Staff were greta but hotels basic and room wasn’t the cleanest there was a large bug in the shower room - looked like a cockroach

Room was clean and comfortable and the the one night stay, it was just what we needed. Shower was small and bathroom decor looked dated, but it was functional and just what we needed.

Bed was hard as a rock. Place is so outdated!

L’accueil, comme le hall, assez austère. Pour la chambre la literie est bonne, mais l’isolation acoustique est très mauvaise. Le petit-déjeuner n’est vraiment pas terrible (le pain - on a l’impression qu’il recuit et se décompose à la moindre pression) et, le personnel n’est pas bien meilleur. En conclusion, avec la meilleure volonté, je ne pourrais rien améliorer à mon évaluation.

Not only were we not told we had to personally request they turn each room’s air conditioning on at the front desk, but they then also failed to tell us it automatically goes off at 11 pm! We sweltered and hardly slept . That’s insane and can’t comprehend how this is even possible in a major city in a Western European country. Absolutely do NOT stay here if you want air conditioning.

This hotel is the equivalent of a Travelodge in the UK, minus the tea and coffee making facilities. It's on the edge of an industrial area with the tower JUST visible in the distance, and Google maps said it was within walking distance of the airport, which it absolutely is, but not the route Google recommends! We like a walk, to balance out the pizza and pasta calories, so the fact it wasn't in the centre of city wasn't an issue for us, and the price was right. The bed was super wide, but a bit hard. One English-speaking TV channel. The actual condition of the hotel is maybe a bit concerning: some cracks on the internal walls, the bathroom floor seemed to slope, and although there was a sticker on the window saying it had restricted opening, the tilt facility didn't work and I was able to open the window fully - not great if your family has younger children as we were on the 6th floor! We only ate in the hotel once, for complimentary breakfast, and it was fine - a buffet with a decent selection. The restaurant menu was expensive compared to eating in the city, which surprised me. There were lots of workmen and airport workers based in the hotel, which sums it up for me - great for an overnight stay or (as in our case), a base for exploring if all you need is somewhere to sleep. Last point - their computer system wasnt working properly when we checked out and they didn't ask me for the €16 city tax. I would happily have paid this, and they're now chasing me for it...

Would have given better rating, but room air conditioner was on a time that kept timing out & needed to be restarted

It was a decent hotel close to the airport. The main complaint we had was the A/C was centralized and didnt seem to work so the room was hot

One-night stay. Walls and ceilings are most likely made of cardboard. Zero soundproofing. People were walking around at midnight, talking and laughing loudly in the hallways. Neighbors were "having their fun" and moaning loudly. I woke up at least four times during the night. I would not consider this hotel again. Breakfast was delicious, though and the staff were friendly.

All the staff were very helpful and kind - especially to my 4 year old grandaughter. It is a very practical choice for the airport and visiting Pisa.

Excellent service from start to finish

Jeg og min kjæreste bodde på dette hotellet i Pisa i én natt. Beliggenheten var praktisk da det lå nær flyplassen, men det var skuffende at de ikke tilbød noen form for organisert transport fra flyplassen. Resepsjonen var ikke spesielt serviceinnstilt, og de svarte heller ikke på mine e-posthenvendelser, noe som ga en dårlig kommunikasjonsopplevelse. Frokosten var grei og i tråd med forventningene, men sengen var ganske hard og puten var dårlig. Til tross for at hotellet hadde 4 stjerner, føltes det mer som et 3-stjerners hotell. En annen ulempe var at jeg bare fikk ett stort håndkle. Disse faktorene kan påvirke oppholdets helhetsopplevelse og gjøre det mindre praktisk for reisende.

The staff were great- welcoming, very kind with my 4 year old granddaughter and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were only 1 set of towels in the room despite booking a room for 2 people and only 1 spare pillow (3 in total) when there were 2 people in the room. The morning receptionist was very rude on our departure

We booked this hotel as we thought it is next to airport and provides a shuttle service. You need to take a taxi to get to hotel. In summary location is terrible, it is not text to anything. Additionally, room is ultra dated. We had a view of a black wall and very noisy.

Breakfast in the dining room was good but there was no provision for an early breakfast (before 7am) for our early flight. A takeaway breakfast was provided but this wasn't great - i would have liked some fresh fruit such as a banana to be included.

Ok stay, but location is impossible to reach with public transport, both from airport and to city centre. We got a ride to pisa centre by the general manager which was nice. But wpuld rather stay in a place qith easier access to transport

Hotellet ligger i udkanten af byen i noget der ligner et industriområde. Der er ca. 3 km til det Skæve Tårn. Det anbefales ikke at gå dertil da vejen er meget trafikeret. Hotellet er efter min vurdering ikke 4 stjerner, men nærmere 3. Hotellet fremstår noget brugt. Der er gode parkeringsmuligheder ved hotellet.

We stayed at this hotel as our flight into Pisa arrived late at night, a taxi from the airport cost us €16. The receptionists were lovely and the lady that checked us out was really helpful in giving us directions. The property itself is a little dated but was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise for us as there was a great selection and all of the food we tried was great.

Overnight for an early flight but made to feel welcome straightaway on arrival and they even had a breakfast pack waiting for us as we were leav8ng early before the restaurant was open

Proximity to Pisa airport. Restaurant needs improvement. The meal we had was not appealing and the taste and texture was only marginally better. The bread looked as if it had been frozen and tasted like it.
