B&B HOTEL Pisa Airport

This is a good hotel for a short stay if you need a bed for an early departure or late arrival 5 minutes from Pisa airport. If you arrive late you will need to check in at a kiosk at the front entrance. There was a queue when we arrived at midnight!

Nuit classique dans un B&B, cependant un peu bruyant. Le buffet de la première salle de petit déjeuner est inaccessible car la salle est trop petite- dommage ! On nous a indiqué une deuxième salle pour aller s’asseoir, qui possédait également un buffet (moins garni et avec la machine à café qui n’était pas en fonctionnement).

Excellent choice for an airport hotel. Room perfect for our needs. Breakfast mediocre. Parking good.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind schon ins Alter gekommen und leider war es sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Die Zimmer sind von der Straße und vom Gang sehr hellhörig. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Für einen Kurzbesuch in Pisa zu empfehlen.

Terrible hotel! Dated and in need of renovation. The bathroom was old and horrible. For this price you would expect more! The only positive was the free parking and decent breakfast.

It was a 20 minute taxis ride to anywhere. But we did find a Burger place about a block away to eat at. Nice breakfast. The staff very helpful. They put us on the 5th floor, the elevator only went to the 4th floor & we are both over 60 years old!

We rrived on a late flight so being able to check in at 1am was great. The automated machines took a while to get checked in but it worked. The staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi in the morning.

Allvarligt fuktskadat rum. Ytterdörr och badrummet med fuktfläckar och till och med så att listens var bortvittrade. Fruktansvärt ofräscht badrum!

The place is poorly kept. We arrived late, and the reception was closed. We had to go authomathic check on and it was a long and convoluted process, which took a long time. We were able to get assistance, but once we fonally got the elettronic card to access the hotel, the room' door didn't open, therefore we had to go back to the outsude entrance and get a new electronic card through the assistance. Back to the room, the room's door did not ooen without a strong kick. That door had in reality a big isdu as confirmed in the morning. The inside of the room was poorly equipped, only 2 pillows for a double , one set of towels, no glasses ( found them in the morning in the fridge), no kettle gor making a cup of tea or coffee. More than essential, i would say. The bathroom was old, toilette seat of the wrong size for that toilette's model, was redicoudly small, no plugs in the basin or bidet' , which showed only a big hole. In addition, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and the floor showed stains everywhere. Also, in the morning, we noticed that room's door must have gone through some flooding as it showed wrotten wood at its botton and sides.. Breakfast was better than expected, with enough variety of choices. Personell was nice and helpful. Overall, for a 'budget" hotel (whose price was not really " budget" ) the place was disappointing at most levels. Not recommended for the price.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was a disappointment from start to finish. First, the check-in process took over an hour, which set the tone for the entire stay. Despite being advertised as "5 minutes from the airport," it was actually much farther, almost double the time, and the transportation costs added up quickly. Once inside the room, I discovered the real issues. There was noticeable mold in the bathroom, which made the space feel unhealthy and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were clear signs of water damage throughout the room, with stained ceilings and damp patches on the walls. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below what I expected, especially considering how the hotel was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not for the price and false advertising. My stay was uncomfortable, frustrating, and not worth the hassle

Smell like cigarettes, dirty walls, old installations

muy mal , pasamos una noche de horrro, ya que las camas estaban llenas de insectos chinches, que no picaron, es notoria la falta de limpieza en todo el hotel, es lamentable que aparesca en la aplicacion de hotels. claro que nos quejamos, su solucion ha sido ofrecernos una noches gratis, esto me parece una burla NO VAYAN A ESE HOTEL

We arrived late with our toddler and The hotel is in a great location by the airport, but unfortunately it’s run down, with damage to the breakfast room. Our room had mould and the bathroom looked like it had previously had a flood, smelt very damp. Thankfully the lady at reception was great and moved us straight away (also threw in some snacks that we were about to buy) The room was fine for the night but didn’t feel or look the cleanest. The beds were very big and comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was good and had everything we needed. Okay for a nights sleep and close to airport

A very mixed bag but if I had to rate it then I’d say 4/10 We were on the 5th floor (top) which was great but the elevator only goes to the 4th, 35 degrees and carrying 3 cases wasn’t much fun. The room was large but unfortunately had many issues, patio doors didn’t close tight so you could hear the traffic outside, the AC was good but it only had on or off as an option, you can increase the temperature but it resorts back to 17 and way too cold, the shower was extremely mouldy and the top function didn’t work as the dial was missing so a handheld shower head had to do the trick, the safe was locked out so that need resetting and the TV remote battery was dead so had to get that sorted as well. Our 2nd night was the worst, a car alarm was going off for the majority of the night, it’s a free car park which is great but the hotel don’t know who’s car it is so it went off over and over! Breakfast area is very small however the food and drink was good. Overall we left disappointed in our stay

Le personnel était très bien , par contre l’isolation phonique du logement est médiocre. Nous entendons très fort la circulation , et pire , notre voisin de chambre était malade, nous avons pu profiter de ses bruits de vomissements toute la nuit comme s’il était dans notre chambre. In description, we were suppose to get a room with city view but there was no view and there was fast wifi description as well but there was no wifi connection at all.

Very out of the way. We booked due to proximity to airport and were shocked with only one realistic way to get to airport which was an 8 minute taxi ride that cost 22 euros. Hotel is made for sports teams and for people travelling on a limited budget. We arrived 15 minutes prior to check in and waited 45 minutes until room was ready. When we went into room the floors were still wet from being recently mopped. Only one pillow per person in room. No coffee, tea or kettle in room. The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. Also easy rider pizza shop is a 2 minute walk and owner made me a wood fired margarita pizza and I purchased a bottled beer all for 9 euro. Best deal of our trip so far and pizza was great.

There wasn't wifi in the room. One of the water Taps was not working. A continuous drop of water on plastic during the night made sleeping very difficult. Since there is any personal in the reception after 23:00 you can not ask for a room that has the paid services and where youcan sleep.

Vi skulle bara stanna en natt för vi hade en tidig flight hem. Bra läge på hotellet, men ac:n fungerade ej och rummet luktade lite mögel. Väldigt lyhört. Supertrevlig personal med sen incheckning osv så det kan jag absolut inte klaga på

Rigtig fint værelse til en familie på fire med dobbelt toilet. Alt var pænt og rent, men vinduet i det ene værelse kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt, så støjen fra gaden kunne høres hele natten. Personalet kunne ikke løse problemet på stedet og vi fik oplyst at der ikke var andre ledige værelser

Fantastic stay the night before we flew home. Checked in and headed to the leaning tower just 10 mins away. Had a take out pizza from a little shop just a short walk away. The quadruple room was better than I anticipated. Really spacious with sliding doors in between the 2 singles and double and 2 bathrooms! Friendly welcome at reception and a tip of where to park near the tower.

Det var rent, svalt och bekvämt rum. Lite svårt att förstå på sidan att man inte kunde gå från flygplatsen till hotellet. Och det var lite svårt att få incheckningsdetaljer för sen incheckning vi fick ringa 4ggr innan vi kom till en person som då snabbt hjälpte oss.

The property was as advertised. What took from our expereience was huge difficulty I had prior to arrival. I like to confirm all details before I leave. Numerous messages to hotel went unanswered. Contacted customer support and EVENTUALLY it was sorted. The hotel did apologise but I found that entire process difficult. Hotel was fine and staff lovely next day but wont be staying again.

Amazing service, very supportive and concern about the wellbeing of the guests, both Claudio and Mervina went above and beyond to make sure we would feel welcome.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight. Upon arrival we had to Check in using a machine which didn’t have the reservation number hotels .com has given. I had to call the service button and have a member of staff navigate it online again adding more time on in the early hours. The room was basic with only one plug and check out time said 12 but a lady woke us at 10:50 wrapping the door. The man on reception was lovely the next morning and he got my son and I a taxi.

I had very bad experience I won’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel we couldn’t sleep all night for noise of air condition is keep getting on and off no one on the desk I went outside around 11:30 pm to get some fresh air when I got back front door was locked no one there to open my wife was in the room but her phone wasn’t working luckily one guest was getting inside I asked him to help then he used his room card and let me in no one explain me without room card you can’t enter in hotel what a worse experience I will never go back to that hotel

The staff, location, and cleanliness were phenomenal. The beds were super firm (good, if you like firm mattresses). It is on a busy round-a-bout, so there is a lot of noise. Bring a fan/sound machine if you’re a light sleeper.

Fine for one night close to airport to catch early flight with number 5 bus stop 3 minute walk away. Only complaint is that the shower door was broken as per picture and the default when using hotels.com is for one person unlike other sites so I booked one double room but said one guest without breakfast. They charged me an extra 15€ for my husband

Comfy beds, decent space in rooms and friendly staff. Close to Pisa centre by car but not walkable due to motorway being in the middle.

Nice room. Clean hotel. But not as close to the airport as the name suggests! (Particularly if relying on public transport - rather than an expensive taxi - very early in the morning)

The stay was very decent. 20 minutes from the Pisa train station. very close to the bus stop. Overall, it was a very decent stay

It’s is not near the Airport, away from city . If you have car it’s ok . Couldn’t find bus to return to hotel after 21:00 hrs

Nice hotel close to the airport. We had an early flight. Breakfast open 7 , so we missef breakfast. Due to placement of the hotel I think the most guests choosed it to get an early flight I think the breakfast should open esrlier. Nice and friendly staff though.

Vi hade inga öppningsbara fönster i vårt rum, och det var ohyggligt varmt i rummet. Frukosten fungerade inte alls. Allt fattades och folk var väldigt upprörda.

Ble ekstremt skuffet over avstanden fra sentrum og flyplass. Vi hadde sett for oss at vi skulle gå til steder å spise.og ta en snartur med taxi til flyplass. Øde. Frokosten var okay. Men maten og bordene var ikke ryddet. Så det ble lite delikat. Resepsjonisten som møtte oss gjorde akkurat det hun måtte. Ved avreise var det en hyggelig dame.
