It was just a stop over for a night as part of a journey. Plenty of parking space available and safe. Private facilities and beautiful room decor. Nice area. Not much of a breakfast though.

The property is set off in an area by itself. If arriving by train it is not walkable and a taxi is needed. Just be sure to get a real taxi as there are a lot of people around saying they are taxis but are not and they will charge you an exorbitant amount for a ride. The lobby closes at 11pm so don't be late and call ahead if it is going to be close as they will wait but not for very long.

All of these pictures of this place are fake. It does not look like this. It is run down, old and falling apart. The shades are frayed and don’t block out the stage light shining directly into the rooms. Elevator was scary. The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of our experience.

Wir haben uns bewusst für ein B & B Hotel entschieden, da sie nicht nur in Deutschland vertreten sind. Wir waren zum Urlaub in Ravenna. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nicht unbedingt vordergründig, da wir ortskundig waren. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Es spricht englisch und italienisch. Ein großes Kompliment an die Zimmermädchen. Die Sauberkeit war während des ganzen Aufenthalts top. Das Hotel ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei uns im Zimmer gab es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Dieser war notdürftig repariert. Ein neuer Anstrich in den Zimmern wäre ratsam. Die Bäder waren gut schön auch der Gedanke, Wasser zu sparen. Wäre natürlich wirkungsvoll, wenn die Spülung (Spülstopp-Funktion) am WC richtig funktionieren würde. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer Parkplatz. Das ist praktisch. Schade ist, dass die Außenanlage des Hotels, also Eingangsbereich, Parplatz, Sitzbereich draußen so garnicht gepflegt war. Viel Unkraut. Auch könnte das Hotel einen neuen Außenanstrich vertragen, gerade auf der Seite des Hoteleingangs. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von einem Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Auch kann man fußläufig Bäckerei, ein paar Restaurants und auch Friseur erreichen. In der Hotelloby stehen diverse Automaten mit Kaffee, Getränken, Pasta etc zur Verfügung. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht Für uns zählte wirklich nur die Übernachtung.

La struttura è molto grande e ricca di stanze, vicino a una strada in cui puoi andare in tutte le direzioni, se giri molto fra le varie città, come me in viaggio, è un ottimo punto a favore. Con anche vicino due bar pasticcerie ottime. Per quanto riguarda l'interno ho alcuni punti da sottolineare, i corridoi sono un po' lasciati andare, ci vorrebbe una risistemata e imbiancatura generale. La stanza è di per sé molto gradevole e illuminata, ricca di comfort come una TV molto grande con la possibilità di collegare il Chromecast, aria condizionata, ben arredata con le prese al punto giusto, appena accolti c'era dell'acqua in camera, diciamo che questi punti sono a favore, ma peccato per alcuni punti a sfavore: il bagno in cui c'era il piatto doccia, era rotto e intasato, perché ogni volta che si faceva la doccia non scorreva giù l'acqua. Anche il lavabo intasato. Segni di colla sul muro vicino al water. E anche il fatto che quando siamo arrivati c'era un rotolo di carta igienica già aperto e utilizzato dai precedenti alloggiatori e un altro chiuso sigillato in alto. Sono piccoli accorgimenti che vanno migliorati, ma per il resto è andato tutto bene.

It was a sauna. No water pressure. Dirty bathroom. Tiny, tiny shower. It was awful. The only thing good about the stay was the friendly staff. This is not a hotel. This is an old run-down low quality motel.

Zona tranquilla, abbiamo passato solo una notte, comunque personale molto cortese, ambienti puliti, colazione con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Se dovessimo tornare a ravenna probabilmente lo sciegliremo ancora.

Wir sind super toll begrüßt worden und man gab uns auch gleich Informationen bezüglich Ravenna und der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch wurde uns in Ravenna ein gutes Parkhaus gezeigt. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ok und für ein bis zwei Nächte ausreichend. Die Zimmer beinhalten das notwendigste sind aber sehr sauber.

All of these pictures of this place are fake. It does not look like this. It is run down, old and falling apart. The shades are frayed and don’t block out the stage light shining directly into the rooms. Elevator was scary. The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of our experience.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient, especially considering we were a large group. The only drawback was that the walk to the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. However, we easily took the bus from the train station to the hotel and arranged transportation to the cruise port without any issues.

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, check in was a breeze and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this place especially if you need a good night sleep before the cruise as I did. I stayed here for one night for my Greek isle cruise leaving out of the Ravenna Port.

The ladies checking us in were so helpful to store all of our luggage until time to get in room. Amazing staff going above and beyond to get us taxis to the cruise port! We would definitely stay again!!

The property is set off in an area by itself. If arriving by train it is not walkable and a taxi is needed. Just be sure to get a real taxi as there are a lot of people around saying they are taxis but are not and they will charge you an exorbitant amount for a ride. The lobby closes at 11pm so don't be late and call ahead if it is going to be close as they will wait but not for very long.

Wir haben uns bewusst für ein B & B Hotel entschieden, da sie nicht nur in Deutschland vertreten sind. Wir waren zum Urlaub in Ravenna. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nicht unbedingt vordergründig, da wir ortskundig waren. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Es spricht englisch und italienisch. Ein großes Kompliment an die Zimmermädchen. Die Sauberkeit war während des ganzen Aufenthalts top. Das Hotel ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei uns im Zimmer gab es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Dieser war notdürftig repariert. Ein neuer Anstrich in den Zimmern wäre ratsam. Die Bäder waren gut schön auch der Gedanke, Wasser zu sparen. Wäre natürlich wirkungsvoll, wenn die Spülung (Spülstopp-Funktion) am WC richtig funktionieren würde. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer Parkplatz. Das ist praktisch. Schade ist, dass die Außenanlage des Hotels, also Eingangsbereich, Parplatz, Sitzbereich draußen so garnicht gepflegt war. Viel Unkraut. Auch könnte das Hotel einen neuen Außenanstrich vertragen, gerade auf der Seite des Hoteleingangs. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von einem Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Auch kann man fußläufig Bäckerei, ein paar Restaurants und auch Friseur erreichen. In der Hotelloby stehen diverse Automaten mit Kaffee, Getränken, Pasta etc zur Verfügung. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht Für uns zählte wirklich nur die Übernachtung.
