The grounds and villa are lovely! Plenty of room for the children to safely play within the walls of the villa. Spacious villa for family time, but easy to spread out for each person to get personal time as well. The age and style of the villa was so much fun for us all as we imagined all sorts of stories and characters enjoying the villa and grounds. We imagined Nonna making pasta at the island/table in the kitchen. Nice pool.We watched a huge thunder and lightening storm from an upstairs window! Across the street from the lake, and a short walk to Villa Balbianello, a grocery and the Lenno ferry to get around the lake. We didn't need a car.
