Great property. Loved the dual kitchen with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs so those that were late sleepers could sleep in and eat later. Etc beautiful view from the backyard of the golf course. Would stay there again!

This house was great for our family reunion. We so enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong table and arcade games. Having two kitchens for meal prep was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house for family or friend events.

Very smooth process. The weather was bad but the house had lots of games and the pool table was a hit. We did not do any cooking at all but the house was well-equipped.

Best views! We wanted a low key Christmas and this house was perfect. This was a great hang around the house VRBO. The teens stayed downstairs with their own space (pool table, arcades, and they hooked up our PS5 to the tv downstairs) and adults upstairs. Family dinners, family card games, and a great neighborhood to take walks in. By the way, did I mention the views! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This home was beautiful and so well fitted for our big family! We were in town for a wedding and needed a good place for our big family to gather and visit. The two kitchens were great and my kids loved the ping-pong, foozball etc. Everything was a breeze!

We filled every bed in this place and there was still plenty of room for us to gather, to cook, to visit. The beds were great. The place was clean. Could have had better toiletries available but nothing to really complain about.

The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe. The kids liked the basketball game in the garage and the arcade games in the basement. Some of the beds were very squeaky, and the house smelt like cigarette smoke.

This is a beautiful home set on a picturesque piece of property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We found the home to be sparkling clean and set up with starter packs in bathrooms, laundry areas and the kitchen area! The kitchen has pots and pans and plenty of dishes for larger dinner parties. We had several dinner gatherings with other family members who were in the area at the same time so we made plenty of use of the long dining table in the dining room area. The master suite is beautifully appointed off to itself away from other bedrooms. There are two laundry rooms one located upstairs and one downstairs with new washer and dryers. All the appliances seemed to be in working order. The view from the living and dining area on the main floor overlooks a beautifully landscaped patio area with colorful landscape and my elderly father just enjoyed sitting in the comfortable easy chair and staring out the windows watching the intermittent golfers move along their way. The location of this property is perfect! It's just close enough to the I15 but not so close you are subjected to the horrible road noise. The downstairs boasts a pool table, that we made good use of, and two electronic free standing games that the young adults had a blast playing along with room to sprawl out and watch a movie. . Our entire family, Grandpa down to our young adult children so enjoyed this home. We will definetly book here again in future!! Many thanks Dave!

WOW! This property was perfect for the 14 of us to stay in. It was super clean, comfortable, easy to get to, & was exactly as described. When we had an issue Dave came right over & had things sorted out very quickly. What a beautiful place. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean and as described. Everything was functional, host was in contact during stay. In a quiet and nice neighborhood, went for a walk Sunday night and ran into 8 different families enjoying the night and very friendly.

We loved our stay in Vineyard! The view from the living room and eat-in kitchen area was amazing. As you walk up the stairs from the basement, the mountains rise in view and it’s just breathtaking. We came for my son’s wedding. My parents and sister and her children stayed with us here. We also did a BYU campus tour for my daughter and I loved that we could see the “Y” on the mountain from this house. There were a couple of things that I needed to message the host about but he was very prompt and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Our host was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with our stay. The home accommodated our large family very well and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed it. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration! The golf course and mountain view is fantastic and the kids and parents loved the fenced in back yard along the golf course. We will absolutely consider this home again if the occasion arises.

Our family of nine stayed in this beautiful home for five days, to attend our son's wedding in Provo. Plenty of room for all of us...even an extra bedroom for our son to join us the night before his wedding! The view was amazing...deer in the snow, backed by mountains...just gorgeous...grandkids had room to sled and build a snowman! We especially enjoyed sitting by the electric fireplace after our long, busy days. Dave was so gracious...made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! If we visit again with a crowd, this will be our home away from home!

The house was wonderful, the set up worked so well for our family. We had 12 adults and each side of the family had their own area; the basement with its own kitchen and bedrooms provided space for everyone to enjoy together time and still have their own space too. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend staying at the 6th Hole house!!

This was our 4TH stay at this house. We keep coming back because of the location (perfect for the annual guys golf trip that I do with my crew) and because the owner & property manager's communication and care for their renters is SO great! The house itself is just super nice and well kept. 10/10 would recommend

The owners were fabulous and quick to reply everytime! The location was beautiful, and we had a small baby shower which was even more beautiful because of the gorgeous living area. My daughter loved her big bathtub, and my 13 yo son loved having the top bunk for the first time in his life. The games kept everyone busy, and yet their were corners where people could sit and have smaller group discussions. Did I say how beautiful the location was? Would definitely recommed to anyone.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed for making our own food and extra bedding. The house was huge and had lots of fun games. We played pictionary all night, family had a blast. Memories for life. Owner was responsive and addressed any issues quickly.

Great place and location with walkable neighborhood. Lots of internal activities which we did not have a chance to enjoy. Great house and communications with owner. Location was great for us as we traveled to a few National Parks and our conference was in Salt Lake City. So many things to do and see in the area. Beautiful house in a beautiful part of the country. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay in Vineyard! The view from the living room and eat-in kitchen area was amazing. As you walk up the stairs from the basement, the mountains rise in view and it’s just breathtaking. We came for my son’s wedding. My parents and sister and her children stayed with us here. We also did a BYU campus tour for my daughter and I loved that we could see the “Y” on the mountain from this house. There were a couple of things that I needed to message the host about but he was very prompt and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great homebase when needing to get to many different places from schools, SLC to Spanish Fork. Game room down in the basement was perfect.

We had a reunion. We had age 2 to 69. We all enjoyed playing games. The TVs are great but we never turned them on. From there we went to Stadium of Fire at BYU stadium, hike up to the Y on the mountain, when to the water park in Provo, and when fly fishing on the Provo River. Great restaurants in the area.

Property is in a beautiful area with a back view of the Mountains. The location was great and had everything we needed to be comfortable and just enjoy our stay. David was just great on anything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Again

Nice area and close to the places we wanted to see and the wedding we were attending. We enjoyed the games, got to play them with our granddaughters. Nice home and enjoyed the view of the mountains and watching the golfers on hole 6. Thanks for sharing your home it was the best way for us to attend our granddaughters wedding.

This was our 4TH stay at this house. We keep coming back because of the location (perfect for the annual guys golf trip that I do with my crew) and because the owner & property manager's communication and care for their renters is SO great! The house itself is just super nice and well kept. 10/10 would recommend

The owners were fabulous and quick to reply everytime! The location was beautiful, and we had a small baby shower which was even more beautiful because of the gorgeous living area. My daughter loved her big bathtub, and my 13 yo son loved having the top bunk for the first time in his life. The games kept everyone busy, and yet their were corners where people could sit and have smaller group discussions. Did I say how beautiful the location was? Would definitely recommed to anyone.

Kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment and the Parking was spacious. We had 6 cars and didn’t even need to us the RV parking space. There could have been more trash bags in the house, and laundry supplies. We bought more garbage bags and laundry soap. There could have been more dish towels and dish rags or sponges for doing dishes. I did message the owner with a potential issue and he immediately called me back to resolve it. I would recommend this home, we had 19 kids 8 and under, and the basement space was perfect for play time!

Over all stay was great! Lots of room for everyone. Only issues were lack of towels in the house and the grill was difficult to work with.
