All the amenities needed to entertain a family of all ages are available in this property, plenty of room and comfortable beds, and very clean. There are a lot of stairs inside the home to keep you in shape during your stay.

Our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids- 8 yrs to 6 months) enjoyed our stay in this VRBO home. Brock was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The multiple floors and large open spaces worked well for our large and busy family. Our son cooked a big breakfast every morning for the whole gang and the kitchen worked well for his culinary efforts! The house is located in a quiet subdivision with beautiful mountain views.

We take a family trip every year to somewhere new. This house had plenty of room and was close to a lot of activities to keep everyone happy. Golf, swimming, parks, aquarium and a lake day. Had everything we needed for meal prep and serving.

My daughter got married and we used this house as home base for the bridal party. It was in a great location, each floor at its own hangout area and 2 masters and 2 kitchens made the job of keeping everyone happy very easy. Fantastic home base!

Brock is an amazing host. Communicative, accommodating and prompt. We were a group of 13 there for a wedding and we all had beds…more than enough room! The home is lovely, incredibly clean and spacious and very well appointed…comfy beds and couches (the basement game room and bedrooms are a must) and lots of room for dining both inside and out. The back patio looks out over the golf course and sunsets were great. 15 minutes or so to stores, pickleball courts and the like. Highly recommend! Thanks Brock!

We loved our family stay at Brock's property. We just have a few suggestions. One night we had 14 people staying at the house and there were just enough towels for each of us. It says that 20 people can stay at the house, but there aren't enough towels for that many people. They need a lot more towels, hand towels, and washcloths (there were only 2 washcloths in the whole house). Also, the house could use more large blankets. Almost everyone needed another blanket and there were only a couple of throw size blankets and a couple of large blankets. Also, the carpet could use replacing. The kitchen is very well stocked and even had a waffle iron which was nice. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Perfect place for our stay. There were 9 of us total and we had plenty of room. The house was clean. Brock and Whitney were great with communicating with us about check in and even when we couldn’t find certain things. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Orem area. My only recommendation to those visiting would be to double check what you can do in the area. Several things we planned to do we couldn’t because they considered it seasonal in the area.

The home was very spacious and very nice. Just what we needed for our stay. It wasn’t terribly dirty, but it was not extremely clean. A little more attention to cleanliness would be my only suggestion. Very dusty and lots of small flying bugs. Smudges on the mirrors and windows. But other than that, pretty good.

First off, Brock was amazing to work with! His communication through out our renting process was impeccable! Brock worked with us as our son was getting married and we needed a home to do the wedding rehearsal. The home is located on a golf course with amazing views. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for 4 couples. The location of the home is perfect and in a lovely neighborhood. We look forward to visiting our son and our new daughter in law soon! Thank you Brock for all you did to make this beautiful celebration of love easy and memorable!

We had to travel to a wedding nearby and this house was a perfect home base for our extended family. There was plenty of space for all of us to have some privacy when needed and to all get ourselves ready for the big day at the same time! The views were awesome and the listing is just as described.

We take a family trip every year to somewhere new. This house had plenty of room and was close to a lot of activities to keep everyone happy. Golf, swimming, parks, aquarium and a lake day. Had everything we needed for meal prep and serving.

We had to travel to a wedding nearby and this house was a perfect home base for our extended family. There was plenty of space for all of us to have some privacy when needed and to all get ourselves ready for the big day at the same time! The views were awesome and the listing is just as described.

Brock is an amazing host. Communicative, accommodating and prompt. We were a group of 13 there for a wedding and we all had beds…more than enough room! The home is lovely, incredibly clean and spacious and very well appointed…comfy beds and couches (the basement game room and bedrooms are a must) and lots of room for dining both inside and out. The back patio looks out over the golf course and sunsets were great. 15 minutes or so to stores, pickleball courts and the like. Highly recommend! Thanks Brock!

We loved our family stay at Brock's property. We just have a few suggestions. One night we had 14 people staying at the house and there were just enough towels for each of us. It says that 20 people can stay at the house, but there aren't enough towels for that many people. They need a lot more towels, hand towels, and washcloths (there were only 2 washcloths in the whole house). Also, the house could use more large blankets. Almost everyone needed another blanket and there were only a couple of throw size blankets and a couple of large blankets. Also, the carpet could use replacing. The kitchen is very well stocked and even had a waffle iron which was nice. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids- 8 yrs to 6 months) enjoyed our stay in this VRBO home. Brock was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The multiple floors and large open spaces worked well for our large and busy family. Our son cooked a big breakfast every morning for the whole gang and the kitchen worked well for his culinary efforts! The house is located in a quiet subdivision with beautiful mountain views.

My daughter got married and we used this house as home base for the bridal party. It was in a great location, each floor at its own hangout area and 2 masters and 2 kitchens made the job of keeping everyone happy very easy. Fantastic home base!

We traveled to Orem for my son’s wedding and needed a place for multiple adults to stay together. This house was awesome…we got the whole house (upper and lower). The downstairs was a great place for our adult children to hang out together. Take note, the master with on suite bathroom was on the main floor, which worked great for us!

Nice quiet location, worked perfectly for us. Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean. Host was very accommodating. No issues with parking. (Using the garages we could have parked 6 cars.) And everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We will go back again.
