Tres bon hôtel bien entretenu. Le personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Petit dejeuner très bien. Tv à revoir car chaînes internationales inexistantes.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans un quartier chic et calme à deux pas du tram (centre ville en à peine 10 minutes). Le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins, surtout Mohamed qui parle français ! Nous avons apprécié boire un spritz dans le salon avec olives, chips et cacahuètes...

Excellent petit déjeuner, check in rapide, calme. Par contre, attente aux ascenseurs parfois très longue

L'ingresso è molto accogliente, con un arredamento elegante. L'edificio è di 10 piani e sono disponibili due ascensori. All'interno della stanza c'è un telefono la cui luce rimane sempre accesa (ho dovuto staccare la spina). Il bagno era veramente piccolo (il lavandino era basso, mi arrivava alle ginocchia) all'entrata c'è uno scalino, la serratura della porta a scorrimento era bloccata e la luce troppo forte risultava accecante. La doccia era eccellente, all'interno del bagno è disponibile un asciugacapelli e ci sono i bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo. La pulizia mi ha fatto storcere il naso perché sul tavolino ho trovato della granella di zucchero e il segno appiccicoso di un bicchiere (come se qualcuno fosse entrato a far colazione), ovviamente l'ho detto subito in portineria e l'addetto mi ha proposto di cambiare stanza (da me rifiutata per comodità della stanza, ormai mi ero abituato) in ogni caso la mattina successiva hanno pulito la stanza (anche se secondo una mia percezione non hanno passato l'aspirapolvere ma hanno solo rifatto cambiato le lenzuola, cambiato gli asciugamani e pulito il tavolo e il bagno). La colazione non sembra una colazione da albergo a 4 stelle, mi aspettavo di trovare alimenti freschi, le torte e i biscotti sono industriali, stessa cosa la frutta che non è fresca ma è frutta sciroppata, forse le uniche cose fresche oltre alle uova sono i croissant. Per qualche notte a Torino va bene e il mio problema con la pulizia credo che sia stato un caso isolato.

Hotel comodo per il Palalpitur,camera pulita, colazione molto buona anche per intolleranti. Servizio in linea con il prezzo pagato. Manca un pochino di manutenzione nelle camere e il parcheggio sul sito C'è scritto parcheggio privato mentre non é proprio cosi: la struttura ha una convenzione con un parcheggio vicino oppure ci sono quelli a pagamento fuori. Nel complesso buono.

Ho soggiornato per una notte, per raggiungere il Salone del Libro, soggiorno ottimo, sia la camera molto confortevole sia la colazione a buffet con vasta scelta. Unico problema è l’ingresso con una piccola scalinata di 4 scalini, che per chi ha difficoltà motorie è un problema,

Hotel pulito ed elegante. Personale gentilissimo e discreto. Ottima la posizione, vicino al centro, raggiungibile sia a piedi che con il tram 4, che ferma proprio di fronte la struttura. Ciliegina sulla torta la prima colazione molto varia con prodotti freschi, sia dolci che salati.

Très bonne literie, propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner avec un choix important et de qualité, personnel de l'hôtel très agréable. Seul petit bémol, un peu bruyant du fait de sa localisation le long d'une grande rue.

Es un hotel ubicado cerca de la estación Porta Nuova, si bien se puede caminar desde ella, el trayecto no es tan corto. En sus alrededores no hay mucho que hacer, es una zona más bien antigua y abandonada. Se puede tomar en la avenida del hotel el tranvía que lleva al centro, aunque es un poco difícil conseguir el boleto (lo venden en una tabaquería a dos cuadras). El personal fue muy amable, nos dieron indicaciones sobre atracciones turísticas. El desayuno estuvo bien, con una variedad suficiente. La habitación estuvo cómoda. El único problema es que olía como si hubieran fumado anteriormente. Y en la reserva decía para no fumadores. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas todo el tiempo, por suerte el clima estaba agradable. El baño amplio, aunque la ducha pequeña.

Although advertised as a four-star hotel, the overall experience felt closer to a three-star standard. The room and bathroom were of reasonable size and generally acceptable; however, they lacked basic practical features such as sufficient hanging hooks and shelves. The décor appears to be a contemporary refresh of an older structure and does not fully meet four-star expectations. There were notable issues with the plumbing: water occasionally came up from the shower drain, accompanied by a very unpleasant smell, which was particularly uncomfortable. Cleaning standards were also suboptimal. During a three-night stay, the floor was never vacuumed, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and discreet, which was appreciated.

Perfect, service and friendliness in hotel were exellent. Price versus quality made it a clear winner. Clean and tidy, small but perfect newly renovated room

Clean rooms, average free breakfast. However Noisy rooms when people wake up.

La experiencia en el hotel muy buena, lo único es que no funciona el aire acondicionado y si hace calor es bastante incómodo. Por el resto muy bien, la atención, la limpieza, etc.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for me . The room, although warm, clean and modern, was not well designed, with little drawer space. The buffet breakfasts were adequate although with a very limited hot selection which ran out at times. Noise seemed to travel from adjoining rooms. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean but small single person rooms, everything you need for a short stay.

The bed was small and the room was outdated overall, but the AC worked well and the shower worked well.

Quarto confortável, com uma sacada. Banheiro bem pequeno.

The location is quite far from the city's attractions. The hotel lobby has a modern design. The room inner courtyard view is not nice. There is no wardrobe in the room but only few hangers. The room heating system works well. The breakfast is good. There are tea maker and complimentary bottle of water in the room.

The staff was very easy to work with. There were a lot of walkable shops and food within a close distance. Would recommend.

Super Personal, Wasserkocher war defekt, innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde ein neuer gebracht. Gutes Frühstück, wenn was fehlte wurde es sofort nachgeräumt und sogar direkt an den Tisch serviert. Negativ ist der Umgang mit dem Zimmerschschlüssel, der auch für den Tresor im Zimmer passt. Gibt man ihn an der Rezeption ab, bekommt man ihn ohne Nachfragen oder Nennung seines Namen zurück, dieses auch wenn das Personal einen noch nie gesehen hat. Fazit: Jeder kann den Schlüssel bekommen und ins zimmer und damit auch an den Tresor.

The staff were helpful. The location was quite close to the centre. No 4 tram takes you to to the station where you can walk the rest of the way. There is an amazing restaurant nearby called Sorriso which was recommended by yhe receptionist

Good hotel, about 20 minutes' walk in a straight line from the Porta Nuova station. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Also relatively quiet. Area around the hotel is okay.

The hotel has a very attentive staff, a very good breakfast and well preserved rooms. Location is a little less than ideal due to need for constant use of transportation for being a little distant from city center.

Hotel situato in posizione centrale e comoda di Torino, pulito e con stanze pratiche e silenziose. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione da migliorare (non è presente alcun tipo di frutta fresca o spremute naturali, scarsa tipicità dei cibi proposti essendoci preponderanza di prodotti confezionati, qualità da implementare).
