A perfect stay. Comfortable, elegant, lived in, laid back. Very welcoming, helpful staff. Delightful quiet green terrace on 2nd floor. Good breakfast in pleasant, spacious breakfast room. Carpeted floors and "no slam" doors as well as good sound insulation made for restful nights (as well as comfortable beds). Perfect location very near station without the attendant traffic. Easy walk to historic city centre. Eating and drinking places right by hotel, as is supermarket.

Impeccably clean with a nice lobby & kind, professional staff. I left too early to try breakfast, which begins at 7am, though I was delighted to find a filtered still and sparkling water dispenser for filling water bottles on each floor. I had a single room with a queen sized bed, and it was roomy with a nice small balcony looking onto an interior courtyard. The room itself is charming, and very clean. The shower, while spotless, is a little coffin-like; I'm a small woman and I had to hold my elbows close. If you're larger, I suggest you reconsider, but if shower size is not an issue its perfectly fine. Mattress was a little worn out-- I could feel the divot where it has compressed over the years-- but comfortable enough. I stayed here because I was taking a 6am train out of Milano Centrale and wanted to be close. It is literally across the street, and could not be more ideally located for the station. Everything felt very safe, and easy walking to the rest of the city. All in all, I recommend!

Excellent hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. No in-room coffee or tea, which I really prefer - but they put on an absolutely amazing breakfast spread included with your room, and have still/sparkling water dispensers on every floor. Would not hesitate to stay here again (but I might plan to buy a kettle and a box of tea during my stay!)

Great hotel, had everything we needed and a great location next to Porta Nuova station. Our room faced onto an internal courtyard, so there was no street noise. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with a good selection of food. Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us leave our luggage after we checked out. Free croissants available all day in reception.

wireless speed inside hotel dropped to 4mbp two days in a row. you cant even look up restaurants on line at that speed. because our cellular speed was also poor (visiting from usa), the poor wireless at the hotel effectively prevented us from planning our stay in turin optimally.

The staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming at any time during our stay. The room was wonderfully clean but lacked any kind of atmosphere, just sparse. There was no coffee/tea making equipment even though it said on the Expedia web site there was a kitchenette. The bathroom was the same with no tissues etc. There were one two very flimsy plastic tumblers to drink out of. One broke getting it out of the package. The mini bar was empty but the breakfast was very good in spite of a very noisy coffee machine.

We loved staying at this hotel. 3 minute walking from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and pretty. Comfortable bed and a super amazing breakfast buffet. We were able to walk everywhere from there and enjoyed our stay.

Wir sind für eine Nacht gekommen und hatten einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus reservieren können. Dieses Parkhaus ist öffentlich, es gibt aber spezielle Plätze für Hotelgäste. Meine Frau sitzt momentan im Rollstuhl, und wir wollten daher natürlich mit dem Lift auf unser Parkdeck fahren. Also erkundigten wir uns an der Rezeption. Dort erhielten wir eine genaue Wegbeschreibung. Allerdings stellte sich heraus: Es gibt diese Aufzüge nicht dort und trotz Hilfe von Ortsansässigen waren keine Aufzüge zu finden. Das an sich ist kein Problem, schon die Tatsache, dass der junge Mann an der Rezeption nicht nur behauptet hatte, es gäbe diese, sondern auch, dass er genau erklärt hat, wo wir sie finden könnten. Darauf angesprochen, dass er hätte sagen sollen, dass er nicht wisse, ob und wo die Aufzüge für das Parkhaus sind, war es ihm unmöglich, seinen Fehler zu erkennen.

Excellent location, about. 5 min walk from the train station. We had a room right in front of the hotel sign facing the street. The room had wonderful high ceilings that made it seem grand and a plus that the windows opened for fresh air. It was comfortable, the only thing missing is a full length mirror. The bathroom was a little small but the extra toothbrush/shampoo was a plus. The breakfast was decent. We were in town for a Juventus match. It took about 40 minutes on one bus to get to the stadium. Easy to work to piazzas. Great hotel in Torino.

There was loud banging everyday due to “building works” which I called to verify with reception and the answer I received was that they’re “allowed” to start as early as 8am even though they started even earlier. The breakfast was terrible. So limited. The scrambled eggs always finished each morning and they didn’t replenish. Twice I cracked open a boiled egg they were RAW.

Great breakfast, great staff. Very convenient location for shopping, museums, dining and the train station just steps away. Our room was a little shabby but clean and comfortable and overlooked a green space. Airport bus pickup location was steps away. I’m staying here again at the end of the month.
