Très bon rapport qualité-prix Hôtel situé face a l'arrêt de tram, super pour aller en centre-ville sans stress

Hôtel propre, petit déjeuner correct. Mobilier sans style et sans âge. Rue un peu bruyante à cause des stations de trams. Quartier isolé

Tout à fait correct. Confortable et bon petit déjeuner. Un petit bémol sur l'isolation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres.

Positives are that staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is located not far from the piazza castello and main Porto Susa stations (both a bus or tram ride away ). Free breakfast was sufficient. However, there are many negatives. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but it is definitely not. The room was clean but very tired and in real need of renovation. Some of the workers are hanging off the wall - dangerous! There is NO mirror in the room. Not a dressing mirror or a full length. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The shower cubicle is tiny - you have to crouch and navigate positions just to shower properly! The windows open to a balcony, but this is a big security risk because any of your neighbours can walk onto your balcony and enter your room, if you leave the window open. There should be sufficient barricades between room balconies. The reception closes early so you need to use your key card to enter the building at night. One night a group of people Couldn’t get in and the emergency number didn’t work so they were stranded outside! The price of this hotel is not worth it at all, I was overcharged despite booklet months ahead.
