One the lifts were not working properly and we stuck in the lift even They gave us panoromic view rooms, could not see any view from the room The bathroom was terrible, not easy to take a shower even the bathroom curtains were touching myself while taking shower and they were not clean. Not easy and safe to get in bath A/C was properly heating the room

Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer waren bei Ankunft nicht sauber, erst ab dem zweiten Tag war unser Zimmer sauber. Beim check-in mussten wir bestimmt 15-20 min. Warten bis das Personal Zeit hatte. Frühstück war super abwechslungsreich. Lage ist super, kann fast alles zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte und Bars sind in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit eine tollen Bad und sehr bequemen Betten. Obwohl mitten im Zentrum war unser Zimmer im zweiten Stock sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert, eine gute Adresse.

The location is superb. the neighboring service room was disturbing early in the morning. After a few days we complained about it and were moved to upgraded room. The weather was hot, and the hotel refused to start the central air condition, in spite of our requests. A modern and renovated hotel in a quiet street but still close to the centre. The rooms and beds are excellent. It's very quiet at night for a good sleep. The hotel gave me an upgrade room free of charge twice. I tried other hotels in Turin but this is my number one choice. I can highly recommend this hotel. Great staff and great service as well. No downsides at all.
