Lovely traditional property only a 2 min walk from the water bus. Very spacious and clean and have everything we needed. Staff were helpful and it was on the first floor so not too far to carry suitcases up the stairs. Highly recommend.

Le point faible est vraiment la literie, que j' ai trouvé très inconfortable. Et petit détail, le sèche cheveux qui est vraiment nul. Autre détail, pas de petit réfrigérateur. Autrement, l équipe est très sympathique, la chambre est grande, l emplacement top. Beau bâtiment avec une petite cour où il est autorisé de fumer. A 100 mètres du vaporetto.

Quaint little hotel. Only had 6 rooms, very quiet and clean. Desk was only there a few hours a day but it worked well. Instructions were clear. Rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable, however the sleeper sofa mattress was thin and the bars uncomfortable but other than that everything was wonderful.

Excellent location, lovely spacious room with very nice clean bathroom. Everything was close by. The check in process after 1 pm is a little confusing and if you don’t have a phone to contact the property manager I am not sure what you would do. Once we were sorted it all went beautifully.

La estancia es linda, pero nuestra habitación tenía un olor a tanque séptico, todo el día, en la noche era mucho más, además, tenía una epidemia de mosquitos toda la noche durante toda la estancia... Después, me pidieron que llegará en la mañana para hablar con la persona de la recepción, lo cual hice y pregunte si estaba todo en orden, conversamos y todo bien pero después enviaron un correo que se les olvido algo, escribí q nos viéramos luego y como solo trabajan en la mañana no se resolvió nada! Deberían tener a una persona disponible siempre q se necesite!

La estancia es linda, pero nuestra habitación tenía un olor a tanque séptico, todo el día, en la noche era mucho más, además, tenía una epidemia de mosquitos toda la noche durante toda la estancia... Después, me pidieron que llegará en la mañana para hablar con la persona de la recepción, lo cual hice y pregunte si estaba todo en orden, conversamos y todo bien pero después enviaron un correo que se les olvido algo, escribí q nos viéramos luego y como solo trabajan en la mañana no se resolvió nada! Deberían tener a una persona disponible siempre q se necesite!

Hotel was in a great area with lots to do. I loved having a canal view! Our room was nice, but did have a musty smell. I attribute that to staying on a canal so it didn’t bother me- just keep it in mind.

The hotel was more like a Hostel. Considering how much I paid and we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The toilet didn’t flush. There was mold in the shower. The bed was two twin size beds and I paid for a single bed. My husband’s back hurts from sleeping in such an uncomfortable bed. It was terrible. I do not recommend.

Nice hotel on a quiet street. We enjoyed our canal view. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Staff was pleasant and the facilities were clean.

Off of the main walking route, the hotel is small and unassuming. We loved the place though the beds and pillows were on the firm side. Staff was helpful and the room faced a canal and was very quiet. We’d recommend for anyone looking for a modestly priced accommodation who can align their expectations to the price point.

It’s a nice hotel we loved the decor antique. Shower is small A/C not working when I asked it’s broken till June? Other than that my stay was good. I would recommend for the price. Thanks

Beautiful room, but not one staff member was present our entire stay. Definitely did not get the breakfast in my room that was advertised. The only time i saw anyone was when I dropped off my key after waiting an hour to see if any type of breakfast would show up.

We got there early before check in time there was this little girl teen at the reception very rude the front desk is very small and if you want to store your luggage you have to leave it there the check out time they told us was 10 am and they can only keep your luggage until 2 PM. The room was big and spacious but they only give you two flat pillows and the bed is hard. Do not stay here find another place for the price they don’t give you basic amenities we had breakfast included and they didn’t informe us. They have a code to come in since they don’t have the reception open all day and we were not informed

This was the rudest hotel I have ever encountered in all of my travels. They tried charging my credit card a month early, when my bank questioned this I called the hotel to remedy within 24 hours. Even though I didn't understand why they would even need my card yet. Anyhow, the owner still cancelled my room which i didn't know until when I arrived, I got a different room than I booked (I booked 9 months in advance.) On top of that I was left a note( since no one works at the front desk) to leave the property for the day and when I come back I'll be in another room (still not the one I originally booked. ) Myself and hotels.com tried to remedy with the hotel, but they just hung up on us both. Luckily, I got into another, very kind and well run hotel during my stay in Venice.

The timw we were at the property, there was nobody at the reception, ever. Self check-in is not a good idea for an hotel. We had to go to an another hotel to get service around Venice. The bed really not confortable either

Breakfast was €10 each and included croissant if your choice, coffee of choice (cappuccino, latte, etc.), yogurt, juice and a few crackers and cookies. Only things I would have like to see added was some fresh fruit. Room was clean, spacious and in good repair including the bathroom.

Hotel was in a great area with lots to do. I loved having a canal view! Our room was nice, but did have a musty smell. I attribute that to staying on a canal so it didn’t bother me- just keep it in mind.

Nice hotel on a quiet street. We enjoyed our canal view. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Staff was pleasant and the facilities were clean.

Beautiful room, but not one staff member was present our entire stay. Definitely did not get the breakfast in my room that was advertised. The only time i saw anyone was when I dropped off my key after waiting an hour to see if any type of breakfast would show up.

We got there early before check in time there was this little girl teen at the reception very rude the front desk is very small and if you want to store your luggage you have to leave it there the check out time they told us was 10 am and they can only keep your luggage until 2 PM. The room was big and spacious but they only give you two flat pillows and the bed is hard. Do not stay here find another place for the price they don’t give you basic amenities we had breakfast included and they didn’t informe us. They have a code to come in since they don’t have the reception open all day and we were not informed

Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price (around CAD $400 per night). Check in after 2pm not available. You have to do it yourself. Upstairs is reception and they give basement room to us beside their storage, garbage and air conditioners heat area. Only one room was there which they gave it to us. The room had a strong unpleasant smell that irritated my wife’s eyes, and it was difficult to get help because staff were often unavailable. The only request I made was for additional coffee packs, and I was simply told they do not provide coffee 24 hours a day. Housekeeping was below expectations: towels were changed only every other day, bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed during our stay, and basic amenities such as separate shampoo and conditioner were not provided, so bring your own. Toilet flush was broken, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. The hotel also has an early 10:00 AM checkout time. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and guest support did not match the price charged. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
