Ottimo albergo con possibilità di checkin online con chiave digitale. Molto comodo se si arriva tardi, permette di avere accesso direttamente alla camera grazie ad una procedura guidata da cellulare. Noi eravamo in camera quadrupla, molto spaziosa e con letti molto comodi. Unica pecca la colazione un po' cara, ma vicino ci sono alcuni bar pasticceria molto comodi.

Utile per una notte e via. Manca in receptions un po' di anima! Accogliere e spiegare i servizi non sarebbe male. La pulizia non è eccezionale, bagno un po' logoro. Colazione non l'ho provata perchè la richiesta economica la trovo esagerata... come ormai fanno in tanti. Si raggiunge facilmente ed è in una buona posizione per visitare verona e Mantova.

Hotel pulito e ben attrezzato, una camera grande con tutti i confort. Anche il bagno grande e pulito. Personale alla reception gentilissimo. Mi hanno offerto anche un pensierino dei prodotti della zona.

Hôtel propre, chambre spacieuse, bar agréable, mais : personnel impoli (ne disant pas bonjour, ne s'occupant pas de ses clients). Le frigo dans la chambre était en panne, signalé le premier jour, au septième jour, ni remplacé ni réparé avec 34° de température à l'extérieur. En 7 jours, aucun changement des draps des lits. Au départ, demande de règlement de consommations au bar réglées depuis longtemps. Très déçu de cet hôtel pourtant ****, alors que tous les autres hôtels de même catégorie ont été superbes. Je ne recommande pas

Rent og stort, komfortabelt rom. Lydisolasjon kan bli bedre. Det høres mye fra andre rom. Frokost kan bli bedre også, det var lite valg. Og de hadde ingenting av salat til frokost (verken tomat eller agurk).

Hotel is okay for the money however the rooms are sweltering and you cannot adjust the aircon so the temperature remained at 26 degrees. Opening the window made no difference as there was no breeze. This made for an uncomfortable nights sleep and a groggy morning.

Vorab, das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um einen Städtetrip nach Verona zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ansonsten eher dörflich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und wie in Italien üblich eher mit süßen Speisen. Negativ war der Service durch das Hotelmanagement. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort bei Außentemperaturen von 36 Grad. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich grundsätzlich nur auf Minimum 25 Grad einstellen, was aber auch nicht wirklich funktioniert hat. Die Temperaturen in der Nacht von 27 bis 28 Grad waren zu warm, um entspannt zu schlafen. Der Kühlschrank der Minibar war ohne Funktion und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Ansprache nicht in Gang gesetzt. Der Fön im Bad war ebenfalls kaputt. Eine Reparatur erfolgte ebenfalls nicht, allerdings wurde uns von der Rezeption ein Ersatzfön zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt scheint hier eine gewisse Ignoranz des Managements gegenüber dem zahlenden Gast vorhanden zu sein.

The check in was good and the staff were friendly, I wouldn't say very welcoming but comfortable. The food choices were limited but the breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, the reception staff declined to help us book a taxi, which other hotels did. We therefore had to struggle with our limited communication. That was the major negative. Otherwise, it was comfortable and good value for money

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds & pillows. Great shower pressure. The staff is friendly and one specific employee guided us for transportation to the city. We received a welcoming and parting gift, a first for us. Fountain water - flat or sparkling available at reception. If you have a car, I would highly recommend this hotel. Cons- No English or French TV channels. We always book a hotel in accordance to the accessibility to public transportation. With a bus stop to Verona only 200m away, I thought we would be all set. Bus #148 has a very limited ride schedule in the early morning one at noon and a few in late afternoon. Several of the runs are for school kids, but adults are allowed. We were there for 4 days on Easter weekend. This bus does not run on Sundays and was suspended for Saturday and Monday because of Easter. We had to take a taxi which cost us near 30 euros each trip. As a hotel, super...but if dependent of public transportation, better avoid booking on Sundays unless you don't mind paying for a taxi or shuttle.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds & pillows. Great shower pressure. The staff is friendly and one specific employee guided us for transportation to the city. We received a welcoming and parting gift, a first for us. Fountain water - flat or sparkling available at reception. If you have a car, I would highly recommend this hotel. Cons- No English or French TV channels. We always book a hotel in accordance to the accessibility to public transportation. With a bus stop to Verona only 200m away, I thought we would be all set. Bus #148 has a very limited ride schedule in the early morning one at noon and a few in late afternoon. Several of the runs are for school kids, but adults are allowed. We were there for 4 days on Easter weekend. This bus does not run on Sundays and was suspended for Saturday and Monday because of Easter. We had to take a taxi which cost us near 30 euros each trip. As a hotel, super...but if dependent of public transportation, better avoid booking on Sundays unless you don't mind paying for a taxi or shuttle.

Vorab, das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um einen Städtetrip nach Verona zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ansonsten eher dörflich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und wie in Italien üblich eher mit süßen Speisen. Negativ war der Service durch das Hotelmanagement. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort bei Außentemperaturen von 36 Grad. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich grundsätzlich nur auf Minimum 25 Grad einstellen, was aber auch nicht wirklich funktioniert hat. Die Temperaturen in der Nacht von 27 bis 28 Grad waren zu warm, um entspannt zu schlafen. Der Kühlschrank der Minibar war ohne Funktion und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Ansprache nicht in Gang gesetzt. Der Fön im Bad war ebenfalls kaputt. Eine Reparatur erfolgte ebenfalls nicht, allerdings wurde uns von der Rezeption ein Ersatzfön zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt scheint hier eine gewisse Ignoranz des Managements gegenüber dem zahlenden Gast vorhanden zu sein.

Rent og stort, komfortabelt rom. Lydisolasjon kan bli bedre. Det høres mye fra andre rom. Frokost kan bli bedre også, det var lite valg. Og de hadde ingenting av salat til frokost (verken tomat eller agurk).

Chuveiro maravilhoso e, internet muito boa só o ponto negativo foi com relação ao restaurante do hotel em que os atendentes estavam mal-humorados e mal educados e no último dia de estar dia apesar do restaurante tá vazio disseram que não era possível jantar do hotel e não tinha mais nada perto para comer. Depois de argumentar bastante com a recepção acho que era o dono que estava para o próximo e resolveu a questão do restaurante mas foi uma situação chata.

Alles war wie erwartet, top um einen Zwischenstop Richtung Süden zu machen und sich Verona anzuschauen. Zimmer einfach und sauber. Das Frühstück für 9,90 Euro voll in Ordnung, alles was man von einem ordentlichen Frühstücksbuffet erwartet. Jederzeit wieder.

War alles super, bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind halt nicht modern, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Es ist alles sauber und gemütlich. Vom Frühstück bin ich etwas enttäuscht gewesen. Kein Gemüse und die Brötchen auch sehr klein. Da ist vllt noch etwas Luft nach oben. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Hotel in good location near airport. Breakfast good room good service good. Air con fixed at 24.9. Could do with some ability to control this. Car parking ok. Overall good value hotel for what I paid. Great if travelling around by car.

My room was large and comfortable, wifi was good, parking good, breakfast outstanding. What I didn't like was the online check in which i thought was a pain in the butt. Eventually you get a page that connects to your door to open it. I found this unreliable and slow. The alternative was punching in a 10 digit code into a keypad the size of a matchbox.
