We had three rooms, one of them was not what we had reserved so we were one bed short and had to use an air mattress. Trash can as walking in was over flowing and is a bad look, pool wasn’t open which was a disappointment to our kids. Price was good but expected a little nicer accommodations.

Stayed with 2 young kids and no working TV and the girl at the desk said ""I don't know what to tell you." The shower drain was backed up and the ac sounded like I truck was running in the room. Not a good experience

The room was spotless, and the check-in was good. The girl was on the phone with a customer, plus two other people came in to check in, she handled with grace and efficient
