I was there from Weds- Saturday (3/8-3/11 for a church conference. My stay was nice but I didn’t like how I never got housekeeping until that Friday when I mention it with the lady at the desk. Was told everyone had already left for the day on Thursday. Was not happy especially when they put you down for housekeeping. Also when the girl came on Friday (my last day there) to clean my room I went back after getting food an was gonna get in the bed and saw something on the back of my pillowcase an it was dry blood. Called the front desk and she had to give me a whole new pillow & pillowcase. Not good! But the lady at the desk said she would put in for a credit on my amount for what had happen. So we will see. Will be calling the general manager as well.

I loved this hotel, Breanna, Cassie, Claude...and so many more....you made my stay special. Everyone worked very hard to make our stay super comfortable. Bed was amazing, shower had those cool adjustable heads, tons of towels and pillows. Rugs were clean. Staff was the best!! this is your place.

I have never left a review for a property but felt I needed to this time. The staff we encountered were so welcoming and kind and the breakfast was good as well. However, for $180 for one night, I felt like we were in a one star hotel. The room was so dirty: stains all over the bathroom ceiling, water rings all over the bathroom sink counter, hair in the tub. An inch of dust on the towel shelf in the bathroom, dirty elevator waiting areas, etc. We stopped here as a last minute stay with our kids on our way through to Florida, but we would’ve been better off sleeping in the car.
