There was no one there to check us in, despite ringing the bell and calling them repeatedly

The Ad said free Breakfast, there was none. Next month that would start, according to the desk clerk. (due to renovation of lobby) The room looked like it was under renovation as well, or should have been. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been removed and the holes just left. There were stains on the walls and ceiling and the paint was peeling in spots. There were too many flies in the room for me to feel comfortable. The blankets were stored in a drawer and were too heavy for June. There was no spread for the bed cover at all except for a 24 inch wide decorative panel. There was a coffee maker, single cup at a time. There was only enough coffee for two cups. Not nearly enough creamer for my taste. There was no clock in the room and no TV guide to be found in the room or on the TV itself. The room was not clean. The floor needed to be vacuumed, the mirrors were smeared, the linens were well worn and the sheets appeared to be stained. The price was low and it was close to the water. We won't be returning .

So, the 1st thing I saw when I walked into the room was that the tile grout was black from filth! The sink has a full length crack in it. The refrigerator was leaking from the freezer part because of the ice build up the door would not shut all of the way. Batteries were missing rom the TV remote. The ice machine was not working and probably hasn't in years. The front lobby is NEVER open because it is use as a day care for the receptionist! The ONLY good thing is that the water was hot ! It's a rat hole !!!!!! Don't know how the board of health hasn't close this place down!

This review is in regards to room 225; the front door wasn’t properly sealed (there was a good quarter inch gap), the bathroom door was falling apart and the toilet seat was partially broken, and neither the main light or bedside light worked (we were left with just the vanity and bathroom light to use). The main lobby remained locked and was never open during the day. The staff required us to do everything through the “night window”. The morning of checkout (8:15am), we waited outside the “night window” for 30 minutes waiting for staff to show. There was no sign to signal they’d be back shortly.

Water smelt horrible. Bed sheets felt damp the moment we got into the bed, like they were put on to air dry. "Night window", in quotes because the lobby was never open, smelt like cat urine. Washing machine and vending machine also didnt work.

Building requires a lot of maintenance. Surrounding car park has junk and is untidy. AC unit in room was very noisy and kept me awake through the night

The room had roaches. There were meth heads all over the property. The sheets were dirty. The bed spreads had food on them and were sosatined I couldn't tell if they were clean or not. The sheets had a questionable substance on a new bed and what looked like poop in the other. This was under the nasty bed spread. Overall I do not recommend

There was never nobody at the front desk to get what you needed that was like pictures hanging off the wall and bugs everywhere since there was roaches everywhere and they refused. slept in car in parking lot

There were roaches everywhere inside my room. THE SHOWER head was spraying water everywhere and could not swap it to the bathtub. TV was messed up. And floor wasnt very clean. Very poor stay for supposedly the very good room.

We had reservation for a two night stay. We arrived one day early. We checked in for one nigh and paid for one night. It was not good. First the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. Curtains were falling off the window. Large crack in the door let sound and light in as well as the cold weather. Then we noticed a roach crawling up the wall. The last straw was the towels they were stained and looked dirty. We checked out in the morning and canceled the reservation but then we were charged for a no show for the reservations.

Filthy room, broken hair dryer, remote missing batteries, dirty microwave and refrigerator. I had read the reviews and thought I could handle it for one night but I would tell people don’t do it. It’s cheap but remember you get what you pay for. Go down the road and pay a little more for a much decent hotel.

Full Roaches Very nasty

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. When we arrived, we found several small dead bugs, and more appeared over the next hour. While we didn’t see bed bugs, my husband woke up with two bites. The room showed signs of poor maintenance — hairs in the tub and on towels, and items like the bed cover were damaged and worn. The sheets appeared clean but had visible stains. We kept our belongings separate out of caution. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room made us very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and recommend looking elsewhere.

Upside: The rooms have apparently been updated to an extent and it was clean. Downside: I reserved a king bed room online for my husband and I. We didn't check in until around 6p or so and didn't go straight to our room as we went out to eat first. Once we got to the room, we hadn't been given the king bed room I reserved. We'd been placed in a room with two full/queen beds. My husband is tall which is why we reserved a king bed. I called the front desk and the man said there wasn't anything he could do as they were fully booked. He'd just got to work when we checked in and that it would've been the day shift woman's responsibility to have set out the room keys. So basically we were stuck with a room opposite of what we reserved. The TV wouldn't work. We called to tell the man up front, he came to check and said the cable equipment was missing and stated he would go get replacement equipment. He ended up phoning our room shortly after saying it was locked up and someone was on their way to open it for him and that they'd be there in 5-10min. Over an hour later the TV still wasn't fixed. I called him back and he repeated how they were on there way, there was nothing he could do. That he'd also spoke with the prop. mnger and we'd be compensated for our trouble. Other issues include the shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall and there was only 1 towel in the room. They did however bring us another towel. We did not get any compensation.

The property is located too close to a busy highway. I heard traffic all night. It was difficult to get adequate rest.

Room was clean, nighttime was noisy,it Was right on the highway.The beds were hard and I could not get comfortable.no breakfast as advertised.

The AC unit was very noisy. It rattled all night long. Also we were supposed to have a king bed. We didn’t realize it until the next morning that the bed was flipped sideways. So headboard to footboard was short while cross ways it was longer. Also we never could get the TV to show any channels.

When I booked my room it was a king room but I got only double bed. I was under the impression that the room included breakfast. When I approached the reception they had no breakfast. When asked about breakfast there was no proper answer. Terrible management. I would never book through Expedia.

I like that it is comfortable and convenient to places to eat and stores.The manager and his wife are great and the dustin guy that works nights in the office was very helpful.

The staff were great. Very accommodating. The nightly price was about average for the area, however for the price, accomodations were scarce. All in all, I would/will stay again.

Not the best, not the worst, if you're on a budget it might be the perfect place to stay, worth the money I'll say, plus the gentleman in the front is doing a good job 👌

Check in was super easy The young lady working was amazing. She extremely friendly, and very thorough. Highly recommend staying here

Great service. The building itself is old but the rooms we checked out and stayed in were updated and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful and kind. Her staff was also helpful as well.

With a cheap hotel certain things are expected and I know that. The stay was u expected ad a last minute type of thing. So I had went to Walmart to buy some essentials needed for hygiene for the overnight stay( tooth brush, tooth paste, deodorant, body wash) I was talked into a “single king suite” which was 30 dollars more than my previous price because of the bath tub with jets and couch essentially l. The jets did not work. The room smelt like drugs were smoked in there. There several roaches as soon as I took the blanket off the bed. I was told checkout was at 11. I was gone from 8-10 running some errands getting things was needing for the day . I got back around 10 and noticed the curtain was opened and the bed was made. I walked in and all my stuff was thrown away and they had already came in and cleaned. I was highly upset and felt like my personal space was definitely invaded. I went into the main office to speak with someone and no one was available so I left. I will never be back here nor will I recommend it. I am definitely going to file a formal complaint and going to try and get my money back . It’s unacceptable for someone to come in well before check out and just clean your belongings out like that

A great place for a night on a road trip. Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. It's an older place and basic but for the price it's what you'd expect.

Convenient for quick shelter. Across from convenience store. TV works of you know how to operate one. Decent not horrible.

The stay was mediocre. Roaches, lack of room services, and no breakfast made this stay disappointing. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

The stay was not good. The noise was terrible.and even the door allowed light and air. The walls had holes everywhere. The sheets had 10 stains each. There was water damage on ceiling. The desk chair was missing a wheel. There was NO breakfast as advertised-there was suppose to be. The tv remote didn't work. I asked for a wake up call and that did not happen. The clock did not work. Bathroom floor not clean. Bedside table was sticky.

I did not like anything about this place. First off they said there was no breakfast because they were remodeling, but failed to mention any of that on the site. We thought we could make coffee in our room but there was no coffee maker, they did eventually bring us one. Icemaker didn't work, shower/tub w6s nasty and we had to get them to clean it only to get it and find out the shower didn't work. The last thing, the straw that broke the camels back was that we had a tv but not a remote to work it with. At this point we were tired and decided to sleep. Hopefully there won't be any creepy crawlers when we turn out the lights. Oh, and the smoke detector was missing. Would not recommend this place unless you were homeless. Won't be back.
