GULLIANE WAS KIND AND HELPFUL. THE VALET PARKING STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE RESTAURANT STAFF, ESPECIALLY NATE LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Great hotel with excellent service, food, drinks and amenities.

A friendly staff and a large comfortable room. We’re traveling with our dog. There is a $75 pet fee but it’s very easy here and you get a goodie bag with food bowls, and treats. And dog friendly recommendations where to go. It’s close to a number of restaurants and if you like fine dining, there’s a nice bar and restaurant on site. The fitness room was small, but it did have a number of weights and mats. I was here a year ago andby comparison It seemed like they’ve done a better job of hiring upgraded front desk staff. Everything was very efficient terms of check-in and valet parking. And we got a nice turn down treat of macaroons and a bottle of champagne.

Refreshingly pleasant experience! Great service, staff, environment, and accommodations. Could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this hotel when in Mobile.
