Sehr schneller reibungsloser check in. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Dame beim Frühstück überfordert. Keine Kaffeebecher. Kein Saft, wurde erst so nach und nach zur Verfügung gestellt. Pool war sauber.

The breakfast was horrible! The breakfast area especially around the coffee area had flying bugs and I mean a lot. It made it almost impossible to get or even want anything to eat once you experienced that. The manager on duty should have known and corrected this horrendous issue. The coffee if you wanted to brave the area was warm and awful. The sitting area was fantastic but due to the bugs no one would sit in the area. They took their food outside. So needless to say we didn't get the benefit of a breakfast that was included in the price of the stay.

Our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues during the visit. The bed and bedding did not appear clean upon arrival, which made the room uncomfortable. The shower was not functioning properly, and there was also a lack of basic toiletries in the room. Additionally, staff was not readily available when assistance was needed, so we had to personally go and pick up required items. The dishwasher was also not working, which added to the inconvenience. On top of this, there was a significant amount of noise from outside because of ongoing maintenance work, making it difficult to relax and sleep properly. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.

Nice and secluded location away from traffic noise and a really nice room. Very quiet and safe place. Was there for a weekend visit but I would definitely recommend it.

Water pressure was horrible the cabinets are falling apart, paint needs a touch up, the whole things needs updated. Been staying here for years and was not happy this time
