Room and property was very dirty. Several vital items broken and non-functioning in room. Staff made us walk around the outside of the building to access our room instead of allowing us to use the lobby (they had their personal belongings strowed all over the lobby).

This property is less than inviting from the parking lot to the check in process. We had our fingers crossed the room would be decent. NOT EVEN CLOSE to acceptable. We never took shoes off or showered. This room was filthy! What I’m hopefully assuming was good stick to walls, bathroom floors and walls looked worse than a service station, dust and mold in vents on ac system, water spots in bathroom. Manager “unavailable” to speak with. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!

Cons: Room was less than ideal for the price. It was dirty and in need of some maintenance. Broken glass under the bed, blood or other substance on the lamp shades, hand prints on the window, Luke warm water for showers, mold and mildew in the bath rooms. Pro: close to Auburn for game day.

The property was very sketchy… the room was disgusting. The floors were sticky and the shower I didn’t even want to shower in. This is a place you flip over mattresses to check for bed bugs.

Not a good place to stay at all- it's dirty, musty, other people staying there smoking pot so the whole complex smelled, towels are thin and cheap, bathroom is disgusting and filthy, beds are incredibly squeaky at every movement as if the frame needs to be oiled. Would not at all recommend.

I called one day prior to arrival to change my reservation and was assured it had been taken care of. Had I not paid attention during check-in, I would have been charged for the extra night. Then I get to the room, there are roaches...EVERYWHERE including in the bed and you can tell the staff does not focus on cleaning baseboards, the floor, lampshades, lamp bases, or outlet covers. Didn\'t leave extra rolls of toilet tissue and even the ironing board was dirty. Between the roaches and the dirt, the room was disgusting. Did I complain, no because they have to know that the condition of the room is the way it is and they obviously don\'t care. I was desperate to find a reasonably priced room on a very busy weekend and was left with no choice but to remain. I got what I paid for and now know why the room was probably so cheap. Overall, horrible experience and would recommend not booking for the roaches alone. Killed everyone I saw and left them on the floor for evidence. At least they cleaned them up. Gives new meaning to the term "roach motel".

When my guys arrived, the front desk told them that only 3 rooms were reserved and only let them check into 3 rooms. I paid for 4 rooms and am very disappointed in how my guys were treated, and am expecting reimbursement for 1 room!

When I checked in it was nothing like the on site picture. It is a motel not a hotel it was 18 degrees and the dump had no heat. So I went back to the office and told her and she said that it was supposed to be fixed. Then I check my bank account and they put a 90.00 charge on my bill. I called back the next morning to ask and she said she would find out but it’s still no credit to my accounts and no phone call back to explain why they are still charging me when the room had no heat and snelled like a trash dumpster.it I paid extra for insurance so I still should not have been charged when it was impossible to stay there.

We’ve had to prepare ourselves for game day experiences at multiple facilities around the area so, we prepared ourselves for the worst. But, surprisingly this was not the worst place we’ve seen. So if you are looking for a quick place to sleep after a game and not looking for a 4 or 5 star facility, then we would recommend this place, especially last minute when everything is booked up. The young lady at the front desk as we checked in @ midnight after a night game was pleasant to deal with.

Thank you it was clean and quiet. The only problem was breakfast it could’ve been better but it was not food. No milk for cereal and no waffle mix it has horrible. Please do better for breakfast and it would be excellent.

This motel labeled hotel is ok. A double bed room is not 2 beds. Its a full size bed. Mattress was hard it had absolutely no give when you sit on or lay on it. Toiletrie containers in the shower were empty. Breakfast is really continental breakfast, with very limited selections (just enough to say "free breakfast). The coffee was not so good. There was waffle syrup and instructions to make waffles but no waffle iron 😕. Breakfast times were 6am-9am however at 8am the door to the breakfast lounge was locked. However if you are on a strict budget its doable.

This motel labeled hotel is ok. A double bed room is not 2 beds. Its a full size bed. Mattress was hard it had absolutely no give when you sit on or lay on it. Toiletrie containers in the shower were empty. Breakfast is really continental breakfast, with very limited selections (just enough to say "free breakfast). The coffee was not so good. There was waffle syrup and instructions to make waffles but no waffle iron 😕. Breakfast times were 6am-9am however at 8am the door to the breakfast lounge was locked. However if you are on a strict budget its doable.

The worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Pictures are not of the room. Maybe 20 years ago. No it water in shower. I would have never taken a bath here. The AC/heater didn’t even come on. At all. WiFi kept cutting out and telling me wrong password even though it accepted it multiple times before. Caulking was discolored and gross. Floor seemed to have a film over it. Either not cleaned or cleaned with dirty stuff. Will never ever stay again. Not recommended. My parents also rented separate room. Their AC/heat worked 2 of 3 nights. Took 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower. The rest of the room matched my description. Breakfast - they did have an area. They did have food. Nothing great but wasn’t awful. Just not impressed at all.
