Our experience was good except for the fact that the elevator malfunctioned. Other than that, the staff was nice & helpful, and the room was clean. We would stay again.

Clean. Elevator did not work. Card keys did not work and had to reprogramed a couple of times. Ice machines were broke except the one on the fourth floor. Bathtub was narrow. It was fine if you only showered but uncomfortable for a normal 5'11" man to attempt to bath.

We always stay here when we're visiting family, maybe twice a year. The furnishings are modest, but clean, comfortable and sufficient for a short visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was good, and the price was reasonable. We will continue to stay here in the future.

This is a very basic hotel.rooms are small but well appointed. Plenty of space and comfortable bed. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in! Breakfast was okay... Parking is well lit and the area is very quiet with plenty of food around. Zero complaints all around pleasant experience.

Would've liked to know it was under construction my son really wanted to work out and the fitness center was closed. The ladies checking us in were more concerned about their training and less on customer service. Pool was nice but needs more chairs. Breakfast was absolutely terrible but there are other options in the area

The room was good for our family (my wife my two boys and me). It was located in the 4th floor. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast (included). The only issue was that the elevator some time stop working and we have to use the stairs.

The lobby and eating area was clean. However, my room was not. the tub still had stains in it and so did the sink. the sinks handle was also broken so it was hard to turn it off without it flying on. The room was renovated but had a weird smell i couldn’t get rid of even with febreeze. the walls are also so thin, you can hear the other guests easily. if you’re looking to really enjoy your stay and wind down with no worries, this is not the place. I have had 3 different stays at 2 different microtels and this will be the last one.

Great lower cost option for Auburn visits. Tiger transit free shuttle for game days is close (Tiger Town) as well as lots of shopping. Staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy.

Let me start with the positive. The staff was great. They were very helpful with my issue. The hotel looks really fresh with the updates that are ongoing. The appetizers and free breakfast are back so that's great. My issue was the air conditioning. It's July in Alabama. I had to change rooms because the first one did not work. The temperature was going up an the wall unit was making funny noises. I switched rooms and it was not much better. I dealt with it because I did not feel like changing again. I believe one of the issues is the sitting area over the floor unit air conditioners. The flow is being cut off by the edge of the bench above. Other than this inconveniene this is one if the better Microtels I stay in.

The property was good, but I had to walk around and find someone to assist me with check in no one was at the front desk. She was in the laundry room. The room was ok, but the toilet backed up trouble. The cleaning lady had to bring a plunger to my room. I didn’t come to stay in a paid room to be a plumber.

Had a three night reservation. My sister called after we checked in and advised that my brother in law was admitted to hospital and family needed to gather as his passing was imminent. Hotel refused to cancel last two days of stay. Total lack of empathy. Disgusting.

It was slightly difficult to find because the GPS takes you to Lowe’s. However, it is located behind Lowe’s. It’s in area with lots of restaurants & shopping centers which is a plus as well. The price was excellent also. The place & room were very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly also. Breakfast is the typical hotel provided breakfast- waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. Most importantly to me, however, was it was QUIET. I never heard anyone while inside our room both nights we stayed. I will definitely rebook if visiting this area again.

Great lower cost option for Auburn visits. Tiger transit free shuttle for game days is close (Tiger Town) as well as lots of shopping. Staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy.

Great stay. The only problem was the hotel is very difficult to find. The GPS address that the hotel provided took us to the back parking lot of a Lowes. When I called and finally got someone, they were able to guide me to the hotel parking lot. But it is non-visible and no road signs to point the way. Hotel was clean. Check In was efficient and easy. Rooms were spacious. Would stay here again.

The lobby and eating area was under renovation. Breakfast was a bag breakfast which was not very good. On our first night we had to ring a bell four times to get someone to check us in. But the room, staff and outside property was fine.

Would've liked to know it was under construction my son really wanted to work out and the fitness center was closed. The ladies checking us in were more concerned about their training and less on customer service. Pool was nice but needs more chairs. Breakfast was absolutely terrible but there are other options in the area

I think this hotel is okay for the price. I'd probably stay here again if I was on a tight budget. The deposit is too high (staff doesn't make the rules so it isn't their fault). The amenities just seemed okay to me. The staff were friendly enough, but it was a little annoying how loud the cleaning staff were during the day. A lot of loud talking, phone calls, and general noise. The rooms are not unclean by any means, but they don't look very nice. The bathtub is extremely tight and has a weird texture for the floor. It feels weirdly slimy. The sink in the main room is weird and unnecessary. Along with the bland design and color choices, it sort of makes the room look like a school or science lab. Not a welcoming atmosphere. The walls had streaks on them from when they were last cleaned, and some piping is exposed in the bathroom. Again, the room felt clean for the most part, but it was just really bland and almost depressing to look at. The overall vibe here is just sort of underwhelming.

Staff was exceptional. Clean. Comfortable. Air conditioner was not working right. Our room was 90 degrees. But the person working the front desk came and worked on it until it was fixed. We appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. The microwave isn't fully functioning.

The bathroom sink had a slow drain quickly filling with water when on. The microwave made a grinding noise when activated that got progressively louder the longer it was in use, it likely is coming from the turntable mechanism. Other than that I truly enjoyed the stay and none of the aforementioned are deal breakers. I would and will gladly stay there again.
