I didn't like the fact the pool was not available to swim ...they should say on the website pool is closed !! I was all set to swim w my family and NOPE !!! The room was not that great , burned holes all in the carpet , no turn table in microwave , half the curtain in window worked , sheets didn't seem all that clean on bed plus kept popping off when sleeping which is uncomfortable !! Tv kept flickering while watching , no coffee or a breakfast of anykind available !!! Staff was super nice !

When I checked in, the man at the counter gave me a lecture for booking on hotels.com. There was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know. The sidewalks and part of the parking lot were covered in ice. Very unsafe. There was a very strong odd smell in the room. It might have been cleaner. Not sure. Only had 2 towels for 4 people had to ask for extras and we only booked this one bc it had a pool but the pool was closed. We would’ve booked somewhere else had we known that.

When booking I requested 1st floor. When we checked in asked for first floor as well due to health issues. Was told they don’t have a first floor??? and was put in the second floor with no elevator! When we checked into the room there were no towels in the room only washcloths.The air conditioner would not work properly! Will not stay again, if you can’t accommodate you won’t get my money! We don’t ask for much but we were very dissatisfied!

Unexpected fees, and unfriendly staff. Rooms were viewed clean but when actually in the room it needs a deep clean doors , walls, tub, upholstery on chair, shower curtain, carpet, ac filters, are very dirty and need deep clean. Curtains missing hooks and didn't close all the way and people on 2nd floor were very loud even though no cars in parking lot to account for the noise, almost like they were falling down a lot up there.

It was clean & no bed bugs & felt safe. No thrills but great basic overnight stay. TV was crooked on the wall but big deal. Wall air which goes off & on which can wake you up, if like me. So not a solid night sleep, but clean beds & comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Just a clean barebones place to stay. I’d stay there again if needed but I won’t need to. Little expensive for what you get, but I’d pay extra for clean any day. From Bowling Green Ky

The general manager accused me of lying about having a service dog because I didn't have a certificate of proof. Apon showing him the ADA website he did believe me and charged a pet fee. It's again ADA laws to charge for a service dog, And there is no such thing as a service dog certification

Made reservations online for smoking and pets. When I arrived I was up charged $140 for pets and incidentals. Not sure why. Also after seeing the condition of the hotel we decided to book elsewhere. Was told no refunds since I did it online. I'd avoid this property unless you want to book a room then get charged a totally different amount and not able to get a refund. REALLY SHADY..

I believe this facility is running a scam on customers. I booked a king bed non smoking room, days before my stay began. When I arrived onsite the property manager told me he could not find my reservation and told me that I would have to cancel my stay with Expedia and rebook in person at the standard rate. During this encounter I called Expedia and had the confirmation info sent to my email and also spoke with a virtual agent whom instructed me to have the property manager look up my reservation with the booking ID number. The manager refused. I had to get a refund issued and spent more on the standard rate to reserve the same room.

The General Manager questioned the ages of 2 minor females trying to get them charged as adults. Watched us get to our room and then called as soon we got there to make our Daughters go back to the Office after driving for 8 hours just to show them they were 18. Bipipi(the manager) was very rude. Trying to get all the money out of us for anything. We booked the room online and he was trying to charge us for a different room. He was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. This is a holiday weekend and we were driving all day and booked the room online and he wanted us to buy a different room.

The room was clean (even the corners in the restroom were clean), however, the room smelled as though it had been doused with a man's aftershave. There were no washcloths, and only two packages of coffee, one regular, one decaff. The bed was also not very comfortable. Other than the scent, the room was okay for one night.

The room was clean (even the corners in the restroom were clean), however, the room smelled as though it had been doused with a man's aftershave. There were no washcloths, and only two packages of coffee, one regular, one decaff. The bed was also not very comfortable. Other than the scent, the room was okay for one night.

I didn't like the fact the pool was not available to swim ...they should say on the website pool is closed !! I was all set to swim w my family and NOPE !!! The room was not that great , burned holes all in the carpet , no turn table in microwave , half the curtain in window worked , sheets didn't seem all that clean on bed plus kept popping off when sleeping which is uncomfortable !! Tv kept flickering while watching , no coffee or a breakfast of anykind available !!! Staff was super nice !

Bring your own pillows. There were no bed pillows! Only 3 small 14 inch decorative throw pillows on king size bed. Pool is out of order going on 3 years according to staff. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable if you have arthritis in hips. Overall, it was okay as far as cleanliness and being spacious.

We stayed here over memorial weekend, there were ROACHES in our fridge as well as the dresser. I had a few bags of snacks as i am diabetic and went to grab a protein bar and ROACHES were inside of the bad i had to throw away about 23.00$ worth of protein bars away. I went up to the front desk and talked to the manager and he talked over me and said we got rid of all the bugs last week and refused to talk to me he actually dismissed me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!
