I reserved a room at Eco Lodge Inn. But when arrived it was closed for renovations. A sign said my reservation would be honored at the Days Inn across the street. That hotel had few habitual. The only room that had a working TV was a smoking room, which I didn’t want. What’s worse, the hotel’s keycard programmer was broken, so I couldn’t get in my own room by myself; each time I left and returned, I had to ask the desk clerk to let me in. The light above the sink/vanity was burned out. Electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall, exposing the wiring. The room I reserved was said to have a coffee maker and microwave; this room did not.
